- A really hard map for the HIllbilly. But still a lot of fun. This map was available in the very first PTB for just a couple hours before it was removed.
HOW TO PLAY ON THE TEST CLIENT:
Right-Click the Dead by Daylight Application in your Steam Library
Access Properties
Access the "Beta" Tab
Enter the password "DbdPublicBeta" (without quotes) in the Text Field
Click Check Code
Select "public-beta" from the dropdown
Restart Steam (not required, but this updates the UI properly and kicks off the download)

Maybe, but there's also tons of obstacles here too and the Nurse may end up smacking objects ( thanks autoaim! ) more often than she'd like. We'll have to see how she plays out!

This looks like a cool map. This will be a good one for the Nurse since she can teleport everywhere and the Trapper so he can lay down traps in narrow areas.
i can already feel trappers best spot woulf be the house top window.nobody can disarm that.and prevents anyone going there

If you guys want to have a better chance of playing this map you gotta try this:save up a shit load of bloodpoints in the normal game client, then go to this one and spend it all on 1 survivor/killer. If you're lucky you can get an offering that increases the chance of you being sent to this map. If it didnt happen just exit the test client, start it again and spen some more bloodpoints because they reset when you restart the game.
from the looks of it it seems like the new map is gonna suck for killers which makes me happy lol

Blade Quartz There's lots of choke points for the trapper to place bear traps, and the only thing the nurse has to worry about is spotting survivors.

What the hell. I have been going through your dead by daylight videos. This one has so many more views and comments than your others before this.
Because I was the first person to upload a video about the new map. Played this game on the test client, they removed the map from the test client an hour after release because it wasn't supposed to be in there I think.

some guy yeah but the killer was a hillbilly so technically it should've been a hillbilly hook.
The hooks are now map specific instead of killer specific so if you play on the coldwind farm for example you'll see the hillbilly's hooks and on the mcmillan estate you'll see the trappers hooks.

I'm using a gtx 1060 but i still get frame drops. This games optimization isn't perfect sadly. Still my favourite game atm tho.

yeah, the devs aren't so fast to patch infinites
No one will use infinites when the patch comes out because thy are getting rid of vacuum vaulting
ZoombieGaming the patch already came out, they didnt fix vacuum vaulting though. They just slowed the time of vaulting, which didnt really compensate for the vacuum

I just played four games and always landed in Coldwind Farm. Now I heard they took the new map out? ...
Yea i've been trying to get into the map again in the past 2 days. I've been restarting my game after every match to try and unlock offerings for the new map. I've tried rare offerings uncommon and common but no luck sadly :(. I'm just gonna go back to the main game and try to grind some more points for when they officialy release the dlc :D

His name. you mean this little piece of something... nobody knows it. Should be something for the "shrine of secrets".
The shrine of secrets is supposed to be a shop where you can buy new perks n stuff for survivors and kilers. You use those points to buy them. If you buy the same perk again you get 25k bloodpoints i think. But it's not working in the test client :(

They nailed the look completely. Kind of disappointed in the shit quality of the core game maps now... they need an overhaul... they look too bland in comparison. The level of detail on this is really nice.
I already saw an infinite spot though, they need more testing... not gonna say where it is either, but I saw one so far.

The time for the entity wall to pop up is too long.
And the Cooldown is too short, infinite abusers will just run away for 45 seconds with sprint burst and come back.
Yeah not sure if there are two windows next to each other on the roof but I'll tell you it's with the fences... They made an L wall with 2 vaults in it. Reddy
Rizer X The map was never supposed to be on the beta, it was a fuck up on their side. They said multiple time since they tool it down that the map is still in play testing and they are aware of multiple infinite spots and bugs and they will be adressed before release.

They added more soundtracks for when the killer chases you. I noticed it while playing against the trapper, nurse or wraith. I didn't hear it while playing against billy. Would be cool if they gave michael the halloween song as chasing soundtrack. It would also made sense :D

That chainsaw attack at 5:26 was sick.
The 2nd time you hooked Nea, 6:40-7:17, you camped her by not leaving the hook area.
Once again after breaking the pallet at 8:08, Nea clearly runs toward the police car but you turn and camp the basement house with the hooked Dwight.
You do the same darn thing when you hook Claudette, you camp within heartbeat range of the hook.
Your 2nd story vantage point of the hatch was a smart play.
The hatch standoff at the end was timed very well and could have gone either way.
You may wish to include Spies from the shadows when you get a 3rd slot.

He's not idiotic protecting hooked survivors though. He at least gives survivors a chance to save hooked people because he patrols the area, not stay directly in front of the survivor in need of help, unlike some noob killers.
So i camped her by not leaving the hook area? That would be true but I was chasing a dwight who stayed near the hooked survivor. I was just following him so he was the one who caused the nea to die. He could have run the other way (thats what I would do) so the other survivor could get her off the hook.
At 8 mins I was chasing the nea but keep in mind that there is still another survivor running around, and i was expecting her to be near the basement. Im killer rank 3 so I assumed that I was playing against other rank 3s and they don't leave each other that often. Camping is in my opinion staying very close to the hook and not give the survivors any chance to get them off the hooks. And then theres still the survive with friends thing. If they were playing survive with friends they usually plan a distraction and escape plan. Im try harding i know but thats just my playstyle. I like to win but I don't get upset when I lose.
I'm definetly gonna use spies on my hillbilly when i get the rank 3 version. I like to use brutal strength, agitation, spies and I was thinking about using the faster recovery perk from the Hillbilly. (if you watched my other video where you see me play the trapper with the try hard perks thats just my try ultra try hard killer build to deal with rank 1s XD.

I don’t have the game yet, but I’ve seen enough gameplay to know that my favorite Killers are Leatherface and The Hillbilly. There’s just something about a maniac with a chainsaw that makes things so interesting.
Yea billy is my fav. But leatherface is just a cheap billy rip off imo. He's basically just billy but way worse.
