Very cool! Clefable's hair becomes a horn upon evolving, plus it looks legitimate enough to be a real design. I thought Togeleon's contains the words "Angelic" and "Evangelic" given its appearance like that of an angel. And Ferraxcious kind of looks like a Mega form for Haxorus honestly; not a bad design.
I wanna see a third stage for a bunch of two-stagers. Like Magikarp, Doduo, Kabuto, Tentacool, Spinarak, Bonsly AND an evolution for each existing eeveelution... and like 14 more. Edit: I thought of a badass name for an evolution of Kabutops. _Kabushido._ It would have a samurai motif, of course.
Yeah, gen 1 had the perfect balance between 3 stage evolutions, 2 stage evolutions, & single stage lines. I just think the Pikachu line should've been a 3 stage in gen 1 ending with Gorochu. Pichu should've just been like a Pikachu clone or done away with it altogether.
@Refrigerated Films I feel that Magikarp to Gyarados is fine a weakling going to the mighty Gyarados shows that with the right care you can get something out of nothing or atleast appears that way. It's similar to Feebas and Milotic something that's ugly turns into something beautiful it's a good metaphor if anything is going to happen to the Magikarp line then it would be a evolution to Gyarados but that won't happen as Gyarados has a mega unless we go into the territory that you don't need to be the final stage in order to mega evolve which admittedly adds a whole host of possibilities like mega Eevee from the fan game Pokémon Insurgence.
@Refrigerated Films that would kind of defeat the purpose of the concept. It's famously based off the legend of the koi fish traveling up a waterfall in order to transform into a dragon, but Pokémon turned that conceit into a universally weak pokemon no one would want by itself, but made its evolution one of the most powerful pokémon in the game. Jumps from weak to strong. A middle evo would just be unnecessary, and the concept would lose much of its impact.
Ferraxious looks awesome as heck. From the way its forearms look with the claws tucked in and the blades on the outside, it looks like its forearms can spin, which can be useful when deflecting moves or using a drill-like punch

Haxorus doesn't need another evolution, it's perfect as it is. I do think however it could use a Regional form that is Dragon/Steel type, or even a Mega Evolution, that could work.
Togeleon completely fixes my problem with Togekiss's deaign. It could also work as a split evolution as well rather than an additional stage, but I definitely won't mind it being the latter if it becomes a Pseudo-Legendary with its BST.
Maybe can be applicable not as a fourth stage but as a divergent evolution that can be unlocked via different route (item-based, friendship, location, time, move usage, etc.)
"Clefable=Nothing too special" is kind of a lie if you ask competitive Pokemon players. If there's ever a 3rd entry in this series, I'd like to see you evolve Wigglytuff even further.
I really dig the fourth stage evolution concept, and I do think it could fit into the series and make it exactly like how Scyther and Scizor's evolution works horizontally instead of vertically. Cleforbi and Ferraxious are sleek as hell
I really like these fourth evolutions; as that not only gives us a new Pokemon, but it also gives underrated Pokemon line some attention. Which ones your favourite? My is no doubt Ferraxcious!
Imagine if they did fourth stage evolutions but they counted as legendary. Like the evolution was so difficult only one pokemon could ever do it. Haxorus is a great example of this and the design looked legendary enough
I think 4th stages should work as legendary or mythical evolutions to regular Pokémon. The evolution would be very rare to get or would be event exclusive
Cool designs, but this feels a bit Digimon like. Three stages max feels perfect. Nice and simple. These could be amazing as Megas if those ever came back... I'll just go cry in the corner.
i feel like the the only thing that togekiss and the eon duo have in common are the blue/red triangles other than that i think trying to find any connection between the two would really be grasping at straws
Cleforbi is supercool, I'd make it a rock type though or possibly dark. Or you could even have a split Evo for clefairy where it evolve with a gengar/haunter/gastly in the party. And it looks like cleforbi with a sinister look and turned around like the dark side of the moon and have it be dark and fairy it could be clefairys old shiny color and the shiny for that even darker blue
idea: what if starter pokemon had unique trios outside of their reigions? here's the thing: We have one: Treeko, Charmander and Sobble. cause their based on the lizard family. Treeko's based on a gecko, Charmender's basedo on a Salamander, and Sobble is based on a Chameleon. Some starters can potentially be unique trios themselfs. Like Torchic and Piplup based on flightless birds. or Grookey and Chimchar since their based on primates. Sprigatito and Litten who are based on cats. What if those trios had their gaps filled with that missing 3rd member?
Awesome. I had not noticed the connection between the Togepi line and the eon duo. Personally, I would have gone more into the prodigal child aspect of Togepi which I feel is just left behind with Togekiss and even Togetic. The egg aspect also gets left behind. Togekiss to me just becomes a pool floaty type of balloon plane that doesn't evolve the line more besides perhaps making it more of an "angel" which I feel is one of its inspiration. I do like your version somewhat more and it's crazy how the two colours on the Togepi line line-up perfectly with the Eon duo's colours. Super well realised, as well as you two other designs. Always a treat to see your videos. I also have to say that your thumbnails are awesome. Right away we know it is you, you have that black background with yellow border with the Pokemon portraits in the middle. Here's more: if Clefable gets a 4th stage, to Wigglytuff a 4th stage. This is because Clefairy is Jigglypuff's counterpart. (the Pokemon wiki says so.) Also, Jigglypuff is contected with Kirby from the kirby series. here's evidence Jigglypuff and Kirby are conntected both IN universe and out: out universe: Kirby series creator; Masahiro Sakurai selected it to appear due to its similarities to Kirby, which allowed the staff to reuse the model and many animations as a base for Jigglypuff. In universe (s): Kirby and Jigglypuff have similar body structure, 1.Both of them can float. 2.similar to how kirby copies abilities, Jigglypuff copyies moves by using the Moves Mimic and Copycat. 3.Like Kirby, jigglypuff also steals, in Jigglypuff's case, stealing items using Theif and Covet and kirby spits projectiles. and similarly, Jigglypuff uses fling to throw held items at the opponent. 4.During gameplay, Kirby can pick up food items to heal. And in previous games with co-op multiplayer, Kirby can share that healing power with partner characters. Kirby does this by walking up to a character and giving them a little kiss after eating. Parallel to this, Jigglypuff can use Draining Kiss 5. Kirby shoots projectiles shaped of yellow stars. Similar to this, Jigglypuff can learn Swift or Speed star 6. Kirby can roll like a ball without any ability as shown in Kirby Tilt and Tumble and Kirby and the Rainbow Curse. Jigglypuff can learn Mega Punch which in japan is called Megaton Punch. Megaton Punch is something Kirby's series does 11. Fire Kirby breaths fire. just like how Jigglypuff uses Flamethrower. and when a pokemon uses Blizzard, they often breath/blow it out their mouths. much like how Kirby does with the Ice Ability. and Jigglypuff can learn Thunder which in japan the move is called Lightning. and this move in gameplay, often has lightning send down. Much like how Kirby uses Lightning Strike with the Spark Ability. And in the Anime, the the way pokemon use the Fighting-type move Focus Blast is similar to the way Fighter Kirby uses Force Blast. Focus Blast is a move Wigglytuff can learn. 12. Kirby does adorible faces seen in game. similarly Jigglypuff uses Charm. 13. Kirby's mix ability gives him a random ability And they say clefairy, Jigglypuff and Chansey are a trio. but Jigglypuff more contected with Clefairy All on all Jigglypuff has similaritys and connections to both Clefairy and Kirby. So. Wugglytuff should have an evolution that explores the connection Jigglypuff has with Kirby and Clefairy and how they connect This evolved form of Wigglypuff called Bigglystuff or Gigglyfluff should have a long curled up tail like clefable cause Bigglystuff would regain it's tail from it's ancesor Scream Tail, have wings like Clefable since other characters from Kirby who are the same species as Kirby, Meta Knight, Galacta Knight and Morpho Knight all are puffballs (Kirby's race) with wings.Bigglystuff would go back to being shaped like Kirby. And since Kirby is a force to be rekkoned with, Bigglystuff should be with a Fighting/Fairy-type based on Kirby in the Smash bros. It can also learn transform based on Kirby's copy abilities. Bigglystuff's name is Bigly and Stuff. be cause it's big compare to Wigglytuff. Bigglystuff would the size of a human. Another that should get a 4th stage is Blissey. Due to suposedly being in a trio with Wigglytuff and Clefable. called Momsey (Mommy+ -sey) the maternal pokemon. a Normal/Fairy type Last is Gengar. This is because Gengar is also connected to Clefable. fans say Gengar is a dead clefable or the shadow of Clefable or gained it's stage/form as Haunter by taking Clefable's shape by shadow. So Giving Gengar a 4th stage would help explore WHY Gengar has a simiar shape to Clefable. likely a pokemon named Dopplegargyle (Doppleganger+ Gargoyle + Gyle) taking it's own form of a Gargoyle like pokemon. That's a Ghost/Dragon type. We could say Haunter has been jelious of Clefable getting love and attention while being Haunter is ignored and found in ghostly areas. So, Haunter copies Clefable's shape in an imperfect way to gain the evolved form Gengar and tries to be popular like Clefable and stalking Clefable, mimicing it for attention. And Gengar evolving into Dopplegargyle, it no longer needs to mimic Clefable. Getting attention with it's own shape.
Wouldve been interesting to see what stats you would give these pokemon. For, i see cleforbi as more of a porygon z type evo where it loses its defenses for offense.
Togeleon would be better as Fairy/Dragon rather than yet another Fairy/Psychic, which is even more tired than Fire/Fighting starters. I also have an OC Pokemon that connects the Togepi line to the Lati@s, but instead it’s a Fairy/Dragon regional evolution of Togetic with gender differences matching the respective Lati gender with a different name than Togeleon. Togepi is a fairy dragon egg, Togetic is a small fairy dragon, then the new evolution is full blown an dragon with hummingbird/helicopter elements to reflect the jet plane elements of the Latis without being the same vehicle. The Psychic of the Latis grows out of the Fairy type of this Togepi line with this region evolution being the link between.
Just imagine a trainer with his level 1 axew, then feeding it 99 rare candies and turning it into the absolute badass monstrosity that is Ferraxcious in front of their rival. These evolutions are truly something special!
So the Eon Duo, I think, were born with a reactivated Legendary-specific gene, from a normal Togeleon. And Ferraxcious is the ultimate, the pinnacle of what Axew's line should have reached. If Gamefreak adds this fellow to the Gen 5 remakes, or uses the design for a Mega Haxorus (or similar form change) then Iris will become the nightmare of any Fairy-Type trainer.
If they ever introduced 4th stage evolution they’d have to up the stats to a majority of Pokémon, such as the legendaries. The best Pokémon to give this to would be the starters and lines that have substandard final evos, examples being Rhyperior, Magmortar, Seismitoad, Shiftree and Conkeldurr in my opinion. I would love to see it implemented but I think we’re too far gone from ever having such a feature, we’re reaching gen 10 within the next 5 years

And Togekiss already has Dragon fictures and it's just rare has a Dragon-type pokemon, but it's your chooses after all, so i not going to interfer with them. Wwwwwwwwooooowwwww~!!!! Ferraxcious is ceartly a thing! I loved how it's bring what we all expected to happen in a glorious and magnificent way! I loved it so much that i can't even express this feeling! Wholesome work ElestevaO77, and you too Hopps! Those designs are really good and i really would love if they became real someday, but i also think fourth stage pokemon would change to much what the pokemon franchise is, and those designs could easily be translated to megas or regional variants, or even alternative evolution for those pokemon evolutionary-lines. But i have to admit it would be incredible if something like that really happened. Again, good work you two!
Ok so all these 4th stages could be paradox forms pseudo replacing the 3rd form in some regions with the paradox events but others it's treated like a 4th stage
Clefable deserves something to be on par with Gengar, the one that some theorize is Clefable's shadow. That "shadow" certainly *overshadows* Clefable a whole lot in both stats and special treatment. Had Clefable had the same base stat total as Gengar and gotten equal amounts of special treatment, we wouldn't have to be doing all of this for GAME FREAK.
It’s an interesting concept, giving Pokémon a (generally) Stage 3 evolution but with regional variants and evolutions, what really makes a Stage 3 Pokémon different from a regional variant? All three here so look pretty cool in their own way but they also just look like they could be an alternative evolution from the prior stage or be a regional form of the Pokémon they are evolving from.
We know at least one occasion when 4th step pokevolution happened: in Pokemon Red if you trade in a Raichu, and speak again with the trader, he informs you, the Raichu evolved further! This is in a game, so 100% canon.

ferraxious looks so cool. if it should evolve from haxorus the evolution method should maybe do something with falinks since their "armor" looks similar to it, maybe something like defeat 20 falinks to let haxorus evolve
Random idea, third stage Eeveelutions. Umbreon as a dark werewolf sorta thing, Leafeon with a mane of thorns, Vaporeon as like a sea serpent cat thing. Which, already kinda, but more snake-y.
I’m all for 4th stage evolutions in Pokémon. I just feel like, to evolve into them, it’d require some special item only found in a late game area since some of these 4th stage Pokémon would probably be hitting Legendary Pokémon stats.
I think it's time. Not temporary fourth stages like Megas, but like actual fourth stage evolutions. Have it be attainable through some new evolution method or whatever.
If you think about it. Mega evolution is technically a 4th evolution. Even tho the pokemon that can mega can't keep that evolution, its still evolving into a different stage of itself. As well as giving them a different or new type.

It's not ALL the pokemon but definitely ones that need that 4th evo but can't actually maintain and evolution past the 3rd. Which makes me wonder if there will be some that can evolve a 4th stage later on like this video said they might do. But those that get the 4th can control the power versus it being just a burst of energy and it also being very rare.
I was just going to give up on watching 4th stage evolution theory because we can't get these monsters anyway, but after watching this one, I love the the aggressive monster Ferraxious. I never seen anything more scary like this one. It makes Tyranitar less scary. Haxourus is one of the coolest pokemon ever designed!
If Archaludon could become the first two-stage Pseudo-Legendary, then Haxorus could totally become the first four-stage Pseudo-Legendary. Everyone will fear Iris's Ferraxcious more than Cynthia's Garchomp.
In a movie the Eon duo were created after another pkms energy was divided like Kyurem, I think, can't be sure if my memory is failing me. That could make Tokeleon plausible. But maybe Dragon/Fairy would be better, and after the separation Fairy was lost and Psy was gained.
I dont see any Pokemon that has already evolved with element stone to evolve further since Megas have already explain the reason why none of the Pokemon that evolve from evolution stones cant get mega forms at all, and thats the main reason i cant see any of them to get a 4th stage evolution, BUT IF they gain a new branch evolution that doesnt involve with a evolution stone can gain a 4th stage evolution
I don't ever see GameFreak doing 4th Stage Evolutions and Pokémon can't evolve again if they have evolved from an item, unless its name is Porygon 2. They did Mega Evolutions. It was a gimmick and then they phased them out after Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Mega Evolutions served as 4th Stage Evolution if the Pokémon that was a Stage 3 had a Mega Evolution. That's all they will ever do. They'll never do Mega Evolutions again, so don't expect them to do 4th Stage Evolutions. Mega Evolutions for 3rd Stage Pokémon will be the closest thing we ever get to a Stage 4 Evolution.
My headcanon for togekiss is that its got little arms tucked into its feather maine. Cause togetic has arms... 🤷♂️ plus it would add to this fourth evolution concept
Well if you think about it the triangles on togepis shell are exactly the same as the ones on Latios and Latias chest. So is togepi an egg from Latios and Latias
Ferraxcious looks super dope 🔥💯🔥 Love these designs! I do think that 4th evos would be cool. Though a potential reason as to why it didn't happen yet could be that they would be overpowered. Though that could be compensated somehow, for example by them not being accessible until some post-league quest or item. Idk lol but these great designs definitely makes me think that it would be cool 💯
Wow, all three of these Pokémon look very cool. Plus I have some ideas for their evolution methods and abilities. First, for Cleforbi, I believe it’s ability shall be “Levitate” since it’s a psychic type now and for the hidden one, I think it shall be Psychic Surge. As for the evolution method, since it evolved from a moon stone, I believe it shall evolve with a shiny stone at nighttime during a full moon either that or probably a moon stone at night instead. Or probably your fan made Space stone. Anyway onto Togeleon, for its ability, definitely Serene Grace like the eon duo, the hidden one I would probably say levitate to let it be ineffective against ground types and for the evolution method, I’d say it will evolve with shiny stone while Latios or Latias are in your party. Finally for Ferraxcious, the evolution method is easy, trade it while holding the metal coat. And for its abilities I’d say Pressure and for its hidden one Weak Armor. Again these are my ideas for the evolution methods and the abilities, so I can’t wait to see what you guys think about this. 😉
Togeleon i think would work better not as a Fairy/Psychic Type, which is frankly becoming a bit overdone in the main series, but i would work better as a Fairy/Dragon Type. It would still maintain its connection to Latios and Latias in that all three would be Dragon Type, but sets it appart by maintaining its Fairy Type, a type we have only ever seen with Mega Altaria. As a side note, an evolution wouldnt necissarily have to include a Stat increase, as Syther evolving into Scizor doesnt increase its BST, but instead reallocates the points into different stats and simply swaps the Flying Type for Steel. The same happens with Kleavor just the Flying Type is swapped for Rock. All three have a BST of 500. So an evolution of a pokemon as powerful as Haxorus wouldnt need to have a BST increase, but could just have a stat redistribution and the new typing.
I think if it has a baby stage and then two evolved forms after that, it should be given an additional evolution. In the trading card game, pokemon like Pikachu are called "Basic" (the first stage) and their pre-evolved forms are called Baby pokemon. Plus, there's the fact that pokemon with a baby form can be hatched from an egg as-is, and needs to meet special requirements in order to hatch as the baby form.
The Clefable fourth stage was my favorite. The other two designs could use some work/ be taken further. Especially the Haxorus fourth evolution. It's too similar to the previous evolution. But good on you for trying! That takes guts! Good luck with everything! Take care!
I’m always open to seeing legends get more lore and connections I love seeing the primal forms I love the diancie carbink connection I love man made mewtwo getting mega forms since Megas are a man made phenomenon I love the galarian birds I love the new Regis and regigigas I love Null and the RKS system I’m okay with the origin forms of dialga and palkia I’d love to see the lati@s lore being expanded. I want to see more legends rooted in the world

Haxorus doesn't need another evolution, it's perfect as it is. I do think however it could use a Regional form that is Dragon/Steel type, or even a Mega Evolution, that could work.

Togeleon completely fixes my problem with Togekiss's deaign. It could also work as a split evolution as well rather than an additional stage, but I definitely won't mind it being the latter if it becomes a Pseudo-Legendary with its BST.
Maybe can be applicable not as a fourth stage but as a divergent evolution that can be unlocked via different route (item-based, friendship, location, time, move usage, etc.)
I also love Togeleon because I feel like it could be a subtle reference to Evangelion, and the togi line is heavily associated with Angels

Imagine if they did fourth stage evolutions but they counted as legendary. Like the evolution was so difficult only one pokemon could ever do it. Haxorus is a great example of this and the design looked legendary enough

And it looks like cleforbi with a sinister look and turned around like the dark side of the moon and have it be dark and fairy it could be clefairys old shiny color and the shiny for that even darker blue
idea: what if starter pokemon had unique trios outside of their reigions?

We have one:
Treeko, Charmander and Sobble. cause their based on the lizard family. Treeko's based on a gecko, Charmender's basedo on a Salamander, and Sobble is based on a Chameleon.
Some starters can potentially be unique trios themselfs. Like Torchic and Piplup based on flightless birds. or Grookey and Chimchar since their based on primates. Sprigatito and Litten who are based on cats. What if those trios had their gaps filled with that missing 3rd member?

Awesome. I had not noticed the connection between the Togepi line and the eon duo. Personally, I would have gone more into the prodigal child aspect of Togepi which I feel is just left behind with Togekiss and even Togetic. The egg aspect also gets left behind. Togekiss to me just becomes a pool floaty type of balloon plane that doesn't evolve the line more besides perhaps making it more of an "angel" which I feel is one of its inspiration. I do like your version somewhat more and it's crazy how the two colours on the Togepi line line-up perfectly with the Eon duo's colours. Super well realised, as well as you two other designs. Always a treat to see your videos.
I also have to say that your thumbnails are awesome. Right away we know it is you, you have that black background with yellow border with the Pokemon portraits in the middle. It's super effective and not clickbaity.You don't even put a stupid 😱face picture of yourself. Please never change.🥲👍

if Clefable gets a 4th stage, to Wigglytuff a 4th stage. This is because Clefairy is Jigglypuff's counterpart. (the Pokemon wiki says so.) Also, Jigglypuff is contected with Kirby from the kirby series. here's evidence Jigglypuff and Kirby are conntected both IN universe and out:
out universe: Kirby series creator; Masahiro Sakurai selected it to appear due to its similarities to Kirby, which allowed the staff to reuse the model and many animations as a base for Jigglypuff.
In universe (s): Kirby and Jigglypuff have similar body structure,
1.Both of them can float.
2.similar to how kirby copies abilities, Jigglypuff copyies moves by using the Moves Mimic and Copycat.
3.Like Kirby, jigglypuff also steals, in Jigglypuff's case, stealing items using Theif and Covet and kirby spits projectiles. and similarly, Jigglypuff uses fling to throw held items at the opponent.
4.During gameplay, Kirby can pick up food items to heal. And in previous games with co-op multiplayer, Kirby can share that healing power with partner characters. Kirby does this by walking up to a character and giving them a little kiss after eating. Parallel to this, Jigglypuff can use Draining Kiss
5. Kirby shoots projectiles shaped of yellow stars. Similar to this, Jigglypuff can learn Swift or Speed star

10. Jigglypuff can learn Mega Punch which in japan is called Megaton Punch. Megaton Punch is something Kirby's series does

Fire Kirby breaths fire. just like how Jigglypuff uses Flamethrower. and when a pokemon uses Blizzard, they often breath/blow it out their mouths. much like how Kirby does with the Ice Ability. and Jigglypuff can learn Thunder which in japan the move is called Lightning. and this move in gameplay, often has lightning send down. Much like how Kirby uses Lightning Strike with the Spark Ability. And in the Anime, the the way pokemon use the Fighting-type move Focus Blast is similar to the way Fighter Kirby uses Force Blast. Focus Blast is a move Wigglytuff can learn.
12. Kirby does adorible faces seen in game. similarly Jigglypuff uses Charm.
13. Kirby's mix ability gives him a random ability
And they say clefairy, Jigglypuff and Chansey are a trio. but Jigglypuff more contected with Clefairy
All on all Jigglypuff has similaritys and connections to both Clefairy and Kirby. So. Wugglytuff should have an evolution that explores the connection Jigglypuff has with Kirby and Clefairy and how they connect
This evolved form of Wigglypuff called Bigglystuff or Gigglyfluff should have a long curled up tail like clefable cause Bigglystuff would regain it's tail from it's ancesor Scream Tail, have wings like Clefable since other characters from Kirby who are the same species as Kirby, Meta Knight, Galacta Knight and Morpho Knight all are puffballs (Kirby's race) with wings.Bigglystuff would go back to being shaped like Kirby. And since Kirby is a force to be rekkoned with, Bigglystuff should be with a Fighting/Fairy-type based on Kirby in the Smash bros. It can also learn transform based on Kirby's copy abilities. Bigglystuff's name is Bigly and Stuff. be cause it's big compare to Wigglytuff. Bigglystuff would the size of a human.
Another that should get a 4th stage is Blissey. Due to suposedly being in a trio with Wigglytuff and Clefable.
called Momsey (Mommy+ -sey) the maternal pokemon. a Normal/Fairy type
Last is Gengar. This is because Gengar is also connected to Clefable. fans say Gengar is a dead clefable or the shadow of Clefable or gained it's stage/form as Haunter by taking Clefable's shape by shadow. So Giving Gengar a 4th stage would help explore WHY Gengar has a simiar shape to Clefable. likely a pokemon named Dopplegargyle (Doppleganger+ Gargoyle + Gyle) taking it's own form of a Gargoyle like pokemon. That's a Ghost/Dragon type. We could say Haunter has been jelious of Clefable getting love and attention while being Haunter is ignored and found in ghostly areas. So, Haunter copies Clefable's shape in an imperfect way to gain the evolved form Gengar and tries to be popular like Clefable and stalking Clefable, mimicing it for attention. And Gengar evolving into Dopplegargyle, it no longer needs to mimic Clefable. Getting attention with it's own shape.

Wouldve been interesting to see what stats you would give these pokemon. For, i see cleforbi as more of a porygon z type evo where it loses its defenses for offense.
Togeleon would be better as Fairy/Dragon rather than yet another Fairy/Psychic, which is even more tired than Fire/Fighting starters. I also have an OC Pokemon that connects the Togepi line to the Lati@s, but instead it’s a Fairy/Dragon regional evolution of Togetic with gender differences matching the respective Lati gender with a different name than Togeleon. Togepi is a fairy dragon egg, Togetic is a small fairy dragon, then the new evolution is full blown an dragon with hummingbird/helicopter elements to reflect the jet plane elements of the Latis without being the same vehicle. The Psychic of the Latis grows out of the Fairy type of this Togepi line with this region evolution being the link between.
Just imagine a trainer with his level 1 axew, then feeding it 99 rare candies and turning it into the absolute badass monstrosity that is Ferraxcious in front of their rival. These evolutions are truly something special!
So the Eon Duo, I think, were born with a reactivated Legendary-specific gene, from a normal Togeleon.
And Ferraxcious is the ultimate, the pinnacle of what Axew's line should have reached. If Gamefreak adds this fellow to the Gen 5 remakes, or uses the design for a Mega Haxorus (or similar form change) then Iris will become the nightmare of any Fairy-Type trainer.
If they ever introduced 4th stage evolution they’d have to up the stats to a majority of Pokémon, such as the legendaries. The best Pokémon to give this to would be the starters and lines that have substandard final evos, examples being Rhyperior, Magmortar, Seismitoad, Shiftree and Conkeldurr in my opinion. I would love to see it implemented but I think we’re too far gone from ever having such a feature, we’re reaching gen 10 within the next 5 years

I think Togelion should be Fairy/Dragon-type because i mean, it's te main type of the Ion duo! And Togekiss already has Dragon fictures and it's just rare has a Dragon-type pokemon, but it's your chooses after all, so i not going to interfer with them.

Those designs are really good and i really would love if they became real someday, but i also think fourth stage pokemon would change to much what the pokemon franchise is, and those designs could easily be translated to megas or regional variants, or even alternative evolution for those pokemon evolutionary-lines. But i have to admit it would be incredible if something like that really happened. Again, good work you two!
Ok so all these 4th stages could be paradox forms pseudo replacing the 3rd form in some regions with the paradox events but others it's treated like a 4th stage

Clefable deserves something to be on par with Gengar, the one that some theorize is Clefable's shadow. That "shadow" certainly *overshadows* Clefable a whole lot in both stats and special treatment. Had Clefable had the same base stat total as Gengar and gotten equal amounts of special treatment, we wouldn't have to be doing all of this for GAME FREAK.
Ferraxcious being steel would give it a buff against fairies too. I love it
It’s an interesting concept, giving Pokémon a (generally) Stage 3 evolution but with regional variants and evolutions, what really makes a Stage 3 Pokémon different from a regional variant?
All three here so look pretty cool in their own way but they also just look like they could be an alternative evolution from the prior stage or be a regional form of the Pokémon they are evolving from.
We know at least one occasion when 4th step pokevolution happened: in Pokemon Red if you trade in a Raichu, and speak again with the trader, he informs you, the Raichu evolved further!
This is in a game, so 100% canon.

Random idea, third stage Eeveelutions. Umbreon as a dark werewolf sorta thing, Leafeon with a mane of thorns, Vaporeon as like a sea serpent cat thing. Which, already kinda, but more snake-y.
I’m all for 4th stage evolutions in Pokémon. I just feel like, to evolve into them, it’d require some special item only found in a late game area since some of these 4th stage Pokémon would probably be hitting Legendary Pokémon stats.

It's not ALL the pokemon but definitely ones that need that 4th evo but can't actually maintain and evolution past the 3rd. Which makes me wonder if there will be some that can evolve a 4th stage later on like this video said they might do. But those that get the 4th can control the power versus it being just a burst of energy and it also being very rare.

I was just going to give up on watching 4th stage evolution theory because we can't get these monsters anyway, but after watching this one, I love the the aggressive monster Ferraxious. I never seen anything more scary like this one. It makes Tyranitar less scary. Haxourus is one of the coolest pokemon ever designed!

In a movie the Eon duo were created after another pkms energy was divided like Kyurem, I think, can't be sure if my memory is failing me. That could make Tokeleon plausible. But maybe Dragon/Fairy would be better, and after the separation Fairy was lost and Psy was gained.
I dont see any Pokemon that has already evolved with element stone to evolve further since Megas have already explain the reason why none of the Pokemon that evolve from evolution stones cant get mega forms at all, and thats the main reason i cant see any of them to get a 4th stage evolution, BUT IF they gain a new branch evolution that doesnt involve with a evolution stone can gain a 4th stage evolution
I don't ever see GameFreak doing 4th Stage Evolutions and Pokémon can't evolve again if they have evolved from an item, unless its name is Porygon 2. They did Mega Evolutions. It was a gimmick and then they phased them out after Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Mega Evolutions served as 4th Stage Evolution if the Pokémon that was a Stage 3 had a Mega Evolution. That's all they will ever do. They'll never do Mega Evolutions again, so don't expect them to do 4th Stage Evolutions. Mega Evolutions for 3rd Stage Pokémon will be the closest thing we ever get to a Stage 4 Evolution.

Wow, all three of these Pokémon look very cool. Plus I have some ideas for their evolution methods and abilities.
First, for Cleforbi, I believe it’s ability shall be “Levitate” since it’s a psychic type now and for the hidden one, I think it shall be Psychic Surge. As for the evolution method, since it evolved from a moon stone, I believe it shall evolve with a shiny stone at nighttime during a full moon either that or probably a moon stone at night instead. Or probably your fan made Space stone. Anyway onto Togeleon, for its ability, definitely Serene Grace like the eon duo, the hidden one I would probably say levitate to let it be ineffective against ground types and for the evolution method, I’d say it will evolve with shiny stone while Latios or Latias are in your party. Finally for Ferraxcious, the evolution method is easy, trade it while holding the metal coat. And for its abilities I’d say Pressure and for its hidden one Weak Armor. Again these are my ideas for the evolution methods and the abilities, so I can’t wait to see what you guys think about this. 😉
Togeleon i think would work better not as a Fairy/Psychic Type, which is frankly becoming a bit overdone in the main series, but i would work better as a Fairy/Dragon Type. It would still maintain its connection to Latios and Latias in that all three would be Dragon Type, but sets it appart by maintaining its Fairy Type, a type we have only ever seen with Mega Altaria.
As a side note, an evolution wouldnt necissarily have to include a Stat increase, as Syther evolving into Scizor doesnt increase its BST, but instead reallocates the points into different stats and simply swaps the Flying Type for Steel. The same happens with Kleavor just the Flying Type is swapped for Rock. All three have a BST of 500. So an evolution of a pokemon as powerful as Haxorus wouldnt need to have a BST increase, but could just have a stat redistribution and the new typing.
I think if it has a baby stage and then two evolved forms after that, it should be given an additional evolution. In the trading card game, pokemon like Pikachu are called "Basic" (the first stage) and their pre-evolved forms are called Baby pokemon. Plus, there's the fact that pokemon with a baby form can be hatched from an egg as-is, and needs to meet special requirements in order to hatch as the baby form.
