In the last quarter-final match of men’s hockey, India defeated Great Britain by 3-1. India’s Dilpreet scored the opening goal followed by Gurjant doubling the lead and Hardik Singh bringing it home. They will face Belgium in the semi-final.
The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Summer Games are taking place in Japan, from July 23, 2021 to August 8, 2021.

Turf was introduced bcoz other countries cud not make green fields available for their teams, there was no technical reason behind it.
