Non veg ya soya paneer jaise lete hain diet mein. Milk dahi ye sab bhi lete hain. Trust me.. Thida time zaroor lagta hai lekin bahut acchi body banti hai.. Bas junk good mat lo aur sabse important.. Aisi diet lete samay chest meal ke naam pe ek din hafte mein kooda mat khao! Ek ice cream ya thoda sa pizza chalega lekin zyada nahi. If you can avoid then its the best. Diet.. Exercise aur full sleep se bahut badiya body ban jayegi. ❤❤❤
Protein k saath bs 1 dikkt h artificial flavour and sweetener. Unflavoured whey is best if you don't want gut issues and want to use whey for longer period of time.
One request sirji.. please stop cheap youtubers like rajveer and others who come into your gym and shoot videos to promote their cheap supplement brands such as big muscal and compounder choice products.. these products have heaviliy failed their lab test.. aapke image par v iska asar padta h
