I just made your spring rolls and sauces. I am so impressed, they were fantastic! I can't wait to show off to my friends. I won't tell them how easy it was!
her overly animated, almost jerky, body movement were an annoying distraction to me. Not natural at all. However, after reading your comment, i realized it's a silly thing to focus upon. Thank you.
I’m Vietnamese currently living in Canada and I’m so glad you’ve posted this recipe. Tomorrow, I’m helping my mom roll spring rolls for her and her friends and sometimes, even if you’re Vietnamese, you’ll have to research for recipes of the food of your own culture so thanks a lot! 🤩
Asian cooking is part of my culinary repertoire. This is one the of the best spring roll recipes I've seen with how-tos and tips on RUclips. Lots of good info presented with enthusiasm. Haven't made spring rolls for a while, so this was a great refresher. Thanks and best wishes.
Oh my God, I can’t believe you made this dish Thank you for bringing Vietnamese cuisine to the world and your fans ❤️ I love your dishes and the recipes are so easy to follow. I’ve been making lots of dishes from your Chanel and my husband loves them all.

I am so excited for this video, my boyfriend and I LOVE these! I will not only watching this video now, but saving it for later so I can make them for us whenever we want them!🥰🤤
One of my favorite side dishes at Vietnamese or thai food spots. They always make them sooo bland recently, I’ve stopped getting them places. Definitely can’t wait to try your recipe! You made it so easy to follow.
Oh my, those look so delicious and easy to make! I was invited to my Filipino friend's home and they use a spoon to add sauce to their spring rolls, they don't dunk.
Thanks for all the great tips and ingredients list. I made this today and my spouse and I just loved them! I used a sweet chili dipping sauce I made with xylitol and tapioca starch instead of sugar and corn starch for a healthier sweet chili sauce.
I love spring rolls, but I am allergic to seafood,so I make mine with grilled chicken slices. I love the idea of that peanut sauce with the ginger dressing. I am definitely gonna try it.
If you are allergic to seafood, you can try boiled pork belly, fried egg, grill beef, fried tofu (if you wanna try making vegan style),... Just slice all ingredians into the roll size and wrap them. That's all.
I’m sorry and I’ll be really upset if I was allergic to seafood I love it and I was born on an island fish everywhere it would me sucked, 😊 you can make different stuffing the chicken sounds good
I love spring rolls. I used to buy them from this Vietnamese restaurant in NYC’s China town back in the 90’s. I remember tasting mint and basil too. Peanut sauce is good but I have to say I love the carrot/fish sauce dipping sauce best!
Adding to my New Years list! It's me and my daughter so we are going to make some veggie lo mein and maybe teriyaki chicken and definitely these. Can't forget that amazing cream cheese ball spread 😋
hi Natasha tks for sharing Vnese cuisine. I am a Vnese. I wud like to suggest 1 little thing.. we often call the fried ones "spring rolls".. to diferentiate with this kind (just wrap no fry.. with diferent rice paper.. the fried ones use the thinner paper). For this kind we call "summer rolls". Or you can try call it in Vietnamese names it wud be much nicer.. GOI CUON or NEM CUON for the fresh..NEM RAN or Cha GIO for the fried ones. "" For rolls we also have some other diferent kinds as well.
I am so glad I stumbled onto your channel last night when I just did a search on chicken pie, and yours came up. I'm hooked on watching your videos. I love to cook and much rather cook than eat out. You make cooking so much fun!
These would do best in summer and the baked ones in the colder months. It’s fall right now but I’m making half fresh and half baked. I love these things and haven’t had the fresh ones in a long time.
Eating this right now while watching your video. This version of peanut sauce is a short cut I am going to try, I am vietnamese by the way. I use the same ingredients for the wrapping this is so crazy 🤪 lol. The way you wrap it looks beautiful.
When we cook the noodles, we actually just put it on a water (tap water is fine) for minutes so it'll be soft. We'll then put it on a boiling water after. It will take less than 7 minutes for it to cook because it is already soaked in water beforehand.
NA👏🏻TA👏🏻SHA👏🏻 these are OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING!!!!! the sauces pack a punch! Such a hit in our home tonight! Girl you never disappoint! Thank you! Thank you, thank you!
That's how my family ate it growing up and we're Viets. All the fixings are set out and everyone wraps their own and eat as they go. It's fun, interactive food that's refreshing and delicious. :)
Tip: don’t soak the paper in the water. Just dip it into the warm water and then as it sits as you load up the filling, the paper will perfectly soften. Less likely to tear on you especially if you’re a beginner with these. Trust me guys I learned the hard way ;)
I use red vermicelli noodle- cook just like spaghetti. Made sure the noodle is a little bit dry. I have use deli meat like turkey or ham for my American friends that don’t like shrimp. Cut the deli meat like the cucumber. If you want to last longer and not stick together, wrap each one in plastic wrap especially if you are making a large batch for a big group of people. In the Asian community, we usually made a few hundreds. We do in assembly line. Better and healthier than egg roll-no oil.
I’ve been craving these and I got my ingredients already I’ve made them before but this time im watching all different kinds of ways they’re made and I like this one you have two sauces I was just going to the peanut sauce
Oh my goodness!!!! I love you!!!! I’m Asian and I highly approve this! Beautifully done!!!

NO oil of any kind in the Vietnamese dipping sauces. For peanut sauce, the traditional pairing is Hoisin.
Thanks for your info
@@Natashaskitchen You're welcome! That's a creative twist using Newman's dressing with the peanut sauce!
She can do whatever she feels. Traditional doesn't mean it's right for everyone.
