I haven't missed an episode since I found your channel. You, sir, are a true master! You know how to purchase, you know how to sell, you can build, and you are also a good operator. I truly enjoy your relationship with the boys. All in all? You're a pretty awesome dude. Keep em coming and thank you.
Thanks
I second that.
YufďRyu 9 are 9 9ny
I agree too
@SAMUEL football
Love seeing the dash swap, it helps those of us that are timid at trying to do a project of that nature.
I like the detail. So many channels gloss over all of what makes a project actually take time and don't show what is really involved.
It takes a special person to do what you did as there is no easy way to hurry the job along. I like how you show the boys how to work - keep up the good work.
Hunter and Tucker are soo fortunate to have a Dad that cares, knows what he is doing and willing to pass the knowledge on to them. You Sir are a special Guy! what a great learning experience and yes costly one, but once your done you have a reliable shop truck that will with just some minor care should last for a long time. Thanks for sharing all these adventures they are informative and interesting to watch.
The clutch slave cylinder rod is a well known issue on all Ford manual transmissions. The plastic washer which keeps or holds the clutch rod in place ALWAYS fails!😮 There's an easy fix to fix it for good, use a heim joint which most hardware stores stock. Cut the rod end off and slip on the heim joint and the trucks fixed for good. The heim joint makes shifting so much better... I was surprised you weren't aware of this FORD issue Mr. Clint..😂 I'd bet you have a few Heim joints for heavy equipment use in stock. Love all your videos. Keep up the great content.😊
I found you from Dirt Perfect but since then have watched everything you have put up on here and really enjoy it all. Enjoy watching someone who knows what there doing, do it. If I want to watch someone do something that they dont know how to do it, I'd film myself.
Your channel is the best .... Yes , Yes for sure , the detail is not boring it's super educational . You have opened up and explained a lot of mystery that the average guy would never figure out . Yes . Please keep them coming .
Thanks
This kind of video is very cool. Most people are completely baffled about modern vehicles. You're showing there's no mystery just need to do it. Keep up the cool videos.
So impressed with Hunter and Tucker and their interest in restoring these old trucks. 👍🏼👍🏼
All your effort will make this truck worth more than a new one. Better truck than the new one anyway.
Really enjoy the channel and like many of the other commenters so glad your taking the time to pass on your knowledge to help prepare the next generation. IF only I'd had RUclips
years ago what a difference it would have made in pursuing the unknown. So yes , thank you for showing & explaining in detail what , how & why you do things. Very informative insightful & encouraging for the weekend warriors. Keep rolling out the videos . Thanks again
Thanks for watching
Any video with the boys on it is a good one!
Good episode for us Florida people. Have a friend whose truck just lost the condenser for the ac. Good foray into the never never land of the dreaded dash.
Played in the SEC years ago but liked IU during the Pont years, tell Hunter to not let his ankle slow him down! Awesome game!
Had a 95 powerstroke with a 5 speed manual. went through alot of the dash stuff. Brought back alot of good memories. Loved that truck. Even just stock was more than capable. 220,000 miles and still has the original clutch.
Love the anti-theft device, called a “clutch pedal”. I’m old enough to remember when auto transmission was an expensive extra and everyone learned to drive a manual transmission. Outside of bumper-to-bumper city gridlock, I live driving a manual. These days, where I come, from your licence is marked for auto only driving. What have we come to🤔.
Great video! So nice to see you working with both you’re boys and teaching them as you work. Look forward to seeing more videos on the rebuild.
Keep them coming sir, totally awesome the way you work and mentor your young gentlemen. Think that is just great that you take so much time with them. Thank you very much for your videos.
Great videos love how you get your kids in to the work. Keep up the videos love watching you guys work.
Thanks 👍
It’s great to back and see this I missed the first time I saw this one ☝️ 😮
LOL Love the ANTI THEFT device. Enjoying the build on the the truck
I definitely like the content, as with all of your videos. Explaining your way through the processes makes them very interesting. I also enjoy the interaction with your sons. Keep up the good work sir.
"Anti-theft device" aka a clutch. True statement 😂
A great video showing the things that you don't mostly see other builders show. Thanks for showing us the dirty inside of a dash swap.
Yes we do want to see the little details--makes the whole story complete.
I like the intricate time consuming jobs! They’re fun to watch and you never know what you’ll learn from others experiences. Like the clutch linkage trick. Clever and worth sharing! Keep up the awesome videos can’t wait to see it done.
Love’n it especially working with the boys, your a great Dad. Good videos
Yep, like the truck fabs. Great to see Tucker involved too.
Keep the videos coming we'll keep watching. I like seeing the truck build with all the content like swapping out the dash.
Thats whats so cool about the older stuff is that a lot of the wiring is in the dash just not hooked up. You really want anti-theft make it a 3 on the tree and i bet ever fewer people will be able to drive it lol. great video and the build is moving along really fast.
For sure
Really enjoy watching you guys doing all this type of work, it’s absolutely invaluable teaching moments for your sons. Don’t stop please.
Keep doing what your doing!!!! wish I had your everyday knowledge of these vehicles....fun to watch long or short!!!
I do not see myself tearing apart a dash board but it is nice to see the mechanics of it. I learned to drive on a 3 speed on the column.
Muilty year ford truck. Doing it right. Enjoy watching everything you doing in this transformation inside and out thanks for the video
The more detail the better, for me. Embarrassed to say it makes me happy to see you and your kids working together. Have to say, Mr Clint, you are pretty dag awesome with your amazing mechanical chops and knowledge.
I like see the parts swap and the R &R on parts for the conversion. I won't try this at home myself. Over my head! Good work to see your accomplishments.
Very educational. I didn't realize how many parts from different years can be used.
Wow...what a job. How in the heck do you know so much about these trucks and equipment?! You are truly amazing, and so are your boys! 👌
Thanks 👍
these are the videos i like watching the most .. all of the things i wish i could do with my boys but i dont have the money or the space for it .
Enjoy watching the power stroke videos. I watch all your videos. John
Clint I personally love the videos that show all the swapping and changing. That's where all the skill is, knowing what's interchangeable and how to swap it all. Keep it up!
As an 30 years plus electronics tech I recommend the next time you change a circuit board that's not a chip but actual chios, especially including Cmos chips are also sent in those bags( that comes in an anti-static bag like the one you installed in the computer box you wear a wrist grounding strap.
Improper handling of a Cmos or any programable chip can destroy it instantly from the static your body generates.
It's awesome you're working with your sons Hunter and Tucker on this project.
He seems to already have most of the skills he'll need when he takes over C&C as you retire if that's in his future.
Thanks
Of course I like this kinda content. Very nice work. You and your Sons did à very great job. You need to paint that truck Blue again it would look great.
Glad to see some Hoosiers doing good on the RUclips’s love the truck, going do the same type build for my 96 after I return back to Indiana.
Love your video on 7.3 Powerstroke .
I definitely like seeing detailed stuff like this.
Good info converting an automatic truck to manual. Pieces under the dash, in the dash (gas to diesel), and ECU changes. Very useful information and great to watch it being done. Interesting to see the 92 bezel fits a 97 dash...
Definitely love the full content of the rebuild. Even if it's not a dozer. :)
I really like getting your boys engaged in a multitude of activities. Teaching them!!! So important
Love the intricacies type video(s) that you do, this one was especially good, as I like seeing the boys assisting with the work… I have a 1995 F-350, crew-cab, “Powerstroke” 4-wheel-drive, that I bought new (180K miles), all stock.., love it.., will never sell it.., wife don’t like it as it rides like a “buckboard” wagon (as it should)… hahaha..!
Great video,
Thank you sir.
Definitely keep doing this. And show your wife all the comments about how you interact with her children when doing these projects, and maybe she’ll up your Napa allowance.
😂😂 will take that into consideration 🤔 I gotta keep an eye on these boys on/off camera though so 🤷♀️but definitely appreciate all the kind comments for sure :). Thanks for watching!
Lol
I like how you think
I very much enjoyed this video. Shows just what all goes into doing a project like this. Please keep doing them. Thanks
Keep showing all this stuff. Learning all kinds of things
Clinton I like everything you show us. It's always interesting and very informative. I wish I had a dad like you but the only thing is that I'm old enough to be your father lol. Please keep up the great content and thanks for sharing 👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks for watching
I'd like to see more of the small Lil intricate stuff. I think it's interesting. Great videos
I loved it. 👍 Working with your sons is something you and your sons will remember for a lifetime and they will have had that experience that they too can share with their children. Building a better home together.
Man's mission in it. Going to be a really nice truck. God bless
Stick is so much better when you have a dead batter. A lot funner to drive to
Love seeing all this kind of stuff!! Actually I enjoy all your videos no matter what they are about!!!
Thanks
Yes Sir keep them coming like this great content, well for us pick-up truck dudes it is. Hunter and Tucker seem to know their way around those Ford pick-up trucks. I like the build; you also put a lot of thought into what parts you are installing. C&C will have a big Dog shop truck when finished with the build.
I love to see all your videos.
Very cool great to see family working together
Enjoy all your videos and watch you work with your sons. They seem so well-mannered and polite and seem to listen to you when you give instructions or just certain info about the job you are doing. Clint I don't remember seeing any video that you have produced that wasn't both informative and just plain fun to watch. Keep them coming and I hope you get loads of subscribers.
Clinton great video, your boys are awesome workers that are steps ahead most young mechanics! Thanks for sharing! Kevin
I think they are great too! We are very proud! Thanks for always commenting and noticing their work ethic 😉
Thanks
I enjoy watching these kind of detail work. Thanks for sharing.
GREAT Video GUYS - LOVE YOUR EXPLAINING And WORKING WITH YOUR SON.
Yes, I enjoy seing the update of the 7.3 considering I drive a 1999 7.3 .
Yes I enjoy watching this kind of video along with your other videos. Thank you
Not a FORD fan, but the work techniques, and ethic you demonstrate, and thus taught your sons... is well worth, calling yourself, an educational channel! 👏🏽 👍🏼☺
Keep'em Coming! ☺
Keep doing what your doing! Really enjoy watching you guys.
Very interesting
Your a lucky man to have sons help you with projects.
Keep them coming !!!
I like the detail work you are doing on the this episode
Gotta say I liked the Millennial anti theft device comet. I got a chuckle out of that. It's interesting to see just how much work is involved in messing with a dash.
always nice to see this kind of work
Great video, more exposure for your boys and probably the majority of viewers that only knoww how to pay someone to do the work, I started wrenching in the late sixties and was fortunate to be exposed to rebuilding and using salvage parts and pieces. was also exposed to major collision and rebuilding totaled vehicles, Camaro/firebird, and Olds Cutlass was the first exposure to frame clips and unibody clips, usually cut the windshield pillars and floor under the front seats to splice, slit and splice/sleeve pillars and rockers use lots of plug welds and then weld the seams and finish. When properly done they are as strong or stronger than factory and can't be found or seen even by professionals. The same holds true for your method of building this truck, much more electronics but still the same seamless assembly and craftsmanship. Pick and choose the parts thatsuite your fancy and or needs and build your dream make it look finished like a production model
I like watching it all I can learn a little bit everything
I like all your videos no matter what it's about.
I love that you ain’t scared to take a project like this on. And I’m so glad you put a manual trans back in the ole girl ! I’m ready to hear it. Thanks
Well, that dash swap certainly took care of that pesky METRIC problem!!!Nice how the holes and plugs are there to make this swap a tad easier! Looking forward to the next chapter! Hey, where's Kevin, out doing one wheel burnouts, LOL???
Lol
It was a Saturday
Love to see all of the work being done ✅✅...... Keep up the great work and the great content...... You should do it with the heavy equipment too that you work on.......
Yep I will watch any of your videos keep them coming
Showing all the time consuming things shows me what all goes into the project. Like that you are including it in this series.
Always great catching up with your videos.
That was some informative information on swapping dash and pedals out.
Always interesting to see new things being done.
those obs interiors were the best. today's stuff just feels cheaper than cheap.
Just the right amount of detail.
Seeing this is great. Anti theft device. Try a tractor trailer. Through the new ones are automatic. They do have satellites tracking them. Even freight has tracking stuff also.
Enjoyed the detail, your sons are awesome and are willing to help Dad out. Keep the videos coming like this.
nice to see someone else being the captain of the struggle bus. lol
Yep enjoyed this guys, explaining things as you go along really helps as well bro. Safe travels
I always enjoy your videos Clint I also enjoy seeing your son’s working with you 🇺🇸
Love watching you and your son and employees fix things so effortlessly , as a truck driver I’m learning as I get older but if my dad and I were doing that there’s be more head head scratching and swearing going on than dash swapping lol
Your shore good at what u do I enjoy watching and the way u explain things think you. Good job
Keep showing all of the build.
I love watching this type of thing, but love the big stuff better. makes a nice change. Thanks Clint nice to see you working with your sons, trust me at 62 and I have some very fond memories of working with my 2 sons and my Daughter the boss, they are all adults with their own kids and I cherish the memories, you will to as well as the missus or she who must be obeyed. Love her to bits 40 years and still in love.
I really enjoy watching you guys work on all the stuff I wish I had the know how and time to do myself. Keep these great videos coming.
Frankenstein pick up there coming along great 👍
Thanks Clinton, Dad hanging out with the boys is always interesting. I don't know if it's the imp of perverse but without Kevin in the video, I can't think of anything pesky to type!
Lol
