1 (15oz) can chickpeas (or 1½ cups cooked chickpeas, 250 g)
8 Medjool dates, pitted + soft
¼ cup (30 g) cocoa powder
½ cup plant-based milk
Protein Content Total = 63.69 g plant-based protein
100 g oats = 12.5 g protein
75 g almonds = 15.9 G protein 250 g cooked chickpeas = 22.15 g protein
160 g Medjool dates = 2.88 g protein
30 g cocoa powder = 6 g protein
120 g soy milk = 4.26 g protein
