  • Hi, and welcome. In this video I complete my second solo cross-country flight. This video covers the final 49 mile leg back to my home base of Scottsdale (KSDL). In the previous video I was told to call a phone number at Falcon Field (KFFZ). I was mad and stressed out this leg because I was thinking about the call I'd have to make when I got home. The reason I had to call the phone number is because I cut someone off in the traffic pattern. This happened because I was too busy getting the airplane configured to land, and the traffic I was supposed to follow made an extended downwind. I have learned my lesson, and that is to constantly keep my eyes on the traffic I'm told to follow. The airplane I'm flying is a beautiful 1979 Cessna 172N Skyhawk that I rent from Scottsdale Executive Flight training. The link to their website is below. Thank you very much for watching, and remember these videos are strictly for ENTERTAINMENT.
