  • In this video I am going over the operation of a Wisconsin VG4D engine that I acquired through an online auction. The engine wasn't running when I got it, but after some work I was able to get it to fire up on propane. This engine is mounted as a unit to a 120/208V 3 phase alternator and only needed minimal work to get going. Thanks for watching!

Not only cost saving, propane will last longer than gasoline in storage

I have the same unit on natural gas. But don’t know why it trips reset switch due to overcrank don’t know what that means.

this is a 3 phase unit - not for single phase, tou will need a tranformer from 3 phase to single phase, hook it up directly you will destroy your pump motor unless it is 3 phase... beware this genset is not a single phase genset... Beware
