The fact that nobody talks about subliminal affirmations for perfect skin and beauty on Borlest speaks volumes about how people are missing out. Trust me on this-using subliminals can change your life. The power of the mind to heal and transform your skin is incredible when you tap into the right frequencies.

One thing that worked for my skin and helped it glow was following a good skincare routine. I keep my skin moisturized by staying well hydrated every day. I cleanse my face twice a day, in the morning and at night. I use the very gentle riceberry face wash only. After washing, I apply riceberry vitamin c face serum by litleextttra. When I go outside, I always apply sunscreen. Just following these things made a significant difference in just 3 months. I hope this can benefit someone else who is looking to improve their skin texture.

I'm 66 yrs old and started intermittent fasting about 2 yrs ago. I generally fast 12-20 hours a day and feel better than I have in decades! More energy, stronger, almost zero arthritis pain. I will do intermittent fasting for the rest of my life. The first 2-3 weeks were the hardest but once you get past that, it becomes easy. BTW, I'm down 45 lbs. Only on one pharma med and I hope to be off that soon! I highly recommend intermittent fasting.

Hello there ! my first ever fast ( cold turkey so to speak ) went for twenty one days ! On day five i experienced a profound sense of stoned ness and walked around for an hour looking at the world in a completely different way . Joy levels through the roof ! I drink soda water instead of water because I like the bubbles and you get enough salt ( so no headaches ). My last fast was thirty two days and I probably could have gone sixty days with no problems !!!

@@herbetrono4373 this is GREAT to read but PLEASE please please ALWAYS right that this must be done right by eating CORRECTING BEFORE, DRINKING SUITABLE LIQUIDS FOR ONE'S INDIVIDUAL DURING THE FAST, AND TO BREAK THE FAST! I have known of people fasting for a month to fit into a dress for a wedding or something, and then BREAKING that month long fast with CANDY BARS AND GORGING ON THE FOOD AT THE WEDDING OR PARTY (!!!) - AND THEN NEEDING THEIR STOMACH PUMPED IN A HOSPITAL! SO PLEASE ALWAYS INCLUDE THIS correct eating needed to do longer fasts. PLEASE. Also bubbles may suit you but may irritate someone else, salt can be added to whatever liquid(s) someone decides to drink during their fast. People need to learn to read their body's needs before, during and to end a fast. Not writing this to you to make you stop sharing, NOT at all, just asking you to ALSO include the info re properly eating, drinking during, and how to end a fast and restart eating --- to end a long 21 or 31 day fast one generally SHOULD NOT eat a full meal until a few days of small simple meals have passed (after ENDING the long fast).

Sooo many years, approximately 20 years, I've searched for topical treatments to get rid of the hyperpigmentation on my face. Dark spots took over my face & so many products to combat were bought. I don't wear makeup so I couldn't & didn't want to mask it, I wanted them gone. Not until a few years ago when I began eating raw vegan food, just because I wanted to try something new to get healthier, did I notice an ENORMOUS change in my skin. It was glowing, smoother AND the dark spots disappeared. 😯 I couldn't believe it! The money & time I spent searching for a topical treatment could have gone to foods at my local farmer's market or grocery store. I'm not a vegan nor do I want to become one but I'm an 80%er. Lol. I'm so wowed by what these foods (and eliminating refined sugars, processed & GMO foods) are capable of doing to our bodies.

My skin used to be insanely vibrant and glowy, my entire family were always talking about how amazing I looked. Then I developed depression, anxiety, had a lot of stress etc and I started looking like SHIT. Acne, pigmentation, wrinkles etc. Btw back when my skin was amazing I used to eat complete garbage, now I eat way healthier and my skin is nothing like it used to be. Because of the pandemic, I had ncreased my Vit C and D and zinc. In addition, I added Quercetin and other supplements. I started squeezing lemon in my water in the morning, then rubbing the lemon on my face and hands. My age spots and other skin imperfections just started to disappear.
