    I really enjoy all C&C videos. IMO Kevin makes the whole show.
    His heartwarming smile, laughter, and the banter between all there is
    what makes the videos interesting; no cursing, no excessive music,
    just wholesome fun & hard work, restoring neglected big iron.

    Truck looks amazing. What a transformation and a great color choice! A truck you can be proud to drive that will probably perform as good if not better than any of the new trucks as well as being much much much much much less problematic without all the DEF, DPF, EGR and electronics. 👍🏻 💯

    Loved this whole series. The truck looks great!! Too bad Ziebart does not have the great work ethic that you do but apparently they have let common sense and quality of work go by the way side like so many other things today. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction use to mean something, We need more C&C Equipment Companies and sooner not later. Thanks again for the great videos. Absolute joy to watch.

    • @markrunion1769
      @markrunion1769 Год назад +6

      Yes, we need more C&C Equipment Companies. I think Clint did the right thing by calling out Ziebart on the shoddy undercoating and tint. That was way below the line of acceptable. Drilling that hole and plugging it on the drivers side - that deserves a discussion all in itself. The quality we see on this channel is pure treasure. This is why the videos are so enjoyable. The work ethic and pride of workmanship is soothing and have a healing effect on the soul because it is so rare these days.

    • @eaglefree160
      @eaglefree160 Год назад +8

      Thankyou @markrunion1769 for the gracious comment. Clint had this right and I am also glad he called them out not vindictive but as Hey!! get your act together this is not what we expect as customers. I will give credit to Ziebart for refunding his money on the tinting which was the right thing to do. Should have got a discount on the undercoating even after Clint showed him it had been done before and all the holes were already drilled.

      @@markrunion1769 I totally agree with everything you said. There is a relaxing effect at watching these guys going about their work. No swearing and throwing tools across the shop when something doesn't fit or isn't going right. Beautiful truck, sad that Zebart did such a poor job, and glad you called them out on it. I don't know how a place stays in business with quality issues like that. Great video guys.

    With those headliners where the cloth drops down, a quick fix is to get a can of spray adhesive and change the nozzle to one from wd_40 so you have the little red hose, then poke the smallest hole in the fabric and spray the adhesive in there. You can the use something like a laminate roller or what ever else you can think of to stick the fabric back to its base material. It’s not perfect but it will get you by in a small area and keep it from getting worse.

      Specialist insurance companies sell "Agreed value insurance." You set a value and they set a rate on that value. On a build like this if it gets totaled someone elses insurance says " Its a 18 year old truck and its only worth 1000 dollars" regardless of all the time and dollars that have been put into it. Say that you have invested 20,000 dollars then that is what is paid. No questions asked.

    Yes to those new headlights!! You will love the view they give you. Those side steps are the most practical and safe steeps I have ever seen. Will keep the mud and snow from building up and making it slippery. Love the color blue you used but notice the gray comment generator under the left headlight. great job!!!

    You must put a small Bald Eagle sticker on the truck as that was a good omen. We do that with Kookaburras here in Aussie.
