But she was more than a mother to me. She starved herself to feed me and if she had more additional life of 20 years more I wouldn't left her at any cost . My father is the most selfish person I have come across. He left his old father alone who survived by begging in railway station & then died. We could not cremate his body even. Also my father left my mother for another woman. When I grew up & came to know what had happened in the family, I scolded my father & was tortured mentally. He declared to everyone that he did 2nd marriage as his ist wife was mad & that I was also mad as I am her son. He even took me to a doctor for mental check up. The doctor after 2 days said that I was completely normal & advised him not to force me in his decisions. He was very sad as the doctor did not declare me mad. He was usually instigated by his 2nd wife to force me to leave the house although I was dependent. Still I left & survived by doing tutions & now I am a school teacher. Now I am supporting my mother and my brother. What should be done to such demonic father's?

I can see this happening with my neighbouring uncle. He used to beat his mother, he didn't take care of his father too. I can see this happening with my neighbouring uncle. He used to beat his mother, he didn't take care of his father too. My mother used to give food to his parents and take care of them when they fell sick because he and his children didn't care much about them. But now the uncle is starting to get the same treatment he gave to his parents from his sons.
What a depth of harshness. How we are dirty from inside. So painful so tearful. I can't apsorb it. My heart will burst out. I am praying with my tears for these beautiful souls.

Yes, I've also beaten my mother several times... I hate it inside me... But who cares... I'm unmarried...my mother is a severe pneumonia patient...despite being in cash crunch, I learned the treatment protocol to save her...i could not save money for my marriage...My mother also keeps arguing my father too... She talks illogical all the time... Now I find difficult to balance my love and hatred towards her...illogical talking has increased since long and repeated antibiotics courses started...

I have seen instances, where the children are so understanding & give respect to the elders, but, the elders are demanding, non humanitarian & donot extend their support where required.

I'm an American & I've met several ppl from Gujarati, India, & Bangladesh. They all were lovely ppl & some even took care of their parents hers in America. This is sooo surprising to me I never would've thought this. To hear about a case or two here/there is even common in America but this many, MYYY GOODNESS 😱😳. Breaks my heart man, really 😢!

I am 25 and i don’t have a bucket list of dumb things that most of my age people do have..i just want to be a bit financially stable and then donate whatever i can for the rest of my life to orphanage and oldage homes, open a kennel, then educate poor children child.
I wish more and more people from this generation look towards nation building like this rather than having bucket lists full of shitload like scuba diving or going to vegas.

My dear mother was all alone and some relatives helped her. My mother brought me up with full of dedication and love. I wax her world. She was a kind person. She taught me to be good. I looked after my mother until she left to be with god. My adopted daughter and I looked after my mother. We helped to bathe her. Change her diapers. Help her to walk with her walking frame. She was on home oxygen. I made sure was happy and comfortable. I will give my life for my mother. She was my angel, my LAXMI. I miss her so much. Her guidance and prayers for me has given me a beautiful life.
My mother is my whole being. We are one soul in two bodies. If I can get my mother back, god I’ll be the happiest and richest human being on earth.
