THE SPINNER I'm using is my own design and creation. Every single workstep is done by my hands and my table saw (operated by me)
I sell these on my homepage and if you want to up your game and create on big canvases, you seriously should check it out!
DISCLAIMER: It's a tool for serious artists, I always recommend getting a small , cheaper spinner to try if spinning is your thing first. After you've tried other versions, I promise you'll appreciate this guy over all of them if you work with big heavy canvasses and you spin all the time, like me.

Excellent my California neighbor. You went into just the right amount of detail. When someone asks me how swipes are done, I will show them this video. Have a wonderful time in Dallas. I wish I could meet you in person.

Hi Jessica, You are such a great teacher. This video was a joy to watch several times over because you have such a way of explaining how things work, why they work, and how they are much like cooking, which make the liquid paint mediums very relatable to cooking and how things need to be the right consistencies for the best outcomes. You have this adorable playful style about you that makes learning easy because your humor and soft voice make it ok to do anything and to play with the paint and see what it does. And most definitely think outside the box 🎉 I love your videos. Thank you so much for sharing and being a blast to hang out with on You Tube.🎨🎨🎶
Thanks Jessica great tutorial ... I better get painting

Very informative video. I am in New Zealand and I cannot get untinted paint only deep base but it has some white in it. I have a lot of learning to do yet but will get there. Many thanks and I. Ove you work. 😊
Try to check different paint stores. they vary. Where I am only 2 Brands work. Ask for the one that they would mix their dark colors with
Just bought everything in your video and my Aussie floetrol coming today! I am soooo excited about this!! Thank you so much for your information!

My paintings are very large. The one I just finished is 5' x 5'. I scraped it but going to do another one tomorrow. Love your paintings!

Wow!! This the most detailed and informative video for paint pouring and the recipes that I have watched so far and I have watched so so many videos on this topic. I found out about you from a comment on another RUclipsr channel it was actually on Instagram and I went to RUclips and searched for and I am happy that I did. The camera view was also very helpful and the explanation of the consistency was very helpful. Thanks for sharing and explaining so well. Thanks again new subscriber. Mary Katherine from Ontario Canada.
I’m so glad I could help, Mary! Thanks for being here and sharing your kind words. 💥

I would love to! Who knows…
I found it!! On my TV, I can’t get to the bell and thumbs 👍🏼. I just want to say I Bought the spinner. It’s a work of art !! Jessica, you know how to do woodworking also. German engineering People. We don’t know each other, but support Winter Strom Art …. By not only buying her fab paintings, but that spinner is beautiful. I’m afraid to mess it up with paint! Oh, and did I mention packaged to perfection. Yes I’m half German and I know perfection myself. Well anyway, I’ve been looking for this video, because Jessica you mix your paints differently than I do. Before I use the spinner I will study this. I’m used to thin pearl paintings. This is perfect! Using Physics. Theory of sliding to make cells and less Australian Flo. Which was breaking my bank! I’ve been accepted to an art gallery cooperative, and wanted some different styles. I am very excited about this so thank you Jessica for explaining how you mix your paints, and Everyone….Support Jessica and buy her spinner. You won’t be disappointed! Actually, you’ll be very happy! Next time I sell a painting I will be hoping to buy Piggies!! Love Ya. Keep going!
I'm here in Central California. I would love to take one of your classes.
shoot me an email!
Had I just bothered to watch this earlier (or paid attn when 1st watched) my swipes would have decent cell action. Cells that will stand up to scooping and dragging. Thanks J!
Yes you do!!!!
I Adore you .. I Darn sure wished I could come to Dallas and take a couple of your classes..
maybe someday 🥰
Gonna put that on my bucket list.. lol
But… seriously.. I’d Luv to meet you and learn from you
I find your Art to be Fascinating & So unique!!
There are about 8 RUclips Artists that I consistently watch .. you’re on the top 3
I love you, and Many more .. like, Karen from waterfalls, Olga, Rinske , Art lor, Jessica, Kathy Miller, Molly, can’t think of her name off hand.. but she says, Welcome to the No Bra Zone.. lol
The one that calls her husband ..HOA .. husband of Awesomeness.. lol
I Just Love SO many of you gals & guys .. Too many to write down or even remember off hand .. I’ve got about 200 + videos saved as Tutorials or watch later
You’ve inspired me and allowed me to believe in myself …I Know tho ( and ABSOLUTELY learned the Hard way) that there is SO much more to learn & always improve on.
Sorry for the rambling… that video just really sparked my inner Artist ❤️❤️❤️🥰👍🏼🤩
Thank you once again for your words. I’m so spoiled by you ❤️
Thank you for this great video ❤️ I wish I could attend some of your class, but it is to far away from Norway 😔
Oh, yes. Norway is quite far. But honestly, I’d love to be there!
Would love to go and take a class from you. Thank you!
I would love to meet you! 😘
Well, good grief! I normally watch, rewind, magnify, slow motion to get a better idea of consistency. It is so hard to gauge by just watching. This time though, I understood that generally my colored paints are too thick. Yeesh! ten months of experiments, play, joy and disappointment are about to get more fruitful. Thank you for this. I'm heading back to my Atelier!
Wow, Lulu! I’m so happy my little video helped!
Hi Jessica, thank you for all your videos. I just love to watch them. I have trouble using the house paint for my pillow. I get too many air bubbles even though I torch it. I notice you don't torch at all and don't seem to have air bubbles. And when the air bubbles pop, I have holes in my pillow. Any suggestions?
Thank you so much for the lesson. I too am in California. Where about are you? Love your work. ❤
You are a fantastic teacher Jessica, gosh you covered everything we need to know, really good of you. Where do u buy the elusive Australian Floetrol? Im in Ireland and the search is on! ❤
You might try dispersing your pigments with Josona? You haven't told me what part of California, I'm interested in where and the price. Love ya!
It works for me to just use the pouring medium.
I’m on the coast right between LA and SF
I've practiced what you just did and what I'm wanting to learn or know is when you use the black that you put down which looks like a piece of cardboard on top of all your other colors before you swipe what exactly how is it mixed I guess or is it just Amsterdam black paint that you layer over all your other colors before you swipe? I really would like to dive into that unfortunately due to health reasons and other reasons I can't make it to a class I am here in Kansas and I just can't make it to a class. But that said hopefully I'll hear back from you and thanks for sharing all this info I've watched it several times. God bless stay safe always.
Yes, it’s just mixed like my other colors. I do make it a tiny bit thinner but it works a tad thicker as well
