Hi everyone, I really hope you enjoyed this tutorial and my learnings and if your new, please subscribe hit the bell 🔔 and ‘all’ and you’ll get all my latest art tutorials!
76 bears gonna have to rewatch this. Interesting concept of the transparent base and it almost looked like the beginnings of an iris flower with the frilly petals. Nice job.
Genius and so helpful the way you zoom in for the consistency! Super helpful. Your videos are so calming, your voice is just perfect. You inspire me to not be as frenzied as I usually am when I paint. So, thank you!
Thank you, Terrie😘, you’ll notice that I talk through all my videos explaining what I’m doing, my thought process, etc. It’s not so much about what I’m doing as about why I’m doing what I’m doing to help in the learning process. I’m glad you enjoyed this. Spread the word help us both grow.😉
So sorry I missed your giveaway opportunity. LOVE your channel, especially how you respond to viewer comments. That is rare and I hope you don’t burn yourself out working too hard.
Thank you, Maggie, I do try to get back to everybody if only with a small comment. Thank goodness for voicing over and the phone picking up the script. We’ll see how long I can last at this.🤣 I have the philosophy that if people are taking the time to watch, I should give them some and respect back
Hello Louise! Hello creator of new universes! I think that all your works are partals to other worlds! Super cool art! An ocean of good luck to you talented person! With admiration to you, your art friend, Mr.Hi!
Thank you Debbie, yes, as I said, this was my first time I can’t believe how Crystal clear it came out. I’ll have to dream of way of using this guy.💜👍🏼
Bears 70 I love this - I've always looked at cloud/pear pours and thought something belonged in the centers. This is gorgeous! Now I have to actually DO one of these style pours! LOL
Louise, I have never seen anyone do this type of painting before, and I was very interested in the outcome...which turned out more beautifully then I would have thought 😉 I enjoy seeing each new technique, and how to go about trying something new, and this hit the spot!! Thanks for each challenge you give yourself, because we learn from your imagination 🤗☺ loved the outcome!! ❣
Thank you so much Jude, i’m constantly thinking about new ways of applying what I know in different ways. I mean color combinations is one thing and easy to switch up, new applications for what the basis of fluid art is, is really the exciting part for me.💜💙
Hi beautiful results and the solution to problems are a fundamental part of learning good tutorials, only like a definition of the name of this amazing technique, I show different ways to name….
Bears#124 That’s an interesting way to embellish your pour. I’ve use Floetrol by itself but I’ll try it with the liquitex added. You gave it an additional area of focus. Very beautiful!!❤
Thanks again Paula💙I’m sitting here thinking how to do the next one and I’ve heard of artists using just Floetrol…so something to possibly try too! Good luck 💙👍🏼
Bears94. Wow, you are bold, Girl! I would never have had the nerve to add that second layer. The transparent base would have scared me because I've read in the past that floatrol does not dry completely transparent so I would have been afraid of dulling out what I already had, but you powered right through it and I couldn't wait to see the finished product. Very nice! I have so much to learn. I have only done one piece ever that I didn't screw something up on so that was probably a fluke, but you really give me hope. I don't know if I'll live long enough to master this stuff, but it sure is fun to do, isn't it? ❤🎉
Thank you Lakota I totally understand what you’re saying, but it was a repurposed campus, so I really had not much skin in the game even though I did like the first poor. And that’s half of it, being willing to let go and take a chance, and not worry about the outcome because you can always make something else in the future.💙💙💙
Thank you, Janese💜👍🏼, I wish I could take credit for this idea of myself, but it really I think originated from Crystal Coast originals, but I probably will have uses for this!!!
Bear #113 All of your tutorials are so inspiring!! I have lost track of how many i want to try, lol. Many of your videos have mentioned how important consistency is. I keep that etched in my mind each time i mix now. After watching one of your previous coaster tutorials, i was finally able to achieve the most cells i had ever gotten. And im even trying blank CDs now too :) thank you for your easy to follow, and easy to understand tutorials. Beautiful work as always.

Hi Petra, thank you for being here. Honestly I don’t know I’ve never tried Amsterdam. I guess the only way to see is to give it a go! And to me that’s what’s so fun about this whole fluid art world, you can try so many variations it’s unlimited. I wish you the best of luck. If you do try it, maybe you might discover something new!

Thank you Louise! My question was in reference to the Pearl paint recipe which, as I understand it, is different from the recipe used for the paint colors. I think I have an idea of what it was. I am in Athens right now and watching videos without my paint pouring journal next to me. The journal has a section devoted to your channel. :)
@@maggiekehoe4614 enjoy your time in Athens. For the straight Pearl pour like the beginning of this video, all the paints are mixed the same, including the dump paint. It’s OK Linda, some of them are a little bit off, but as long as they’re in the ballpark. I had one person give me a number that wasn’t even possible because it was so high lol.
Hi again, Linda, I don’t have an exact plan yet, but once Friday happens this weekend, I will be tallying up all the names, and then do a drawing in front of a camera during one of my videos. So everybody will have as many as two chances to enter for each video and codeword and so forth, so for every entry you’ll have your name in the hat, and then I will just pull from there. The person that I pull first will get first choice, and the person I pulled second will get what’s left lol, then I’ll probably ask people to contact me via email. But will get to that point in a video probably early next week. Since I haven’t done this before I’m kind of tiptoeing my way through this lol
