They just released a live performance of this song on ‘It’s Live’, and I think it’s even better than the studio version.
Mrs. Coach's potential bias is Dami. Her English name is Emma, and I don't think I've ever seen an English name fit a person so well!! Watching Dreamcatcher do the rounds on music shows without main vocalist Siyeon who is on hiatus has been something else. The members hitting that high note flawlessly one after the other is just breathtaking! There's a viral clip doing the rounds of the (G)I-dle members reacting to the Justice stage and the way they enjoy it is so heartwarming!
That's awesome. Hope Siyeon returns soon. They all sounded like main vocalists to be honest.
Enjoyed this song alot, they should be releasing other MVs, we have to wait and see. This morning they were on a RUclips series that artists sing live with a band, I really recommend you watch it

Dreamcatcher was debuted in 2017. They're same generation with Blackpink, but Korean don't recognized them hence they're from small company. Obviously they're the best at everythings, especially when singing live.
Arguable one of the most talented groups all be it not the most famous but I love them by far my favorite group all of the girls can sing beautifully, Yoohyeon who is the orange haired girl is my Bias she is just fantastic ❤️

Besides this masterpiece (the whole album is fire actually), I recommend also checking out B-side "2 Rings". It has a little bit of a country/western feel to it.
You can choose either the official Dreamcatcher CAM version, or the Showcase version.
I don't know if you can react to their It's Live perfomance of this song (sometimes reactors face copyright issues with it), but even if you can't react to it, watch it anyways, 100% live vocals and instrumental, dare I say they managed to manage to make the song even better.

One of if not the most underrated group of all. They are constantly consistant and they are well known for awesome live concerts. Siyeon the one in the red at the end and who does the high notes and is the groups main vocalist. Is unfortunately away for medical reasons and is not involved in any live or promotional stuff for the group at the moment (wish her a speedy recovery) As a result other members are now doing her parts in the songs. Very few groups would be able to carry on if their main vocalist is out for whatever reason. But, Dreamcatcher just carries on and adjusts. They really all could very easily be the main vocalist. In that they are unique as I cannot think of any other group where each member of the group could effectively be the main vocalist. They have just released a live version which has Siyeon in it so must have been filmed before she withdrew. But I would suggest you might like watching one of the other live performances just to see how they cope and reorganise themselves. It is a masterclass really. As to Mrs Coach the one she likes is Dami. Who is the groups main rapper. If you would like to hear the potential of Dami you might like listening to an OST which Dami and Siyeon done called Shadow... now there is two versions of this song. I would suggest look at the color coded lyrics of both which is the normal version and a slow version. They are different. Personally I prefer the slow version. All of them have great potential but not all of them get the opportunity to show just how skilled and talented they actually are. I have thought for a long time we have not seen their full potential.... I guess now with Siyeon out. This is a chance for some of the others to stand up and show just what they are capable of. Go Dreamcatcher !!!!

Yeah this probably one of my favourite groups, This song was so good. I'm so proud of gahyeon where she came from. She is my bias, she had the fire arrow coming out of her back. When she started she barely had lines. She was very timid, But now she hitting the highnote like the rest of them :)

Currently the main vocalist of the group is abscent from the promotions due to health reasons, but since they are so good vocally they can cover her parts. Escencially 6/7 members are hitting those high notes. What a grand song, and what an amazing group.
One of the things I love about Dreamcatcher is their more mature, confident vibe. In that regard, they're kind of like a rock version of Brown Eyed Grils (if you've not checked them out yet, Coach, I highly recommend their song "Sixth Sense", it should be right in your wheelhouse.).

thank you for reacting! this is absolutely one of their best title tracks to date in my opinion and ive been loyal to fly high since i first heard it in 2019. the instrumental on this song is incredible, and i dont even have words for the vocals. ive always just been an ot7 bias, but if i chose one it would be handong, she has the blue hair & angel wings in this video

as for the song/lyrics, dreamcatcher often leaves their lyrics vague and open to multiple interpretations. you can plug in what you think is currently the injustice in the world. however, in the context of the villians/virtuous series, one can interpret the injustice as greed stemming from excesses in today's society/culture. that's why the crown was destroyed at the end with the video ending with a cassette tape being played to suggest turning back the clock on things.
I think this one is pretty clear. A crown is a direct personification of power, and "justice" is justice. It sure seems like they're directly talking about fighting unjust power. Not everything needs to be "interpreted". ;)
@@mikkj1 well what you said is equally vague because there are many kinds of power and justice. there's a lot of imagery in this mv and in the linked previous song which isn't by coincidence. I just didn't want to write an essay about it here so left it as a simple sentence summary :D

So there's no good justice? No good power? Personally, I have no problem telling good from bad. I agree that people can have different interpretations of what's good or bad, but there's an overall consensus that things that cause harm or pain or suppress people are not good, even if some think that that's good. The people who do think that that's good play word games and interpret "good" as being what they want to do, even if it causes harm. You don't need an essay to understand that, all you have to do is look around.
We can differ on this, but I don't think that Dreamcatcher left any wiggle room on this one - they fight for good, not someone's interpretation of good that's actually just a self-serving abuse of power.

@@mikkj1 this is dreamcatcher, it's quite obvious they are talking from the standpoint of being good. what I meant is that there are many variations of justice. justice against what? the law? inequality? humanity? justice for dreamcatcher? lol. etc etc... this is where if you just look at it purely from the lyrics, you can get a different takeaway. that's where the imagery and symbolism comes into play but would take a much longer explanation 😅

There's no differentiation in justice - things are either just or they're not. The only reason to parse justice down into categories is to be able to focus on one while ignoring others - this is a tactic that unjust people use to make it seem as if they're for justice, while subverting other forms of justice. What I'm saying here is that justice is justice and there's no need to define which kind of justice, and that I doubt that Dreamcatcher was addressing only one aspect of justice - why would they do that, why would they need to? Fighting for justice is an all-encompassing statement.
I'm 77 and I participated in the protests in the 1960's, and, while each protest had a singular focus, that focus didn't ignore any of the others, they were all connected under the banner of justice - civil rights, women's rights, workers rights, gay rights, ending the war and more. Most people participated in more than one or all of them as well as they could. No one was saying that, because they were fighting for civil rights, that they were ignoring women's rights, for instance. If you're only fighting for justice for some, you're not fighting for justice at all, you're fighting for what you deem to be important. If you fight for justice, you fight for all.

Her vocals sound very nice in their mix, offsetting some of the softer, higher voices.

@@CoachCastTV If you start doing DC albums, you'll find that their b-sides are often as good or better than the titles. They're legitimately one of the most consistent groups I've ever found at putting out amazing music.

A song I have struggled to like since hearing it on release. It's the first title track that I've not Been 100% keen on since first hearing DC over five and a half years ago. I am just getting to grips with it and no doubt will like it with time.
This song is the second part of a two part series. The title track of the first part is OOTD and it is mind blowing.
On the live showings for this song , the girls singing Siyeon's parts are clearly struggling to reach the high notes that she sings with ease. They do their best though. The RUclips Channel It's Live has just posted the video for this song today. It features Siyeon so it must have been filmed prior to the official release. I really like this live version and the instrumentation provided by the live band is different and heavier sounding too.
Here's hoping that Siyeon improves in her health both for herself and the group too. With Siyeon missing, the dynamics of the group are altered quite dramatically.
It just goes to show that all the members of the group are all important as each other.
