    Thanks! I have the same cooker and im gonna try 2 racks of baby backs this weekend. I think I'll put some bbq sauce on before I airfry because I like the stickiness!

    Great rib cook. I too find that the Ninja cooks harder than my Instant Pot. The Ninja recipe book recommends 19 mins initial cook time on ribs.

    Bro tip. I throw a kitchen towel over the pressure release so it doesn't shoot that mist onto my cupboards. Ribs look great!

    Membrane trick...use a knife to loosen a corner then use paper towel to grab and pull. Easy peasy.
