It's always sad to see people go on very miserable diets and deny themselves genuinely good food just because it's unhealthy when eaten in large quantities. You want a greasy burger? Have it! Just don't have it daily and don't eat more than you can have on that day! Don't make your relationship with food unhealthy just because healthier food is better for everyday consumption.
I need one of those food processors which brand is that?
Tip to speed up the cooking time... microwave! Just cut in half and clean the seeds out then stab the outside allover with a knife or fork (watch your fingers!) then put it cut-side-down in a microwavable dish with a little water to help create more steam! You can also cover the dish/squash with plastic wrap which shaves off a bit more time but it isn't necessary to get the job done! Faster than just using the oven alone!! 🎉

I feel like this is the clearest summary of what is happening in the health media that I have ever heard. I am going to replay it every day for awhile, especially when they try to scare me about my salad dressing and shredded wheat.
But what if you just have a terrible diet in general, just eating a few processed foods a day and no vegetables. Would it still be worth it to get something in your system through AG1?

I agree, but seed oils and red 40. Are really bad for you. Just because there are things that are worse, it doesn't mean you should discredit. Health issues associated with less harmful. Substances There is a reason Red40 is illegal in most first world countries.

It's the red 40. Take it out of your kids diet and you see a big change.
Amazing points. I would talk to a lot of people at work who would say they’re tired all the time and also that they don’t know why they’re tired. Then I would ask them if they got enough sleep, ate enough vegetables, or exercised. They would say no. 🫠
it’s the vegetable oil. look into it… please. obviously the alcohol and cigarettes aren’t helping, but two things can be true at once.
what makes you think it’s the vegetable oils?
I did no seed oil, almost zero sugar (ate blueberries, plain Greek yogurt, etc.), no highly processed foods, took supplements, and exercised my butt off for ~2 years, and I literally felt ZERO difference. Only thing it did was wreck my mental health. Not to mention this “healthy” diet made me extremely constipated and depressed. It wasn’t until I switched back to eating everything in moderation did I get normal (best I’ve ever had honestly) poops, and did my mental health improve.

@@cadennoggle2697How does the whole culture defend alcohol use (literal toxin), food insecurity, poverty and homelessness? We are saying look at the real problems, not the salad dressing with seed oil you eat twice a week. Shelf stability and affordability of food also matter, especially right now.
I will say with 100% certainty that there are plenty of ingredients that are used in American foods that are not used anywhere else in the world and are banned. There is straight poison in our foods and that is a fact.

spaghetti squash, really good if you brush on olive oil, salt & pepper before baking. Add some butter after you fork shred it when done baking.

One time I tried cutting one and my freaking knife got stuck!! I tried everything short of throwing it on the floor and stomping on it!! I had to wait a couple hours for my trucker roommate to get home from the road to help me... so to say the least, he had to wait longer than usual to eat that time! 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️😂 They also come out in uneven 'halves' 99% of the time!!

Sierra Mist has 37g of added sugar per 12oz!!! Coke Zero uses an ARTIFICIAL sweetener! Those fries are fried in seed oils! The burger buns are refined carbohydrates! Sounds like excellent dietician advice!

I think it would have been good to say that if somebody isn't getting balanced nutrition because they're on the go and just aren't able to eat all the fruit and veggies they should, that's something like this could actually benefit them.

Why is this noteworthy?
The more processed a food is the worse it is for you. It's not good when it starts with a bunch of processes
I know someone who sells this stuff and he's actually told his clients they don't need their medicine for whatever is ailing them. They just need to start on Herbalife products and it will cure them at the cellular level. He stopped telling people that when he himself got diabetes and neuropathy and was in such pain he needed his medicine. He does not have a background in nutrition or anything. To me this is merely a way to make a sale. Talk about sketchy.
