Brilliant footage bud..... What a sorry state that class 37 is in... Let's hope some railway heritage site will buy it up and restore it to it's former glory.... I'd love to buy it, but I don't think South Gloucestershire Council will approve of me having it in my front garden....
I’ve been driving past there a number of times in the last week , thanks for posting as I was curious what was down there .
Thats Nexus rail sidings, they restore carriages and locos
Having gone past it many times it was good to see what's at the back.
3:25 i know this video is old but can you still see from there?
Awesome! Lots of locomotives, old rolling stock and carriages! Would love to visit myself, thank you for uploading this :)
Not sure you can tried contacting Nemesis Rail no reply
@@chrish9974 how did you visit then???
@@aviationtrainsfc1 went to visit them and tried ringing them no reply to both real shame
@@chrish9974 ok

How many heritage 37s do we need? There is only so much money and expertise available.
Great video mate
Go past here most days changes all the time love the 37 but it's all great to see worth a closer look if you get chance
This is the way to derby from burton station…rr-rright..?
Yes - Between Derby and Burton. If travelling from Derby, it would be on your right hand side 1-2 mins before arrival into Burton station. 👍
I’m truly surprised that it’s not more secure
Is that class 319 preserved as it looks out of place in that yard! Good video of old-school loco's and rolling stock 😎
I think it’s currently stored there prior to being scrapped.
@@trainsplanes it will probably end up a class 369 or some experimental demu or something!!! 🤔
Surely that 47 should be backed up a tad more as its blocking the line
The Blue one? That was due to leave Burton on the day he filmed it, at about 09:20
@@aviationtrainsfc1 ok i understand now that it backed its rake into the sidings and then left. That makes sense. M
Yes - Thats the case. It was filmed about 30 mins before it left for Kidderminster 👍
@@trainsplanes yeah, I caught it going past Tamworth
Great video mate
How do you know they’re going to be scrapped?
Nemesis Rail staff onsite - It doesn’t mean all
Locos though. Some will likely be retained.
@@trainsplanes Thanks for clarification. It will probably be the rusty BR diesels and the 319s.
