Absolutely beautiful! Love that color, hell I love everything about it! Back in 1970, I had a '65 square back...factory stock 289 hipo! Sure wish I still had it, oh by the way...I gave $650 for it. It did have a new Ford 289 hipo shortblock.
Love it love it love it. I'm restoring my 66 for the 2nd time since buying in 91. Only gripe about the video was they cut the dash for the radio, and after starting a heavenly 363 stroker you turned on the radio lol. The engine makes the music in that car. :)
Good evening I have a 1966 mustang with a 302. My car was running fine until I had a small sound system installed. the alternator, starter and battery all went out and I replaced them with brand new ones. But ever since that the battery which is an optima $250 battery still tends to die down. changed the distributor cap and wires and spark plugs and now the mechanic is suggesting changing the carburetor (4 barrel holly). don't know if that will solve it but what would you suggest. thank you for your time. From Fort Worth Texas
I could be many things but Id check the electric draw from the nesly installed sounds system. It should be tied to ignition switch/turn key off and kill power to everything.
AmericaRoadster thanx I will check that for sure, because the radio stays on even when I turn the car off, so I unhook the battery to keep from having to jump start it.
Quick Question: How was your experience with Shafiroff? I was just quoted a 363 with 650hp from them and wondering how you liked their motor. I have to make a decision tomorrow to order the engine from them. Any help would be appreciated. Let me know. Beautiful car you have there. Very nice.
Love your car. How has your PA transmission been holding up? Mine breaks every 6 months. lol And no, no drag racing just a burnout here and there, but something always breaks. My 65 mustang is down again because I believe the parking pawl has come loose.
Thanks brother for replying. When I called them just to order the parts I needed, I told them it broke and should have never said that because they never returned my calls. This is the third time it has broke for me. Never again will I buy from them. Also, I have a Keith Craft engine, but is Scott a good dude to buy from? He seems to know what he is doing when it comes to engines. As for your engine this is his 11 to 1 compression engine correct?
PA Transmission are built to handle serious horsepower, I have a Super Competition C4, full manual reverse pattern and built yo handle 1,000 HP, I run it hard and never had any issues, they probably built the best C4's in the country.
@@jozefigueiredo8792 glad you are having good luck with them. I have the 750hp built c4 and have a little over 500hp on engine with 450tq. Mine has giving me so much problems. I should have got the one rated for 1000hp like you.
Im looking at jnc 034s for my 79 zephyr on my channel. and i know i need spacers for the front. 17x8 +30MM but the back wont need them because of the space and offset 17x9 +25mm
I would be happy w/ a cheaper build for a good 400 HP in a old Mustang but that's just me. The bodies are very light compared to the modern ones. Horsepower/weight ratio would be higher than modern GT.
First of all, just because you don't understand what that shifter is doesn't make it ridiculous, and 2nd, it's a whole lot better than the stupid shifter that came in Mustangs from factory.

I said the same exact thing 😂
Nice sound
nice stang.GREAT COLOR
How much did this sell for? Beautiful 65~~~~
Very nice build. what shifter and hood is that?
TCI Pistol grip shifter and 3" cowl hood :)
is that a reverse pattern shifter? looks like when you stop for a light you push it into drive rather than first.

@@rosco664 sorry yo hear that, what sorte of problems are you having with it?
This thing would be perfect with a set of magnum 500's on it.
The original Pony Wheels is what it needs
Nahh, it's perfect just the way the owner wanted it.
@@jamesharrison6201 You kidding right, why would this guy want the same thing every other Mustang already has?
What’s up with the Town Fair tire $115/ per wheel set up on it ? Ran out of dough after the 363? I would’ve rather had it sit on jack stands.
You're a fucking IDIOT, go kick rocks you fucking Punk.
amazing! how big are the rims?
19x8.5 and 19x9.5 235/35/19 and 255/30/19
Very nice!
Dose the ac work in it and how long have you had it
All shes missing is some boost
what exhaust?
Did you run spacer to fit the jnc rims on ?

Anyone know what kinds of rims are on this car?
They looks like BBS LM replicas.
600hp??? Or 425 up????

Nice car- lose thou wheels
The wheels are ok.
Modern wheels on old cars= bad taste

Get rid of the ghetto rims.
No one cares about the radio.
No one cares about your stupid comments either.
The only thing that lets this car down is that ridiculous gear shifter.

Wheels look like shit!!!!!
