    1) Ask yourself "what do I want to eat?"
    2) Discover the pleasure of the palate. Relearn the art of eating.
    3) Make your eating experience enjoyable.
    4) Don't settle. It's ok the leave food on the plate.
    5) Check in during the meal. Are you still enjoying your food?

    This is my FAVORITE principle...at least right now. It might change. But always a favorite to introduce to clients because for most, it's the first time they've ever thought about satisfaction and why it matters
