This is a great watch, and the quirks make it even better; a tiny date, an oversized crown, 24 hr time, a mismatch between case-end and bracelet, and mismatching brush directions between case-ends and bracelet, and the Daytona look. If Seiko respected our loyalty as fans, and re-issued a mass produced 6139 Pogue, Seiko fans would become even more loyal.
I am in Osaka and last night I visited a Seiko store. This watch just jumped out at me. I was in the market for a vintage pogue but I loved this. And I have a solar quartz. They are perfect. I love the power meter when not using the chronograph. So cool. Oh yeah I bought it and the experience in Japan is spectacular. The salesman even gave us a Shohei bobble head since he is the prospex ambassador. And he also liked the Seiko gmt presage I was wearing. :) I am Seiko proud
Hi does this particular Pogue model have a screw down crown please?? I've just got one and mine hasn't that's all? Yet it's advertising everywhere that it does have a screw down crown function?

Got mine recently from Mimo's in Long Beach, love the watch.
Wish Seiko would offer the pogue colorway for their 39mm speedtimer. Lovely colors but can’t handle the size on my wrist 😕
