Ogilvie MN Go-Kart races 9/23/21
In this video, my friend's son is racing his last race of the season. We operate as the pit crew, helping with small repairs and loading/unloading the karts and equipment. Wisconsin VG4D Running on LP with a 15KW Kohler alternator operating at 120/208V plus transformer

In this video I am going over the operation of a Wisconsin VG4D engine that I acquired through an online auction. The engine wasn't running when I got it, but after some work I was able to get it to fire up on propane. This engine is mounted as a unit to a 120/208V 3 phase alternator and only needed minimal work to get going. Thanks for watching!

This was Labor Day weekend 2021 in Hillman, MN at the Hillman Mudfest event. While we were running ok, we identified several things to work on for future event...we need to work on our carburetor tuning, engine timing, transmission shift linkage, and transfer case shift assembly. 1979 Chevy K20 Fender Cutting for mud tires

In this video we are cutting the fenders on the driver's side of our 1979 Chevy K20 (3/4 ton) truck for mud racing. The mud tires are too big to turn correctly with a stock lift, so rather than lifting the truck 2-4" we are just cutting out the fenders to allow for turning and some vertical clearance. In this video we removed the highway tires from the back of the 1979 Chevy K20 flatbed pickup truck that we will be using for mudding this season. We had some troubles getting the new ones to fit, but after a little bit of body work we were able to make everything work.
Cleanout of Weil Mclain P-468-W Hydronic Boiler

This video is of me cleaning out the combustion chamber on my Weil McLain P-468-W hydronic boiler. This includes opening the top access to the combustion chamber and using brushes to clean off the soot from the heat exchanger. I also disconnect the oil fired burner from the power sources and open the fire box portion of the boiler to clean out the remaining soot. Feel free to comment down below...
1979 Chevy K20 Brake Master Cylinder Replacement Video 1 of 2 Removal Only

In this video, I am removing the master brake cylinder off of my 1979 Chevy k20 that I am setting up to run mud races. This video is only the removal of the master cylinder and the installation of the master cylinder will be in a future video, after the part arrives. You shouldn't loosen the master cylinder before you disconnect the brake lines! Get some brake tubing wrenches if your going to work on brakes. A 15mm brake wrench fits those nuts just right. My '80 Chevy K20 has lock nuts on the master cylinder. Your going to find metric nuts and bolts all over that truck. Sometimes you'll have a SAE bolt with a metric nut and vice versa.

I have the same unit on natural gas. But don’t know why it trips reset switch due to overcrank don’t know what that means.
Is this boiler a 3 section or 4?
this is a 3 phase unit - not for single phase, tou will need a tranformer from 3 phase to single phase, hook it up directly you will destroy your pump motor unless it is 3 phase... beware this genset is not a single phase genset... Beware
