This is the ONLY triceps workout I can find that actually targets the triceps. All the other “tricep” workouts on RUclips just make my biceps burn and I don’t even feel my triceps working at all. This however was the total opposite. For the first time I could feel my triceps working during the workout AND the ache after 🔥🔥

Do leg raises (lying on the floor/hanging from a bar) but focus on your lower abs don't let your hip flexors do the work. Keep your hips as still as possible.
My arms were shaking from that second move. It was extremely hard and that's why I loved it!! You just know it's super effective and 1:30 is long enough for it to hurt but short enough to mentally push through. Great job with this series!!! xx

Could you do a video isolating the chest? I have heard that a strong toned chest can help with breast lifting, and with bigger bodies, we really need that. I vote for that next!

Was able to do every move without stopping....except for that second move! Whoa that was hard. I can't even tell you how many times I stopped both ways.
If they hurt that bad it’s recommended to not work the muscles as hard so maybe do half the exercises or do just the first one 2-3 times a day its mainly so your body can adjust to working out so in about 2-3 days you should be able to do a little more or maybe even all of it and not have anything but a little soreness after a few minutes!
I’m so glad I found your channel! I’m working on weight loss because I’ve gained a lot of weight since the beginning of the year...I hope with doing this every day, my annoying back arm fat will burn off sooner than later! 😭
I used to beat myself up if I wasn't able to do the move exactly like Cassey does it, but now I know that everyone truly is on their own journey to strength! On that second move I had to sit on the floor and go at about half speed, but I still did it the whole time. And instead of beating myself up about it, I'm proud that I was able to do what I did! It's a mindset that I'm still working on, but don't ever get discouraged if you can't do the advanced moves! Be proud of what you have accomplished! :D
Workout looks good! Although it is extremely difficult to spot reduce fat recent studies show that it may be possible if you follow the workout with some low intensity cardio to burn 🔥 the fat molecules liberated from the area during the workout ;)
Spot reduction as in only burning fat in one spot isnt possible BUT when you focus on only muscle groups in those trouble spots it can tone them and make them appear thinner and ofc cardio burs fat the most effectively the less fat the easier you see your progress!
