Congratulations on selling the farm Julia and thank you for taking the time out of what must be a very hectic schedule to make a video. I love decorating plain plain gift bags and have reused store bags in the past, decorating them to hide logos so thank you for reminding me how much fun they are to do and what a good idea to make them as small gifts!
Hey Julia... I can see how fun this project must have been especially including some of your designer papers on these gift bags. I would imagine that the ideas are limitless, and a wonderful way to use up the hundreds of paper pads that all of us have stashed in our craft studios. I must admit that I have a couple of favourite paper pads that I haven't the heart to use because I love the designs so much and I don't want to ever not have them. I know that is a silly attitude, and these pads along with all craft items are by no means cheap... especially purchasing them in Aussieland! Still, I shall hold onto my gorgeous papers until I find good use for them. 🙃 I am so thrilled that you have finally sold your farm and have broken any ties to it by having to travel back and forth like you have been these past few months. Now is the beginning of a new chapter in your life... hopefully you will include card & paper crafting and of course watercolour painting. I thank our Heavenly Father for His perfect timing. Oh Ruth - You make me feel very Blessed to have such wonderful followers that take the time to check in with me. Thank you. We sold the farm, bought a house on the resale market and are moving in -- slowly. That happens when you get a little older, everything takes more time. The new studio is upstairs which complicates things, but it is going to be such a nice space, I think it's worth it most days. The carpet got replaced with vinyl this week so we can start moving the studio in now. I hope to be back perhaps by the end of November, but the reality is it may be the first of next year. There is a lot of unpacking to be done. I moved most of the studio, and will have to purge as I unpack. Ugh! Thanks again for checking on me! I am well and doing fine. Take care of You! Hugs!!
