I'm late to this video but I know precisely what causes mine. I get them on my lower lash line. I figured out it was eye cream, especially thicker types. Years ago, I read an article that advised the use of a BHA toner to eliminate milia. You just have to be consistent, every single day. I used a drop of the toner on a Q-tip to carefully clean the area. Now I use a toner once a day and carefully swipe under my eyes with a cotton pad. I haven't had a milia since. I usually use Soap & Glory's Glow Toner, it has beta hydroxy acids and is reasonably priced. I have just switched to a lactic acid toner and it seems to working just as well.

Thanks to glycolic acid and microneedling, I have glowey skin at fifty. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that my oily, acne prone skin could be transformed like that! Even my age spots are gone. I get excited about my skin care just like you do.
Yes, something that definitely worked for me, was using a lactic acid body exfoliator called “ameliorate” (rose scented) on my face every morning and night for about 2 months - then at once I could squeeze ALL of them out within the week!!! Just need some patience and it’s all done for free!! 🎉🎉🎉
I've only been bothered by milia a few times and I'm ashamed to admit that I just scratch at it lightly until it comes off. I go all obsessed whenever I feel any texture on my skin. I'm a picker. Not aggressive just persistent until it's gone. I'm lucky it's never scarred me.
I had one on the side of my eye for ages, it was driving me crazy. I tried to squeeze it and it never worked. Then, I learned about milia, but I couldn’t justify getting a professional extraction for a single tiny bump. I got an extractor, nervously poked the skin around it, pressed…and in 10 seconds, the milia of an entire year was gone. It was almost too quick, I could barely process what’d happened.
I find my milia is very deep, it's under 2 layers of the skin. Urs wasn't deep I guess?! I need to poke my self 2 or 3 times, to the blood, and then it comes out by me squeeze it.
Skin type: fair, thin, easily reddened, normal to dry. I've only had 3 - 4 milia. They went away after soaking my face under water (bathtub) once a day for 5 days to 2 weeks. After bathing I made sure I moisturized well. I got rid of my infant niece's milia by massaging her little nose gently with jojoba oil after first very gently wetting the area with room temp. water. I wet her nose to moisturize the skin; I gently dried the area; and then I immediately followed with massaging jojoba oil into it 1 to 2 times per day. I got rid of her minor cradle cap that way too. I would then gently brush the cradle cap area briefly with a soft baby's hair brush, starting on day 3 or so. We have very thin skin in our family though, so it may not take as long to clear up these skin problems on us as it does for those with thicker skin. For my milia (not my niece's) and the prevention of 80% - 90% of my zits, I've noticed that leaving sweat on my skin is a major culprit. The sodium in the sweat dries out my skin which leads to all kinds of problems including multi-pore zits. (This definitely causes my non-hormonal zits, my present theory is that it also seems to bring about the milia when conditions are right.) When my skin gets too dry from sweat/dry air/skipping a wash and isn't gently exfoliated every 3 days or so, skin problems ensue. To prevent this, in winter (ND/MN) I use a heavy, moisturizing cleanser 2x/day. Every second or third day or so I really clean off the residue from the heavy cleanser (and lotions/oils) with a gentle gel cleanser and make sure to exfoliate so that the cleanser's residue (that locks in moisture most days) doesn't build up and cause dead skin cells to block my pores. I'll use moderately rich moisturizers/lotions in winter, sometimes with hyaluronic acid, to lock in moisture as well. And I try to keep the humidity in my place at 40% minimum. I have to rewash/moisturize if I've been outside in dry, cold air. I've had luck with collagen masks as well. They aren't essential, but they feel great afterwards and really moisturize my skin. I can't emphasize enough to young ones in sports: get that sweat off your skin pronto. Gently, and regularly. Make sure to include your hairline and then moisturize. Ask for help finding the right cleanser and moisturizer if you're having trouble. I'd do far better at this if I were that age again than I did my first time around. Good luck all! (Some people's skin is easily affected by the food they eat as well. Read about ayurvedic medicine if you think yours might be. It helped me a lot, esp. in summer weather.)
I found you guys for looking up keratosis pilaris and by chance I found this video too. I have these around my eyes and for the longest while I didn’t know what to google because indeed you can’t pop them. I even just began to assume they are small warts. You guys are a game changer, I can’t thank you enough!
@@1avender0 I haven't have a dermatologist look at them, no. I did successfully remove one larger one by myself, but I really would not recommend doing this as you can probably injure yourself. I won't type out how I did it, but if you look up how doctors do it, then you can probably figure out what I did. I only got this to work on one though, not the rest.
@@1avender0 Yeah, I was actually told by a doc at a lazer clinic that they won't treat milia (or any bumps) too close to your eyes. I have a tiny one on the thickness of the eyelid, kinda where the eyelashes grow) and was denied to have it treated because of too high risk :( Which makes sense, I don't blame them
I’ve gotten a few out at home myself 😬 I use an extraction kit and make sure everything is clean and sanitized, before anyone comes for me. It is SO satisfying!! The consistency of them is so weird when they come out, like a tiny marble.
I have an extraction tool with a needle on one side. I use that to open the area and then they come out easily! I get these things pretty often and I’ve gotten good at doing this myself. It’s not too bad at all. I also like the weird texture. It really is like a tiny marble.
They're usually not itchy or painful. However, they may cause discomfort for some people. Rough sheets or clothing may cause milia to appear irritated and red.👍
I don't have too many, but I've had about 3 out of 5 that i've been able to remove. Honestly, they didn't bother me at all, *except* for when they were about ready to be removed. If I swiped at one that was gonna be removed easily within the next few days, I did feel pain. But then, I just used my fingernails and off they came!
I’ve watched this video twice because I currently have a milia in my lower right jaw line. I love the dynamic of these docs and always defer back to their videos when I have minor dermatological issues.
I use to get scars all over my face from trying to extract milia. I found using less products that exfoliate the skin like salicylic acid, Retinoids, helped reduce mine. Using higher quality moisturizer helps too, skin plumping hydrating ingredients. Hyaluronic acid, ceramides, peptides, pure cold pressed oils like olive, or peanut. Finally got rid of the clusters on my cheek bones.
I have had milia develop all over my face. I use a sterilised needle to break the skin and dig them out. It is amazing how big they look while under the skin compared to how small the actual milia is once extracted.
I am too late to the proper skincare game! Previously, I would look up any influencers' recommendation on skincare and products. Once I found Dr. Dray, Dr. V, Dr. Maxfield and Dr. Shah's Doctorly, Dr. Daniel Sugai's channels, I have stopped watching influencers like Hyram, James Welsh, and others. I would trust the advice and recommendation of the dermatologists who studied skin for 12 years and literally in practice treating patients (theory + experience) more than influencers. Thank you. Thank you. I cannot be grateful enough for you Dr. Maxfield and Dr. Shah. I feel like I wanna send you a gift. 🙏
The editing in your videos is getting better and better. Compliments to the editors. Very interesting topic. Looking forward to Doctorly reaching 1M subscribers
I’m pretty certain my milia is caused partly by genetics since my dad has it. Ive tried exfoliating and using a retinol eye cream and I think the eye cream kind of worked but I still have a couple that have poked through! I have a weird tip for anyone who finds a brand new milia, I put a pimple patch on one once because I thought it was a new pimple forming, when I took the patch off in the morning, I gave the area a light squeeze and a milia popped out!! It was amazing. This only works on milia that are just forming though, usually when it’s still slightly sore and you can’t tell if it’s a pimple or milia yet
Dove bar soap, the original simple, non fragrance one, gets rid of them. I discovered it by accident when I bought the cheap dove soaps to save money, after using it to wash my face in the shower for a couple weeks I noticed the milia under my eyes disappeared, and it didn’t come back at all for as long I kept using that soap.
I get milia on my eyelid and under eyes, cautiously using chemical exfoliants, like salicylic acid and glycolic acid, has helped me prevent more milia but also helps with any that are already present. I always attributed my milia to my oily skin, but my son gets milia on his cheekbone just below the under eye area and I have noticed he gets them from roughly rubbing or tugging his skin.
I had one on my eyelid that disappeared on it's own after I removed dairy (had an intolerance test done).Told my brother about it and tested himself for dairy, and came back positive too.His also disappeared after getting off dairy.
I think I had milia under my eyes a few years ago- not directly under, they were at the bottom of the "eye bag" area- and they weren't going away from months. one day I *very careful* applied my lactic acid serum to the area and repeated each evening. within a week they were gone and never came back again ! not sure if that's recommended but it certainly worked for me lol
I had 4 of the milia. The largest one my derm removed was between my eyebrows. I told him I had started an OTC retinol. He said to keep using it on the smaller ones. I did and within 5 more weeks of use the 4 small ones were gone.
I constantly have millia on the sides of my nose, I have it because my thyroid problem (Hashimoto), the problem is that when you pull it out, will grow again in a few months... I discover that if you stick it gently with an acupuncture needle (disposable) the oxygen will touch the keratin and it will dry and fell by itself, but you have to be very careful to make a gently micro hole, if you don't, you'll get a scar, constantly gently exfoliate your face and use non oil based skin care. Great video!
I get some around my eyes, but had one right on my eyelid for years until recently. I just woke up one day and it was finally gone! I extracted a few myself, but I couldn't see how anyone would be able to extract one right on an eyelid, so left it alone.
I had gotten a Milia on my upper waterline awhile ago and it was actually pretty painful because it would rub my cornea. I always take off make double cleanse etc with non comodogenic cleansers that are eye safe, so I was confused as to how I got one. But anyways I almost always have sterile 18 gauge needles lying around becasue my horse has allergies and I give her immunotherapy every month, so I just took one of the needles and poked right on top and it popped right out. All was well and it healed great, and then I developed my first ever stye in the same spot but by that point I figured out my mascara was expired so I got new stuff and got antibiotics from my ophthalmologist and now I'm all better. But just make sure yall get new mascara frequently!
Whenever I buy mascara i tape a label on it with the date of purchase. I don't always discard it at the six-month point, but at least I can gauge the risk if I don't.
I love what you guys do, it's super helpful! I know of people friends and family commenting on milia but they are often confused about treatment. Please keep up the amazing work! ❤
Please do one on best winter moisturizers. Either ingredients to look for/avoid or actual product recommendations would be amazing. I know I can’t be the only one dealing with dry winter skin already.
One I've been using lately with good results is the Cetaphil skin cream for dry to very dry skin. I will warn you that it does feel pretty heavy for a few minutes after applying.
I tried an extraction at home and it hurt soooooo much 😭. I realized thick moisturizer under my eyes made it worse. I switched to an eye serum and eye cream and some went away over time. I finally went to a dermatologist and they numbed it and extracted most of them. I still have a few small ones, but I'm okay with that. Also, they prescribed Retin-A which is helping since it's an exfoliant. It takes time, but I'm okay with that, too.
@makaithreads2261 prescription Tretrinoin, prescription Retin-A, is a natural exfoliant. It promotes skin cell turnover. Don't take my word for it. Ask several licensed Dermatologists or do Google searches and read articles from reputable sources.
Every 6 weeks I go to a beautician who treats the milias first with vapor then score it with a sterile blood lancet and squeeze it out carefully. They become less since I use BHA+AHA-treatments regularly.
Once I started adapalene and regular chemical exfoliants they disappeared and don’t come back. Never would have known without all the advice of the RUclips derms! Thank you!
I had hard blemishes on my face with Malia beneath. I went many years thinking there wasn’t anything I could do about it until I received treatment burning off my the blemishes on my face. Some of the Millia was like yellow cheese which needed to be pushed out. Wow… I love my face now. I felt like a new person.
Great video! I used to get milia under my eyes. Something in my moisturizer was causing them. But they came out quickly once I started using adapalene, salycilic acid cleanser, and 10% niacinamide. They would rise to the surface and wash away. Now I keep using those and they haven't come back thankfully
Do you find that using these around the eye causes any irritation - and is there anything you can reccommend to help prevent the irritation? I have a friend who gets millia who has asked for my reccomendations (she knows I'm skincare obsessed XD). I'm thinking about suggesting the Inkey List Retinol eyecream to start with, but I'm loathe to reccommend a chemical exfoliation unless I know it's not going to cause any damage. She does have pretty tolerant skin, in that it doesn't get irritated by fragrances etc, but she's not a skincare person, so hasn't done much of anything else for me to know what, if anything she might react to.
How is Dr. Shah that beautiful? He is like a male version of a Barbie! He is a gorgeous man! That skin! Those eyes! That perfect beard! That voice! The Lord must really love this man! He is beautiful and helpful with people's skin care to make them beautiful! I just watch these videos to see if his perfection improves...don't think it's possible...but I still have to check! Wow! 😂💓💓💓😏😍
To the person who recommended tee tree oil, thank you, thank you. I had one that couldn’t get off even trying picking with a needle, it will move. I applied this oil for 2 days, and it worked. 💃🏻 Thank you 😊
I had one on my lower lid water line and I kept thinking it was a stye that would eventually go away. But once I realised it was milia and I couldn’t really put SA in my eye, I pricked the skin with a clean needle and used two q tips to extract it. Don’t be mad at me lol. The little keratin ball was like a sprinkle lol 🍩 it was soooo satisfying haha
Thanks for the information ! I was able to do this procedure on my girlfriend today. This little white dot under her eye was so irritating to look at because she kept tell me it was not a pimple so I decided to start my search on how to remove it. Today I was able to remove it ! I am so happy for her. now she doesn't have that white dot on her face anymore.
Not trying to be rude… but… I think when you said , “ I’m so happy for her” you meant to state you were so happy for yourself…. Because reading your comment it seemed to be just you not being happy having to look at it… :/
@@JessicaB81 well it was on her face. I just wanted to let people know you can actually remove these face blemishes at home. Sorry if I came across as an 🫏..
@doctorly please make a video on STRETCH MARKS, how to prevent them from coming, how to treat if they are already there, especially when we go to gym they really comes near under arms and different parts of body...big fan of your channel, you both are extremely good 👍🏻
How do you prevent milia right near the waterline/under the eye then? Since you probably don't want to use acids right on your eyes... I usually have my derm remove them but it would be amazing to prevent them on my own!
I do it myself, always did, no matter how close to the eyes they might be. I take a needle and pick a hole through the skin on the milia and then push it out like a pimple. Works every time and anywhere on the skin. I'm not affraid or sensible around or in my eyes bc I've had contact lenses since I was 12 yo and got used to be able to touch the eyes and near the eyes without any problem. Ofc I touch my eyes (and face too ofc) with only clean hands and tools, and after milia removal I clean the skin thouroughly to avoid infection.
Prevention is key. For me, I discovered dimethicone is the ingredient that was making more appear. It's in pore primers, concealers, and foundations. Also I never use eye creams even though Im very dry skinned; eye serum only or its keratin goo city.
I’ve noticed the same thing! And my esthetician also mentioned dairy was a possible culprit. I think it depends on one’s digestion but for me, cutting dairy definitely helped. And using liquid exfoliatants.
Thank you for mentioning this! After being off dairy for 6 years for eczema, I healed my gut & resumed dairy without the eczema showing up, but now have milia on my face for the first time in my life. Didn't even suspect dairy. I bet that's it. I'll test this. Thanks again!
@@boredfairy7089 there’s soooo many amazing non dairy creamers now! They’re even better than the dairy ones in my opinion. Just cutting out dairy wherever I can but I allow myself a little here and there. So if you wanna have your creamer, go for it girl! Hehe
There’s definitely a hereditary component, since my dad, me and both of my brothers all get a few of them around our under eye/cheek area. I began using a spin brush when I wash my face (I know it can be taboo to use physical exfoliation, but I strictly avoid using any chemicals on my skin, so this is the best option for me) and after several months my largest and most obvious milia finally fell off on its own! I was thrilled. 😊 The other ones I have are much smaller and honesty not very visible at all, so I feel much better about my skin’s appearance now. ❤
ALMOST AT 1 MIL!!!!! LET’S GO!! and woohoo finally this topic! I used to have a couple milia bumps around my eye. That was when I was using a thicc eye cream and no sunscreen. Too much richness around there! Now I just skip the expensive eye cream and take my moisturizer up to my eyelid area and it works great! + sunscreen daily of course!
I get these dang things all the time, but they're so close to my eyes (often somewhere along my eyelids) that I can't do anything about prevention. But I also get big cysts on my scalp, so I'm assuming it's a whole genetic thing. Between my PCOS, hypothyroid and all their symptoms, I just won the genetic lottery!
Learn about "carnivore diet" - Dr. Shawn Baker has 2 channels here on youtube, one has testimonials for all sorts of health issues getting better including menstrual issues. Iodine helped my ovarian cysts go away and stay away. I can't give advice on taking it, try to find a doctor that helps patients use it. I know Dr. David Brownstein does.
I had it for the first time some weeks ago. And it’s also the first time I’m following a skincare routine from dermatologists in social media. My skin never liked anything on it and was always perfect. I’ve started using some products to fight aging spots, but my skin still feels amazing and very balanced. Makes me think how even widely acclaimed products in social media can be bad for some people.
Only time I ever got milia around my eyes was when I was using a moisturizer that my eyes didn't like. I'd get rid of that moisturizer and find another one, and the milia always went away.
I’ve gotten rid of two by using the Paula’s Choice bha 9 every night and they eventually lost fall off! A few days ago the one I was treating started to become sensitive when touched and when I decided to pop it, a tiny little pearl came out! It was so satisfying lol
@@irumshehzadi6370 I used it intermittently probably 3-4 times per week because I would kind of forget honestly, but the one on my eyelid probably after a month of treatment, one day I went to itch my eyelid and it just came off! I was shocked, I’d had it for YEARS and it was just gone without a trace. The second one took a little longer it was between my eyelid and brow bone but same thing, one day I just went to touch it and I realized it was sensitive so that night when I washed my face I was able to pop out the little ball and voila! No more milia. I’m so happy 😃
I use the same product with success but it takes time. Some stubborn ones can take months but it’s better than picking at something and having a scar on your face.
I’d love to hear from you about Fordyce spots located under eye. I’m not sure about the name but they look like very tiny Milia spots(chicken skin under eye? Bumpy white spots or prominent sebaceous glands), not something that can be popped I believe. I found only few websites that wrote about it and I am dying to learn how to treat them with over counter products🤓🙏🙏🙏❤️
To prevent: avoid dairy. I had a lot of milia on my face, including eyelids (tricky to extract even by a dermatologist). Had several visits to the dermatologist to extract them during the course of about 5 years. As soon as I stopped drinking milk and eating cheese they stopped appearing on my skin.
No dairy....? I am extremely insecure about my overall health and appearance, did some research and said that milk is good for our skin, and now you're saying to not drink dairy 😭😭 I'm crying
@@colin781Oh, they absolutely do. I drink and eat a lot of dairy, always have but a few yrs back I hardly had any. That didn't stop these things from appearing. I had one right near my tear duct for at least a yr. Now, it's gone and I've been eating and drinking dairy during that time. I still have 3 more on my face but I honestly don't believe they appeared due to my dairy intake... 🤷♀️
Do you take requests? If so - could you please do a general overview on post surgery wound care? What should we look for at the incision sites that could be part of "normal" healing but to us non-doctors look super gnarly and scary lol Thanks, guys!!!
My wife has hundreds of these all over her upper body and face. The dermatologist she saw recommended not treating them at all as it would take months of treatments and they would continue to form new ones. It really bothers her, but the treatment sounds pretty bad and expensive.
I have milia, doc gave me retinol. Wow, after frying my face, I RUclipsd how to use it….MOISTURIZER, layers of vitamins, every other day. But now, 6 months later, at 68, I’m looking pretty dang good. I had a few scars on my face, one big one, now, it’s barely noticeable.

"Why did you become a dermatologist?" "For the satisfaction I get from extracting milia."
Congratulations on 1 Million subscribers!! Well deserved!!
The amount of people you two have helped out is a true blessing 😊
Thank you so much :)
7 minutes straight to the point thank you for this 😭❤️
I found you guys for looking up keratosis pilaris and by chance I found this video too. I have these around my eyes and for the longest while I didn’t know what to google because indeed you can’t pop them. I even just began to assume they are small warts. You guys are a game changer, I can’t thank you enough!
Did you get rid of it, how did you do it
@@1avender0 I haven't have a dermatologist look at them, no. I did successfully remove one larger one by myself, but I really would not recommend doing this as you can probably injure yourself. I won't type out how I did it, but if you look up how doctors do it, then you can probably figure out what I did. I only got this to work on one though, not the rest.
@@CROWFACED I've removed one, but the other two are too close to my eyes.. I'm scared that I'll do something wrong and hurt my eyes
@@1avender0 Yeah, I was actually told by a doc at a lazer clinic that they won't treat milia (or any bumps) too close to your eyes. I have a tiny one on the thickness of the eyelid, kinda where the eyelashes grow) and was denied to have it treated because of too high risk :( Which makes sense, I don't blame them
@@CROWFACED Sameee but my doctor said I can get it surgically removed after I'm 18
They make such a wonderful couple, they should be really proud.
Perfect topic!! Thank you! I have one under my eye that’s driving me crazy.
Use ordinary under eye caffeine solution, it will be gone in couple of weeks
I got milia needles and they go in so well and press them out. Super easy
I’ve gotten a few out at home myself 😬 I use an extraction kit and make sure everything is clean and sanitized, before anyone comes for me. It is SO satisfying!! The consistency of them is so weird when they come out, like a tiny marble.
Yes I removed one off my face a few days ago myself also!
I didn't realise we could do this at home until now so thanks for letting us know :)
I have an extraction tool with a needle on one side. I use that to open the area and then they come out easily! I get these things pretty often and I’ve gotten good at doing this myself.
It’s not too bad at all. I also like the weird texture. It really is like a tiny marble.

1 MILLION Drs!! 🥳🎈🎉🎊
Love your channel!!
They're usually not itchy or painful. However, they may cause discomfort for some people. Rough sheets or clothing may cause milia to appear irritated and red.👍
They can get painful when they are right next to a nerve and pressing on it as they grow.
I get the feeling that these two are really into skin care and each other. Nice chemistry! 👍🏾😇
Milia is my favorite extraction especially on the eye lids! SOOOO satisfying!
How do you get them off the eyelid? Do they come out easily?
Guess what?!!!! After at least a year or so, the large miliam on my son’s eyelid just went away on its own!!!!!!!!!!
Finally got rid of the clusters on my cheek bones.
so i put olive oil in the fridge? i'm so confused
@@purrfectly_pawsitive No, cold pressed means the company didn’t use heat to extract the oils. It’s much better. :)
@@jaclynjoy1234 oh ty
Who makes the pimple patch?
@@50LOVESIT I used the starface ones but any will work
you're right. I just use salicylic acid on mine
Hey what eye cream did u use can u plz help i have under my eyes
Can you tell me complete test name you had done for milia
Congrats on 1M!!!!!!! LOVE YOU GUYS !!
Can you tell me which lactic acid serum you used?

I've had one of these hanging out for a couple years, so annoying!
🎉🎉🎉🎉Congratulations on 1 MILLION subscribers!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I love how informative all your videos are - very straightforward, thank you!!
Congratulations on the 1 million subs. You guys deserve it!!

I have the driest skin and I’ve really liked marinne puppyskincare face creams. They’re all wholesome ingredients.
One I've been using lately with good results is the Cetaphil skin cream for dry to very dry skin. I will warn you that it does feel pretty heavy for a few minutes after applying.
try vanicream face lotion for sensitive skin
I tried an extraction at home and it hurt soooooo much 😭.
I realized thick moisturizer under my eyes made it worse. I switched to an eye serum and eye cream and some went away over time.
I finally went to a dermatologist and they numbed it and extracted most of them. I still have a few small ones, but I'm okay with that. Also, they prescribed Retin-A which is helping since it's an exfoliant. It takes time, but I'm okay with that, too.
Did your eye cream contain silicone as one of the ingredients?
Very tensed for milia aftr going to dermatologist and extracting it
@makaithreads2261 prescription Tretrinoin, prescription Retin-A, is a natural exfoliant.
Congratulations on 1M subs!! Well done Docs!!

Thanks for the information ! I was able to do this procedure on my girlfriend today. My PMD machine takes care of Milia and lots of skin issues. I highly recommend it.
How do you prevent milia right near the waterline/under the eye then? Since you probably don't want to use acids right on your eyes... I usually have my derm remove them but it would be amazing to prevent them on my own!
I'm curious about this. My little daughter has one right there
I do it myself, always did, no matter how close to the eyes they might be.
@@VelociRachael what type of eye serum? Be exact if you don’t mind 😀

I had milia, until i stopped having dairy products. My skin is a lot smoother and softer now too. Loving it!
Dairy products include coffee creamer too? 😢
@@boredfairy7089 there’s soooo many amazing non dairy creamers now! They’re even better than the dairy ones in my opinion. Just cutting out dairy wherever I can but I allow myself a little here and there. So if you wanna have your creamer, go for it girl! Hehe
Me too. I gave up dairy products 15 years ago and my skin improved dramatically within the year.
Proactiv cleanser scrub is the best. It worked and got rid of my milia. It's a quite expensive brand to buy but so worth it!
What do you mean avoid “chemicals” on your skin? You don’t use any products at all?
Girl literally stfu up. Water is a chemical, you don't wash your face?

and woohoo finally this topic!
