For Kazuya, I feel like he'd be in a good spot if they gave him back a few things from T7 -- he doesn't get a NH launch on ss3 anymore, and db2 doesn't knock down into punt like it used to. Having a good easy 15f punish in df+1,2 ff+4 was very ergonomic if you weren't ready to EWGF at -15...
yeah i miss his old mids that they almost abolished in this game. Esp: SS3 seems to track horrendously IMO, it doesnt need to NH launch but id like it to re-align better.
Reina`s SEN 3+4 is +4 on hit and can be used as i13 moves frametrap, I like using u1 because on CH it guarantees HWR 2, and if you already in heat it is straight launch.
idk what kind of players u play against dude that shit does not work now no frametraps works which is nice i feel like its a cheese way to win so im kind of glad the players i play against does not fall for it

Reina FF2 is a bit of a strange one for sure, I honestly find it kind of frustrating though, the amount of times I've went for the low homing on FF2 block and been counter hit launched or just straight up hopkicked out of it is a little strange to me. Sometimes seems a little inconsistent. Not to say it isn't strong, definitely it is but also frustrating at times when people seem to get away with bs for seemingly no reason.

If you want to count unblockable grabs as lows then they are just a 16f launch punishable “low” that you can’t loop/frame trap people with and requires you to go into stance.
@@darlingimscared depends one when you use it, but most of the time you go off of sentai (ff2) they can cover the grab option with jab or low jab which also covers almost all other options as well, they can option select it instead of being threatened to duck

Eddy is broken. And feng is fair he gets power crush a lot, sidesteps. Rage art, heat burst and all that good stuff. Don’t complain to much everyone is broken in some ways. He doesn’t have good power crush with range like somd other broken character like eddy fir example or lee, paul, brian. You put brian and paul b tier but they got good power crushing move to steal turn and shut your offense. Kazuya slidding tornado kick is OP or is infinite electric 2 launcher. I guess it depends the match up.
I'd like to see Kazuya get his Down Back 2 and his Back 2,1 from Tekken 7. Everything else just keep the same. The imputs and cancels u have to do with Kazuya. Is his balance. He's one of the hardest characters to pilot for a reason. He's side stepable. None of this is an issue. Kazuya players understand the risk and rewards. I think the Down Back 2 will help with his mix. And the back 2,1 will help with his combo potential. Change nothing else. Kazuya looses his turn way easier then other characters. Thats fine were use to it. Yes down back 2 would give him a 50/50. But with the risk Kazuya has to take and knowing hes going to loose his turn. I'd say this makes it balanced. Back 2,1 would help with his combo potential. 2 buffs thats it. His imputs, cancels loosing his turn balance this buff. Kazuya remains the same. He hasn't been simplified like other has. No Kazuya wants him simplified. All we want is the potential other characters already have. Fix the bug to foward * down forward 4,1,1 the damage. 1% damage. Fix the bugg 1,1,2 and down forward 4, 1 wiff thats not buffs thats bug fixes.
Is this before patch? After Patch half of what you said about DJ is no longer there. Heat Smash no longer tracks like it used, and has way less range now.

Dragonov can still be pretty strong though. Though Azucena rip. Asuka, let's wait and see, have mixed opinions on it rn other than it making her more annoying to fight if you don't know matchup. Leroy and Zafina I dunno. Steve becomes more annoying.
Kazuya is trash im a GoD with him and it was a struggle for sure but he is dog sht compared to t7 kaz. His combos are trash and inconsistent. Every other character gets way more damage with alot less exection kaz lacks good range and good pokes besides ff2 thats the only good poke he has with range. You cant launch punish big pushback like demo man moves on block because his db 1 2 has little range compared to alot of other characters who can punish at that range. Oh yea and his 50/50 is weak compared to the rest of the cast. Ling, yoshi, lilli, feng, and zaf have launching or knockdown lows that are way better then hellsweep. For kaz to work well you have to be twice as good as your opponent and have a fast ewgf and wavu and kbd and really well matchup knowledge. Its alot of work but hes still my main. Harada hates kaz lol
@@Denrosanabben Jin probably has the lowest win rate online in the series. This may be the first Tekken his win rate isn't atrocious. Every move used and situation that Jin creates has counterplay. He also can not rely on chip, unreactable mixups, or gimmicks for damage. Jin still relies heavily on fundamentals. He is not a casino friendly character so unless there are system changes he will never be top 3 in this game. Comparing Jin to boss characters like Azucena, Alisa, and Xaioyu is insane. Especially when all the top tiers besides maybe King and Xiaoyu are easier to play.
Xiaoyu mains gives me 3 stages of cancer at the same time, I just do nothing, when I get paired with a Xiaoyu, I just start scrolling thru youtube shorts, that mf is just too broken, eternal preassure, everything she does is a launcher, braindead combo. nah.... My character itself is pretty much brain dead too (reina) but if we whiff we are fucking dead, everything reina whiffes it's like -16. FF2 is the only thing that keeps me having "hope" in reina, cuz god damn, she fucking sucks against the meta. my sister uses alisa and EVERY STUPID MOVE IS ARMORED, also, she fly thru the whole map with her chainsaws, and her 2 2 is stupid, like 40 dmg and its 10 frames. Eddy is easy an A+, same with raven.
reina was definitely well placed before ! Devil jin and Kazuya were not tho now it's better for them. However Dj is weaker than Kaz, to me DJ should be on B with paul and bryan
