Long Handle 3/8 ratchet with a very shallow 17mm socket and zip tie the belt to the crank pulley to get it started and not fall off if you are working by yourself are my tips for this.
It's a really high ratio of 14:1. If you are concerned about turning the engine by hand (wrench on a pulley nut) while fighting compression, you can remove the spark plugs first to make it easier.
