Hey Scott made these in my 6.5 quart pot and it turned out just as good. My husband gobbled them up. Loved that it doesn't take hours to get the desired effect. They were falling off the bones hard to put them in the air fryer but we managed. I used a little apple juice to thin my sauce slightly. Can't wait to make them again.
Everyone has different tolerances but I did not find this one spicy at all. Just loaded with flavor. I would put it in the mild category. But again that's me.
Then there is the three jigger method you might like. Pour a jigger in you meat, pour a jigger in your husband, and them pour a jigger into you. After about the third round your husband will start to look better and so will you and the meat is getting very warm and tender The more you keep this up the more memories you will have for your old age! Don't fed the meat to the dog or cat no matter how funny you may think it would be!
I disagree. If you’re just making ribs for eating purposes, the Foodi can make some really good ribs. Now if you want smoke rings and beautiful bark, aka competition style ribs, then you need a smoker and about 8 hours. But if I’m just cooking dinner and want fall off the bone ribs, these are great. I do agree that his looked really blah. Those ribs needed some sauce badly.
Bro I literally was trying to figure out how to make my ribs in the foodi and bam there it is certainly I'm using Oklahoma Head country best BBQ sauce ever

Why didn't you dry the juice off that meat before pulling the membrane off?
I think 10 minutes under pressure is enough 30 minutes I think is way too long. You still cook more after pressure cooking. But they look awesome.
3 1/2 LBS IS GOOD FOR 20 MINUTES PRESSURE COOK....THEN BROWN AS DESIRED
I kinda like the membrane when its crisp
I love this I have the new ninja foodi as well years ago old but I followed your instructions and this is one of the best recipes to follow, Thanks!
You are so welcome!
Use a butter knife next time it's a lot easie to remove the membrane
You are right! The meat fell off the bones. Very easy recipe to follow. My husband was yumming every bite.
I'm salivating 🤤.. already.
Chuck an extra rack in for me 😉👍
LOL next time :) This one is gone haha
Great job on the ribs, they looked delicious Scott.
I hope, one day someone finds a way to eat the bones. 👍🤤😀
Hmm...grind em up fine and sprinkle on top? LOL
Would you cook baby backs longer/shorter or same time as they are smaller?
Use Sweet Babys Rays or Bulls eye only sauce I use
Both are excellent sauces! I also use Stubbs a lot.
How spicy was this Jack Daniels sauce...? neither hubby nor I tolerate much black pepper or spicy seasonings?

Not spicy but has a great smokey bourbon flavor. You will be able to handle it!

pressure cook for 30 mins is over kill. And then the 20 mins on air frier...are you not planning not to eat it?
Lets face it the Ninja is not good to Bar BQ. Those ribs looks pitiful and it sucked all the meat off the bone.

Way too much time on removing the membrane.

Awesome! Now I gotta go try that Oklahoma Head!
