    Thank you for explaining how to rehydrate the rice paper and store the rolls. This was helpful. Rice papers are a great way to turn leftovers into a ‘fancy’ meal and good way to present all types of cooked vegetables. Now I know how to handle & roll them correctly.

    I like how you explained 2 set ups, the pan is a clever idea! Can you make ahead of time and serve a day later?

      Yes you can make serve day later. You can prep the ingredients a day earlier. If plan to serve at. night maybe roll. them late morning/ early afternoon would. be best.

      HI noodles are preferred as rice is too small and may fall out or break the rice paper. Have fun.

    I’ve been trying to gather up all my ingredients to make these. Thank you for this amazing video. I’m diabetic so is it necessary to add the vermicelli noodles inside the roll? I’m trying to watch my carbs.
