Thankyou so much I’ve literally been trying to work this out for about 3 weeks now and when I tell you I tried over 10 methods , watched several videos and read about lots of ways through google, I’m not exaggerating, and thankfully thankfully thankfully I tried the first method and it finally worked !!!! I remember when I had this issue it stopped popping for like 2 weeks and then it came back , I also remember that eventually I had to disable the whole key that was perhaps stuck or had some water leaking into it , the key is f1 and I searched for how to disable that specific key and it worked !

You missed one very important option...the one that fixed it for me: In Outlook/Options/Advanced/File and Browser Preferences/Open Hyperlinks from Outlook in (change Microsoft Edge to Default Browser).....that fixed it!
