One good thing about having the windscreen further away is the heat coming off the glass and sun rays aren't as bad . Sometimes the a/c just cannot keep up. Stay safe

Thanks for showing us around! I loved the Western Star! I'm like you though, the shower would be nice to have! I drove a Western Star for 4 years.The sleeper wasn't near that nice! If I had the choice it would be another Star Car! Safe Travels!!!
Thanks for showing some of all the different trucks and sleepers. I definitely think your next truck should have a combo shower and toilet. I mean you guys basically live full time in your truck. I would like to have a sleeper with a dinette below and a bed on top. I would hate to fold down the table and make a bed every night. And in the morning make it into a seating area with table. Obviously it would be nice with the dinette as extra sleeping area if you have family with you on the road or friends.

I've always loved the Western Star that's what we had when we were with Landstar Ranger received so many compliments on the truck it was a electric blue and yes they are narrow in the front but the back was so spacious.✌♥️⛟🇺🇸

Thank for the video..Very interesting seeing the sleepers. The shower and toilet combo would be nice. You could even go longer then 110" as you aren't limited on length being a expediter. Heather you look so healthy and slim. You both did such a great job showing the sleepers. Heather you would be a great sales woman. Thanks again. Have a Blessed Day to you both..

I appreciate the keto vidz. I just started driving trucks 3 months ago and I'm truckin' keto 2. Everyone keeps telling me I'm gonna balloon up to massive size!!! I refuse to let that happen. I am getting an early start on my truckin' keto style. Keep up the keto shopping vidz. Hopefully you will do a "what to shop for at Walmart"😂 keto vid. Quick foods, snacks and supplements would be appreciated.

I think the western star is a awesome truck piy you a custom designed sleeper on it and wowsers lol i dodnt know johnny appleseed was buried there. Im so behind and i drove for north american too but their terminal is west of town on us 30 so never really went into town yall stay safe

I really like those Western Star trucks. Even though they are a sister brand to Freightliner, it's nice that the Western Stars are built in Oregon and North Carolina whereas many of the Freightliners are now built outside of the USA. If you were to get a new truck would you keep your other one and start to become a fleet owner or would you sell?
They are extremely nice. We like that you can get same engine and trans as the freightliners

Are y'all planning on getting a wet bath next time around? That'd be a nice upgrade to the toilet in the middle of everything but I'd guess you're already stretching what you can do on a box truck. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Yes we would get a larger sleeper with the shower/toilet combo in our next truck. We can go bigger on the sleeper but would have to have a shorter box as we can’t be over 40’. Most of our loads are small as it is so a smaller box wouldn’t be an issue.

You and Jason need the truck with the bathroom and shower. NO more truck stop showers and it will save you some money. Just think you could be somewhere with no showers and be able to go in your own shower. Get that truck!! You should definitely go for it.

Shyann is being a good girl, she's loving being back on canned food, and I got my first Chewy.com order, they are much cheaper, easy to deal with on line, offer all kinds of assistance if you need it and my order came in two days, WOW...... I signed up for a shipment every six weeks, and saved almost $8.00 on my order. I can change that date depending on how long Shyann's food lasts, they are totally flexible... Thanks for your videos and all the time it takes to make them.

I'm seeing articles about hotshot trucking and expediting is a dying profession. Do you think it is? I see expediters everyday
I’d question the source. Big companies paying someone to write that to scare drivers as the littler trucks are taking loads they could have? Expedite and hotshot will be around as long as there is freight

Not sure I know some felonies you can’t get hazmat but don’t think it disqualifies you to have a CDL. Just may be hard to get hired on some companies depending on the crime I would guess
8:10 Guess the shower head could be used as a bidet to conserve on toilet paper.... which would be awesome if someone has a case of fire in the hole diarrhea. Just one baby wipe for insurance and you are all set.
Edit: Don't think I would flush the baby wipes. Maybe zip into a sandwich bag.
msnpassjan2004 you can get flushable wipes from costco. Use them in my rv all the time, and home too. Septic safe too.
