i love how you customized the birthday section. So clever!
You taught me in a fraction of the time what I've been trying to learn for the past two nights. Thank you!!! Looking forward to your next one on stickers :)
Custom sticker video? I needs it!! lol
Thank you so much for this video! This is the best video I have found on how to make stickers for the Erin Condren Life Planner.
Eagerly awaiting the custom sticker video!
You make it look so easy! Could you please make a video on how to make stickers? Thanks!
THIS IS SO HELPFUL!!! Thank you so so much! I just got a curio and I am so excited to start making my own stickers. :)
Love this tutorial!!
super helpful! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for this video! We have a Cameo Silhouette, but we haven't used it yet. I am excited to try it out and make some labels, I assume using the software will tell the cutter what to do.
Thank you so much for making this video!!!! It was very helpful :)
Awesome video. TFS!
Can you make a video on how to use the silhouette, and what paper you use to make labels? & how you align your printer
A how to make sticker video would be amazing :)
Thank you, your video was very helpful... Could you do a video on how to design the check box page flags please...???
Are you still going to make a video on how you make stickers?
Yes I am, and I am so sorry it's taking forever...seems like it shouldn't be that hard to get a video up, lol. I ran into a couple of health things I am in the process of working out and it is number one on my list. It really shouldn't take very long now =)
Little Miss Stamper what printer do you use?
Inna Emille Just a regular cheap Canon printer I bought at staples for like $60 =) Canon PIXMA MX522 ...but I think all the Canon PIXMA printers are pretty similar.
Have you made the sticker video? I can't wait
Thanks for this! I am thinking about getting a silhouette... 'don't know if the cameo or portrait? but It would be for labels and stickers for my planner :)
I would personally recommend the Cameo...because it's like the deluxe version out of the 2 and can cut up to 12x24 inches. So if you ever decide to use it for other things...larger things, you will have that ability. The portrait is smaller and cuts up to I believe 6x12. It is cheaper than the cameo, so if you're SURE you will never use it for anything other than smaller projects, then the portrait is probably better suited for you. Either way, they are very handy machines to have. Thanks for Watching! =)
***** Thanks, glad you are a crafter as well :)
Little Miss Stamper Yes, I'm sure, only stickers for my planner :) thank you I got it today and am search
ing videos on how to get started :/
Hello! I don't have scissors on the right hand side of my tools. There is a pair on the upper left but not upper right. I went through trying to find "show cut lines" but I can't find it anywhere. Any thoughts?
This is great! Did you end up making a video for stickers? I looked through your videos and could not find it! If you can leave a link that would be great❤️
I was wondering if you would be willing to sell some custom stickers?
What printers do you use for this? I really want to get started on making my own stickers but I really just don't know how. I found this video very informative about the process of making the stickers and I would just love if you showed how to print them, like a 101 video! Or just the whole process like you said! I am so visual and I have a hard time figuring out how to do something unless I can see it. Thanks!
thanks for the video! what printer do you have? mine is grainy and not good at all. thanks!
Thanks for this great tutorial, it was very informative... i as thinking of getting the EC planner but i tried with someone else's link and never got my discount so I think i will make my own planner to suite my needs as I am reclaiming My LIFE 2015. do you think the cricuit explorer can do these stickers? do you have any suggestions on starting my own Planner? Also, I wa thinking of creating these stickers but on glossy paper or even photo paper and just printing them and running them through my xyron sticker maker, what do you think? Please continue these videos and have a blessed NEW YEAR!
Question...What is your go to best sticker paper to use?
can i use said software, print on label paper, & use an exacto knife to cut? i'm balling on a budget. just wanted to know if there was an alternate way. thanks
sorry for this but i still don't understand how the printer cuts the stickers and how this works...

You need two different machines. One regular printer, nothing different than what you may have now. After you print, you then take that physical printed page and insert it into the cutting machine. The software on your computer is the cutter software, so the cutter know what to cut. You make the images, whatever you are going to print, on your regular computer that has the new cutter software installed. You can make your own stickers on your home computer and simply cut by hand, no new cutter machine needed. Hope this helps!
AMAZING.
Thank You! =)
Hi at them cut settings does that cut them out completely or just so u can peel them off the sheet?
have you done the video on the stickers yet?
What software are you using?? What printer? What type of sticker sheets do you prefer? Thanks!
Is there any way you could do a measurement for the quote box?
can i make stickers in Silhouette studio and print them with normal printer? and cut them by hand?
I wanted to know if I could make each of the day boxes a different color. Just to match the original pattern, meaning if i don't need more dark purple and I have a remaining box at the end of the row can it be changed of color. Also if I could just save the file in a USB and try to print them in OfficeMax or somewhere else since I don't have the printer for it. Last of all, write with similar font from the EC on those day boxes. I am sorry if they are a lot of questions, I got my planner a few days ago and I want to change the boxes. Since I am a student, I would like to be more organized ^_^
I'm having trouble keeping the shilouette from cutting through the backing of the sticker paper. Once I go to take it off the mat, I have a ton of tiny stickers stuck and it's not on the sheet. I am on setting 2. Any thoughts? Thanks for the video!
Do I need a certain printer to get it to do the "cut " feature ??
have you made the sticker video?
What paper do u use to print stickers
I have sticker paper. I see you use the label stickers. Do I have to use those. Or the sticker paper is fine?
I was wondering where you got your fonts from ( like the dingbats)
Does anyone know if these measurements are still accurate for the 2020 Erin Condren Planners?
Great video. Now I gotta find out how to do this with my cricuts. Btw has any ever told you, you sound like Lisa Kudrow? 🎶smelly cat smelly cat...🎶
How long does it normally take to cut the full page with a cameo?
i can not decide between the silhouette vs the cricut… can anyone help they are the same price i was considering the cricut air are the silhouette cameo 2… i will use it to make planner stickers, labels for my products and journaling cards
Thank you for this tutorial! Please make your sticker video!!!!! =)
Do I have to have the designer Edition to upload my own patterns? Because I have the free version of the silhouette studio and every time I try it won't let me :(
Do you use the Silhouette Studio basic edition? I'm not really wanting to pay for the program... but I still want to be able to make what you made. Do you know if the basic edition will work for what I would use it for?
I want to print out the stickers but the problem is that I do not have a printer that would cut the way I want to be cut. Just print and peel. Which print that does that.
Ps - everyone canon pixma seems best. I've used a number!!
Are those patterns pre loaded on the Silhouette or are they yours you saved?
I'm little confused I know this is old but u said thickness 43? I do thickness of 4 to do stickers?
What program are you using to make this?
OK you might have answered this in a previous video that I haven't watched BUT do you print from the Silhouette program and then cut using the actual silhouette? I've never used the program to design anything before just used it to cut things out so now I might be opening it up to a whole new world :-) Thanks!
Yes you print from the Silhouette using the print and cut feature. Make sure your Registration Marks are turned on so they will print as well and tell the Silhouette where to cut =)
I have the Silhouette but it is not letting me drag and drop patterns.
I can't get the Silhouette software to let me start designing stickers. Am I missing a step?
So to add text to this I would I just do that to the boxes and when I print it will add the text? I am new to Silhouette.... have not used it much but I LOVE this video, thank you so much.
Yes just add the text on top of the box. You can drag a selection box around both the box and the text, then right click and select "group" to attach the box and text together. That way they won't separate if you want to move them. Also, before you cut the labels, you want to select them, then go to the cut lines option and select it to cut only the outer edge and not the inner text. Hope that makes sense? Good luck =)
Little Miss Stamper Yes thank you very much.... :)
Would you be willing to share/email your silhouette templates? Thanks.
How do you get the images from google?
I was just wondering if you have made the video on EC stickers yet? I would love to see that but haven't found the video. Thanks!
I'm sorry I haven't. unfortunately my computer just flat out broke and I'm working on getting a new one very soon. As soon as I do, I will make it a priority to get that video out a.s.a. 😀
Little Miss Stamper Ok great! I am really looking forward to seeing it!
I have a Cricut Explore, can I just do the same thing with this?
No Cricut Explore does not have the Print & Cut feature I'm pretty sure...but the newer Cricut machines do I believe.
The Cricut explore and the new explore air both have the Print & Cut feature
Hi! I have a question about the sticker software. I understand that it can find and cut clipart and shapes that you purchase, but I draw on my own stickers using Adobe Programs (trained Graphic & Printing student here so I know how to use the equipment essentially, just not this specific product for personal/home use.) and was wondering would it be able to cut my custom sticker shapes if I made mine for my planner and stuff? Thanks!
Lynette DeGeorge Yes, it will cut any shape as long as it has defined edges. You can use the "Trace" feature in the software and it will trace around your image creating an edge for it to cut. If you search RUclips for "Tracing with the Silhouette Cameo" there are lots of tutorials that will help explain that feature in detail. Hope this helps =)
Little Miss Stamper Thanks! That answered my question perfectly :) Can't wait to start saving to get one of my own soon :D
hello, this is a great video..small question. Do you have to have your own printer to print said sheets to put inside the Silhouette? *Sorry if it sounds dumb...I am trying to make my own stickers or etc. by getting this machine but don't have a printer...so..I NEED BASICS. LOL*
No such thing as a dumb question =) and yes I use a printer. I really need to get on the sticker making video I promised forEVER ago. Basically the Silhouette machine will send the design to your printer, print it out with tiny black marks in the corners. Then you feed it into your Silhouette machine and THAT reads those little black marks, and then knows where to cut. Hopefully that helps, it's kinda hard to explain. I will do my very best to get a sticker video up before next Friday and see if I can help explain a little better how it works =)
If not by next friday, won't be long after that...just ordering a new mic tomorrow...so when that gets here...I will do the video =)
This helps alot. I would recommend mentioning my question. I have seen other videos that already begin with the assumption of one uses a regular printer to then use the sheet to feed in the Silhouette machine and then also, show us what the application looks like on the screen of your computer...you know? Step by step from the get go. :)
Little Miss Stamper and thank you!
Little Miss Stamper Please make the sticker making video soon! I love your channel and would looovvveee to see how you make your stickers. I'm still very new to the silhouette (haven't even ordered one yet!) but your channel inspires me! Please keep making videos!
Ps - again I know old but u can get 100 full sheet labels for $10 online
WHAT are Stickles? lol
Glitter Glue basically =)
when I select printable sticker paper.. it selects my thickness automatically to 14… however you said 43…? which is it? i don't want to waste sheets!
Hi =) I am so sorry but my computer died and I lost the sticker video and all my info, but 43 sounds high. I would leave the settings as they are in the Silhouette software...however you may need to tweak these depending on which sticker or label paper you are using and their thickness. I would start with the auto settings in Silhouette. Once I get a new computer, I re-do the sticker video =)
can't wait! will be looking forward to the sticker video!
