Some people, (actually most people playing Classic) play for end game. Leveling sucks. Lets take Warrior. No MS/BT till 40, no WW till 36, no hit gear, you find auto attacking and missing fun? Good for you, I don't. Now, having DEoI or MoM and killing clothies/leather weaers in 3 hits? That's fun. End game raids are fun. Leveling was made MORE fun in Cata because get this: you actually had a few buttons to press early on, so if anything, I'm in the right place, and you are in the wrong place.

In short; level by dungeon spamming - You avoid the super-competitive outdoor that'll be flooded. Which will be even worse on PvP servers. - You get the reputations that you'll be needing for when you're level 70. - It's a very decent, but most importantly; RELIABLE; source of XP.
It's surprising and a little sad to hear people recommend dungeon grinding for Classic TBC. So many people described "the journey" as a big part of the joy of Classic. TBC zones/quests are fantastic; I'm looking forward to experiencing them again. Yeah there's a lot to do at lv70, and yeah for some people "fun" will be a race to world-first Vashj/Kael/Illidan/Archimonde. But it makes me sad to see so many creators reinforcing "optimal" playstyle over a more organic/nostalgic experience.
Personally I still plan to have a nice, nostalgic levelling experience on an alt. But on launch day? Classic servers are 3 times larger (some even higher) than vanilla servers were. Blizzard will have to introduce layering again and more than they ever did before to handle the 7000-9000 people flooding into the Dark Portal. I'm going to dungeon grind with guild mates and randos until I'm max level to skip all of that nonsense because I value my time and sanity.

Perhaps if you can get ahead of the pack in to Zangarmarsh you'll be able to quest, but hellfire is gonna be such a bottleneck that dungeon grinding will probably be mandatory upon launch. On the bright side this leaves the questing experience intact to level an alt when things have settled down.

It was a jurney when you had 15players in SV quedtiong instead of 250fighting for 1 mob. Most of streamers picked dungeons so they wont get griffed. In the same time its consistent exp. Most if players already lvled many characters, they dont care about jurney any more.

I am not sure if I would go aldor for the chest, the mech chest tends to be better. It has less defence, but it has more stamina and both paladins and warriors can get defence and mitigation cap easily without the aldor chest.
@@Mistersheeaun Soul essence is a crafting reagent dropped from ghosts in Kara. You mix those with netherweave cloth to make Soulcloth which you can craft into armor, DE the armor and profit on the void crystal.
You can farm rep and level at the same time while also rushing to 70. Also, rep is easier to farm in dungeons when you can literally destroy them at 70. dungeon spamming will most likely be faster.

In TBC i always run dungrons first to get honored, the only expectation was Hellfire for example thralmar rep, since quests gives good startung gear. Why i did that? Cuz if you get honored then normals wont give you rep anymore apart lvl 70 normals ofc, but you can do faction quests on every single map and boost your rep over honored. In the same time when you are lvl70 you are getting alot of gold instead of exp. Im always trying to save as many quests as i can, so while waiting for dung group im questing. Its much better gold method than farming mats on crowded spots, especially on pvp servers

I've never been on a private server I'm trying to understand the difference and why should I play on a private TBC server besides the idea of playing TBC
People obviously played on a pserver until now because you couldn't play the game any other way for 15 years. IMO it could still make some sense to go pserver now because they MIGHT have less bots and less toxic people. The community on a pserver might feel a bit more "real" but that totally depends on the server.
You said if you don't have hit you don't benefit from other stats like crit.. I thought crit was completely separate to hit anyway? I didn't think it rolled for a hit then a crit, just a hit, miss or crit at the start. Other than that thanks for the video.

might want to update this, Blizz announced heroic keys will START @ honored, ensuring that keys mean nothing and everyone will have every key upon hitting 70 except TK. It will also help people get bored A LOT faster.

I’m gonna go ahead and stop you right away: getting to 70 as fast as you can will make grinding reps faster and you’ll save loads of time in the long run. Yes, get rep along the way as best you can but don’t hamstring your leveling to do so.

The title 'hand of A'dal' was not achievement related, but came with the completion of the attunement quests for Mount Hyjal (the raid) and Black Temple. It was removed in the WOTLK prepatch. Players that had completed it can still display it, but it became unobtainable.

Instead he will have 4-5M HP at most and be a walkover. You wont sit there and wipe on Hydross because you don't have 8 warlocks and 7 shamans in your raid. So herbalism it is for me. Imagine try harding when you don't even have to. But sadly most people will. Don't feel forced to give in to the retarded neckbeard ways.

The kara cellar mobs are underestimated in classic as well. Went from 58-60 in 4 hours grinding them; got 30 stacks of runecloth, 9 BoE greens and a Talisman of Grand marshal EDIT: this is mainly when solo; if you can do dungeons theyre MUCH faster; especially ZG boosts, but if you cant afford it or cant find it, these mobs are the best farm. EDIT #2: LW is most likely going to be removed; I know your video is based on 2.1 but there honestly is no reason to believe they wont go with the final patch state which removed stacking LW drums

the problem is that you wont get much xp at all doing dungeons :( and we are going to be locked..
You can do numerous regular dungeons per day. Only heroics are locked at 1 per day. Even if you encounter the lockout, you can just go to quests.

5k is the fast one (280%). Normal flying (60%) is 900.

Why? Drums are fun. You have drums of speed, panic, battle, restoration and war. Each and every drum have their own little usage and place.

Hellfire ramparts will give you 5 rep per kill at lvl 70 aswell stop giving false info to people i have been playing tbc from release and i continue doing so till today on private servers this thing that you get less rep when you are higher level is completely false.
