• There is a defect in autophagy
• Low vitamin D
• Low folate
• Dysmyelination
• Related intestinal problems (there is a connection between the digestive system and the brain)
Here are my personal opinions and recommendations for autism:

I'm just about on the spectrum and let me tell you. I'm currently 28, from the ages 25-27 I lived by myself and controlled my own diet, doing alot of fasting and removing the foods that the dr here mentioned helped me tremendously ease my own autism. Now I'm back at my parents house and I'm eating what they have always fed me, breads dairy etc, I can feel a distinct difference in myself that leads me to believe that my parents diet which iv been eating since I was born has directly affected my autism. It's not their fault but it is. The difference is night and day when it comes to diet. Also I'd like to throw in that during my time living by myself I played around with low carb and keto and I concluded that alot of the autism I was experiencing came from an excess of insulin in my body. Insulin I believe has influence in my own autism.
Don't forget to take B1!!!
@@donnahilton471 does B1 help easing autistic condition ?
Your parents (like all of us), did not know at the time the effects of sugar and carbs on the entire body and it's system. I am only just learning now at the age of 57. It's never too late for us to learn. Maybe you should show your parents this video to educate them. I'm glad you've made imperative changes to your diet and lifestyle. Be being proactive about healing is very powerful indeed.
Unfortunately, some of us have parents who are unaware that gluten, and especially modern wheat, dairy are often bad for so many people. I read that consuming broccoli sprout powder is useful.
Have you tried drinking Fiji water?
It has silica in it, to remove the light metal aluminum
Dr chris exley , known as mr aluminum, explains the theory.
Dr. Berg, My son is 28 years old with Autism, non verbal. I start my son on clean ketogenic diet/16/8 in sept.of 2022. Now we are in the mid november of 2022. In just 2 months my son got way better, with his focus, he actualy look at me when i talk, he lost from 210 lbs down to 180, his blood sugar from 140 down to 72, blood pressure from 139/ 95 down to 117/73. I am so happy for him. I only wish i new about this awesome diet way earlier. I was watching youtube on TV, and that's when i saw about KETO/AUTISM. That's when i took action. Becouse i start it back in july of 2022, and keto/ketovore/ fasting, now i am carnivore/omad help me with my own health too. Cbd and reducing glute has done wonders for my bro
That's great. I thought you may like to know, there's a strong connection between gut microbiome health and mental health, and between gut dysbiosis and autism. Repairing gut health is essential, it may bring great improvements, the Keto diet helps but it won't be enough without probiotic rich foods. Fermented foods, as natural yogurt, kimchi, kefir, fermented vegetables which can be easily made at home, will bring the good bacteria that restore gut microbiome health and heal leaky gut, thus improving or reversing many conditions including autism. I hope this helps you, wishing for great things to you. 🌟
Keto has made a HUUUUGE difference in my 13 yr old autistic daughter's life, as well as helped me reverse my type 2. Thanks Dr.Berg

Gordo, can you please provide some tips on transitioning a little one to a keto diet? I have a super picky 8 year old and I'm at a loss as to exactly how I do this 🤔.
@@jamekahors take away one thing at a time. It will not be easy at first but they will adapt. My daughter now eats all kinds of green veggies and meats. My wife makes keto friendly snacks. My daughter now eats pork rinds instead of lays chips. When we go out well bring these with us.
My daughter was born with autism and was diagnosed at just under 2 years old. Needed constant touch, cried often, and I breastfed her exclusively for 15 months. I went dairy free and mostly ate chicken and vegetables. I bought children's powdered probiotics and when she started drinking water she had that once a week. 3 meals without snacks helped her but she was so picky so I had to sneak foods in. She is now almost 9 and doing great! She has learned to cope and stim when needed. ♡

I have been doing keto and fasting for 2 years and I have learned a lot from your RUclips channel, so when I noticed changes in my 1 year old son back then, I knew it was autism and I started changing his diet to keto when he turned two without letting his aba therapist know and after consulting his doctor, 2 weeks later I was told by the therapist that he has been alert and responsive and I’m so glad I followed my heart and put him on a ketogenic diet when I did. Also, his eye contact has improved a lot and he responds to his name 4 time out of 10. He is 3 now and I’m planning to continue this path.
This is great to hear!!! I want my sister to do the same for my 2 year old nephew, but my concerns haven't been taken seriously yet, but I will keep trying for the sake of my little nephew!
Hi Fatima thanks for your note . I have 2 year old Autistic child and I am craving for any information to help him progress . Please i want to know if there is certain doctor or dietician I need to see for his diet. Your help will be a blessing for me.

Does he eat cheese?
@@zenwaters5618 hi, he is 5 now and eats carbs and dairy. Not everyday but he does now because he has become very picky and it became very hard to feed him. He would eat things like chicken nuggets which has carbs, and eats flavored yogurt. Luckily his attention and interactions are still improving because of ABA. I also have introduced camel milk and hoping it would help
Awesome!!!
Great video Dr Berg. I have high functioning autism and have been forced to see a therapist to help me. She wasn't able to help me at all unfortunately. I have noticed, however, that fasting, removing gluten from my diet and increasing my intake of omega 3 fatty acids improves my symptoms significantly. I am much more confident in social gatherings of any kind, for example.
I'm on the spectrum too. I have P.D.D. The therapy thing sounds like that you struggle in regards to your own moral dilemma, which isn't helped due to having autism and possibly a troubled upbringing. My suggestion is to look up Stefan Molyneux's non agression principle, this helped me a bunch and gave me moral ammunition to challenge and shut down people who force me into situations that I don't want to be in.
In my subjective experience the only therapists/psychiatrists worth my time aren’t neurotypical
That is incredible news my friend. :)
Me too!
But I wasn't diagnosed with it until now TwT and I'm already a teen TwT
The doctor said " It's often missed in girls than it is with boys " and that is honestly very true. My mom used to work with a boy who had autism and she said " It was like talking to my daughter but on a different level". The only difficulty that is there for me is school TwT
Most schools aren't taught about Autism in girls, only in boys so that often creates trouble for me. So far everything is going fine.

Im an adult with Autism, a number of years ago I went on a gluten free diet and noticed a huge difference , I felt 100 times better in myself. I made the mistake of going back to eating and drinking bad stuff. Since watching Dr Berg since March I've gone on the keto and removing foods that spike insulin plus fasting for 6 months and losing 14kg, I've noticed huge benefits to my Autism. I've always believed that gluten was the enemy.
This man is a genius, and also a kind human being that very generously shares his knowledge with us so that we can make better choices for ourselves and our children, thank you sir!😁👍
As someone on the autistic spectrum myself with ADHD and asperges syndrome level 1/2 I know that I have abilities that far exceed the norm of people with out such conditions. The only issues I find is controlling my hectic thoughts and not getting lost inside my own head. How I've managed to utilize my conditions with maximum effect in my life, is by understanding my passions which then creates hyper focusing, which not only goes in to an incredibly obsessive yet extremely creative field but also gives me a calming presence. Much love to you all : )
MODERN DAY JESTER I also have ADHD and Aspergers cool!

Thanks for the advice Dr. Berg. We need more doctors like you in this country who really care about giving people their health back.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge
I have a lot of respect that a doctor is actually trying his best to help people over making money
This is so clear, I was growing up in Poland in 1980 and remember vacation time we didn't have that much carbs during the day, healthy fruits and veggies - full of vitamins no snacking in between meals . Three meals a day one small dessert. I remember being active outside all the time running and playing - burning off calories and getting vit d from the sun. We had children with autism but the first time I encouraged them was in my teens. Good to know all the recommendations.
While I agree with all these tips, getting an autistic child (such as my own High Functioning Autistic child) to eat ANYTHING is a major challenge. Most of them have major food aversions. They get stuck on on a handful of items and it can be he!! trying to get them to change. Never give up! Hopefully, at some point it clicks.
My daughter may or may not even be autistic. But she will not even eat chocolate if it has words or "designs" on it. It has to be smooth. No gummy bear-shaped vitamins. Won't eat a cupcake because it has zig-zag edges. She is 5; she knows these things are tasty but she cannot bring herself to do it. She is also very compassionate and decided to be a vegetarian. Which, I don't blame her. It makes sense to her; she doesn't want anything with "killed animals" in it. So I try to get her to eat more eggs from our chickens. Texture issues there too! We're just trying to get by and get enough fat & protein into her (with mostly cheese), and micronutrients. Which she gets mostly from fruit. Keto is a no-go for us.
@@Ayverie4 I would schedule an Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R) and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS). These are commonly used tools in this process. Your primary care doc can get that setup.

I know a woman whose husband sprays Round-Up for a living, insisting it is perfectly safe. Monsanto told him so. After 3 years of denial, they finally admitted their child is 'autistic" and it is incredibly aggravating to not be able to tell them things that could benefit their child. Lots of truth dying on the vine these days... THANK YOU for all you do.
Vaccines cause autism, along with ALS, Alzheimers, child leukemia, Mast Cell Disease, Lupus, MS, Asthma, autoimmune disease of all types, Polio... as happened with the OPV, which was funded by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation; it was his vaccine. It caused OPV Type 2 polio, as well as death of many African children. The scientists in Africa found that the polio the children had was from the vaccine strain... and the CDC had to acknowledge it, because what else could they do. Mainstream media should be reporting on all of this, but they will not, as they are more than 70% funded by the pharmaceutical companies. Vaccines are one of the most destructive, and deadly poisons to human kind. Glyphosate is also very dangerous, but not the cause of autism.
@@rb4342 That's an interesting viewpoint that you have. It seems that you've forgotten to list that people can be born with autism or is that something that you deny?
I’m autistic and I feel like the way it’s being discussed (in some of the comments) is in line with it being a disease that needs eradicating. I like being autistic, I just struggle with a world that caters for the more dominant neurobiology. My brain allows me to see things that others miss. Yes I communicate differently, but I personally feel that behavioural expectations are key to understanding the difference. Perhaps we are predisposed to the issues listed in the video, but I would argue that it is down to different biology rather than autism itself being the disease. I’d also add that other factors can compound the traits you might see in the individual.

It's not all parents fault, it's the lack of good information and the overabundance of bad.
I was the same way until I learned better, not perfect but better.
Thanks to educators like Dr Berg.
@Sylvie Kb Yes and knowing what's being injected into their bloodstream too. It is the parent's fault but it takes a lot to wake up in a society that is designed to keep people uniformed and in the dark.
@Sylvie Kb Most parents do what they can and what they think is best for their children. It's easy to be deceived by nutritional labels, ad campaigns and all that is pushed at us in the commercized society we are in.
Whether someone wants to have children or not is not for me or to decide.
@Sylvie Kb I hope you're spreading your wisdom and knowledge around as much as you are passing judgment and criticism. Have a great day!
I love how people are commenting about how we parents with children in the spectrum feed our children! There’s way more to this than what most people think or know. My kiddo is a picky eating and even just getting him to touch a new food and not give him the usual 5 things that he eats can cause havoc in my home. Don’t speak in things you think you know until you a dealing and living with a kiddo on the spectrum DAILY. It’s not as easy as he makes it sound.
@@KenvieD agreed. My 6 yr old refuses to try new things. It's a daily/ hourly struggle to get healthy foods in her. @sylvie please don't call parents of autistic children ignorant. Walk a mile in our shoes, and then find your compassion.
It is thought my kiddo is on the autism spectrum. I had been working on eliminating gluten and milk products and his school noticed a huge difference in his behavior. Still working on getting him off dairy completely and incorporating more leafy greens. Never thought about keto diet, so I’m going to definitely try. Thanks for providing this information.

I actually found keto very harsh on the digestive system but intermittent fasting very beneficial. I've tried most things mentioned above and what really worked for me is a combination selenium and zinc, it really does help the gut brain relationship, promotes huge healing by reducing inflammation, lowering anxiety and tension so helps me sleep very deeply allowing the body to rest and recover greatly. I know there's a glutathione link in there but really I've tried most things and this is what really works best for me. Oh and edited to add a mostly sugar and bread free vegan diet
As a 35 year old with autism, I wish my parents knew these things when I was a kid. I've had all of these food issues my whole life. Gut issues, feed allergies, went on soy formula when I was 6 months old. Cutting out certain foods as a kid 100% changed certain behaviors in me. I didn't sleep normal hours, my speech was very delayed etc.
It's really easy to dismiss what he says when you have a child with autism as it can sound lofty or too out there. But I can relate to this very much and I know many folks who attest to this. I also have very low vitamin D.

My daughter has Autism, I knew when she was a few months old, we still vaccinated her despite all of the scaremongering she’s now a brilliant healthy, unique and determined teenager and wouldn’t change her for the world. I’m a nutritionist so I’ve kept her diet as sensible as possible. Even if she wasn’t autistic I would still have cut out all of these baddies. She does extremely well on a KETO diet.
The book " plague" by Judy moskovitz is fantastic. She makes a surprising link between vaccines, retroviruses, chronic fatigue syndrome and autism.
My son was diagnosed after high fever as an infant. We stopped all vaxes and now he's an adult.
Hi, I have an autistic daughter too. If I may ask, what kind of diet do you put yours on? I would like to know more.. Thank you! :)
Seha Rashid she eats more vegetables than fruit, organ meats, not too much sugar (very tough trying to cut it down at that age but it’s paid off) and her carbs are relatively low. She is very sensitive to dairy so doesn’t have very much and even when she does indulge it’s a slight tummy ache. I just feel as long as you’re keeping the sugar/carbs low and keep them full of a variety of veggies and good quality meats you can’t go wrong. She also takes a multi mineral fish oils and D3 daily.

Hello, I just saw this comment and thought, you may like to know about the connection between gut microbiome health and brain/mental health, and there are many studies showing a connection between gut dysbiosis and autism. What this means is that by repairing the gut microbiota, healing leaky gut, restoring the child's body's ability to properly absorb nutrients and remove toxins, the symptoms could be greatly improved and even that autism could be reversed. I have read about this, it really can happen. All that is needed is to help the child to eat a healthy, natural foods diet, and add probiotics through fermented foods. For example, natural yogurt with the live cultures in it, or fermented vegetables which can be easily made at home. Conventional medicine does not know about this. There's even a special diet called the GAPS diet, created specifically for treating autism. I just wanted to say, there are great hopes for your granddaughter, do try reading about this and taking care of the diet changes, it could bring amazing results. Wishing for healing and great things to you 🌟

Curious how he’s doing?
Any improvement?
My son has AUTISM. I find him intelligent at the age of 2, even though he can't speak he communicates by grabbing things. He doesn't eat, it's hard to feed him. Hes particular on certain foods! I'm happy to finally find out a month ago he had ASD.
How is your boy doing? I recently got my daughter tested for Autism, still waiting on results. She is going on 3 and doesn’t like to eat either.
@@cicidelossantosupdates of both??
@@LuisC7 The results came back for her as being delayed and certain areas which is fair with her being so young it's hard to diagnose. She also had a tongue and a lip tie that she just got corrected last week. That could also affect feeding. She's still sore so I haven't tried to change her food textures just yet but the bigger issue I have with her is that she still isn't talking.
@@cicidelossantos I'd say the it's still perfectly possible to put her back on track and fast! Babies adapt very fast. Really what matters most is the gut issues. Especially for brain and behavior development so it'd probably be best to try some kind of lower carb. By this I don't mean keto. I mean no bread, sugars, rice. Meat eggs fish, vegetables fruits. Maybe soup or kind of a smoothie since she has problems with food? Babies love savory soupy drinks. Try bone broth? I'm rooting for you both 💪
You’re feeding your baby the wrong food. Give them meat and raw animal products or they’ll be autistic forever
❤️❤️❤️You Are The Best Dr Berg !!!!
Could you make a video on recommendations for kids/adults with ADHD. Cheers Dr Berg
I'm one of those people and on the spectrum of autism. I started following Dr. Berg in 2015 and slowly made changes with the understanding I got from each video. I use Humic/ Fulvic acid. He did a video on it. I didn't realize how insulin resistant I was. It took two years to get to two meals a day with Intermittent Fasting. Adding Nutrional yeast also recommend by Doc and Organic Apple cider vinegar as well as using bile salts to digest. His videos on the gallbladder explain why. And now, it's like a magic lightbulb of clarity, calm and focus has turned on!

I was thinking just yesterday about posting a comment on one of your videos to ask for any advice on Autism and look what pops up.Its not the first time you surprised me like that either!
I have just been diagnosed as having dyspraxia as an adult and I suspect I have mild autism also.
Great video. I take fresh vitamin C and Nutritional Yeast daily. Help relax nerves to the brain. Help me be able to focus and to recall.
Mandatory video, good stuff
Speech therapist here who specializes in nonverbal autism.
Omword.... this is so facinating.
I have a STRONG suspicion that diet has a huge impact.
This is so so so hard. Kids with severe autism would most likely starve themselves to death just to avoid a non preferred food. If many were to be put on a restrictive diet .. they may have to be peg tubed in order to survive. Heartbreaking
Europe has less trashy food... also Japan. Would love to compare autism rates
Brilliant video!
I personally know a boy, who had unquestionably 26 behaviour characteristic to autistic children. Chelation was the biggest success and his diet is still the biggest issue. Meeting him now you wouldn't say that there's something abnormal with him.
Can you please tell me what time of supplements the boy used for chelating?
@@user-sr9ml4bx6j it was alpha lipoic acid and DMSA. I'm not sure about all the supporting sups but those 2 were to remove toxic metals.
@@coachmichalmiodonski many thanks for your reply,

Dr Berg thank you for your research and sharing your knowledge of the keto life. I weighed 192lbs I now weigh 155lbs. I have a question, my grandson will be 4yrs old in July 2020 is has autism and does not speak. He is very picky with food. He is still drinking a bottle and all he wants to eat is cream of wheat maple brown sugar. They have tried not giving him anything for half the day to see if he is really hungry and will eat what is given to him. He will not eat. He just wants milk and his cream of wheat. He does like the goldfish snacks and Cheetos which I know is all wrong and bad but we don't know what to do to get him to eat healthy????
Can autophagy occur/comeback when repairing the brain with ketosis ? Or is ketosis a replacement for autophagy in some way? Great video doc!
Thank you with all my heart for improving my life yet again! I'm autistic (I have Asperger's), and I've found L-glutathione and Vit B6 also to be beneficial, besides zinc, D3, natural Vit C, and silica (horsetail). I'm so grateful to you for sharing your vast knowledge, I wish you were allowed to speak the truth freely. You've saved my life in countless ways, from becoming aware of a B12 deficiency caused by synthetic folic acid (UMFA) to realizing the importance of food concentrates over synthetic supplements. After watching hundreds of your videos and finding them to be accurate, I trust you 100%. I absolutely love your Wheatgrass Juice powder and Electrolytes powders! Much love!
Same here. I have Aspergers also.
Have you tried preformed Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate or retinyl acetate)?
My sons are all adults now, but 2 of the 3 are diagnosed and disabled due to autism spectrum issues. Middle son now 30 is diagnosed as autism and OCD (combative disorder) though in grade school was PDD-NOS. He is low functioning, was aggressive (less now but as he approached puberty dangerous), he beats himself in the face. I don't know, the only sure trigger I felt sure to avoid was red food dye increased the combativeness. He also had a difficult birth, had a bruise over the soft spot, they did an EKG as school thought he had seizures but they said no on that. My youngest son is PDD-NOS, like a 2nd or 3rd grade boy in the body of a 6'3" 250lb Viking. Generally a gentle person, a master of electronics and finding the most bizarre content on RUclips.
My high school science teacher had sent information on vaccines, to me I never saw a connection from the records, I saw problems with their development prior to vaccinations. The middle son was combative in the womb, screamed like he had colic from the time he came out and had night terror screaming through childhood. I relate to my own nightmare prone childhood and sleep paralysis of my early 20's including full on auditory hallucination with one episode.
Given today's diagnostics I think myself, my father and my oldest son all could have gotten a broad spectrum diagnosis, example my mom talks about how I never wanted to be held and I see I was always screaming in my baby photos, bad eye contact etc. I was just considered shy, but maybe it is something more. Still it was years and years of having to face life, work and develop to become a reasonably social person though inside you are normal. Can't describe it but of course you always craved contact even though I would literally push affection away.
Diet, to me it is treating the symptom and not the root cause. I believe there is a complex variety of genes involved, that it is largely hereditary and that it is a part of the long seen syndrome of the tortured artist - talent and disability or Einstein great brain power and lack of body consciousness. Change in diet, good foods won't hurt certainly. Keto is good, I do think when in full ketosis I am healthier and helps control overeating. Hard to compare I had a high carb youth combined with easy time on academics. Keto and diet as a cure for autism? I will say probably not. Perhaps therapeutic and eliminate a trigger? OK ... But good structure in life (was hard for me as a fly by the seat of your pants person) and work on problem behaviors, work on communication (their main shortcoming) and love them, yes. :)
I believe you since my niece avoided eye contact as a baby and she never spoke and walk. But there are many cases of children who were born fine and got autism at the age of 2 and 4. So the cause that made those children autistic is not in their genes so Keto diet can help and cure those children. Also children who were exposed to complications shortly before or during birth, including birth asphyxia and preeclampsia became autistic.
But for my niece and all the children who were born autistic I really don't know. Her mother insists that the reason her daughter became autistic was a nurse's fault. The nurse threw the stroller with the medical tools to the floor and the noise was terrible. And that happened at the same time the baby was born and baby got very scared from the noise. A very bad welcome to the world for the the baby.
Hi Dr. Berg do you have these vitamins in a powder form that is good for kids. Or can you make a product that contains the vitamins you just mention for kids with autism? Thanks for everything that you do.
56 y o on the spectrum here. Been intermittent fasting for years, lost 35 kg, down to 60 now, but yeah it helps with mood regulation. Negligible cow's milk intake as I am lactose intolerant. But yep, as a kid i had all kinds of gastric issues, terrible bloating, constipation, but that's disappeared now. Diet is obviously key.
At which age did you realise that you have the spectrum?!
@@mixstudio7532 Only after my son was diagnosed did i become aware of the condition and presentation, which ticked so many boxes for me it was an astounding "Aha!" moment: I was 35 at the time. Neither of us have expressive issues, mostly sensory and some social. I tend to cope way better, he has a lot of anxiety, but despite all this holds a pretty stressful, guest-facing sales job. I'm more reserved, had a back office job. Both of us are avid, precocious, even obsessive readers, high functioning, so the insights that come with this help...
The stomach is a brain as well. Love the info.
My child is 24 and autistic. He’s been diagnosed since 3 but I’m really just now learning about holistic and nutritional therapies. Not one single doctor has offered any advice outside of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and pills. People with autism are usually very picky and food choices are limited because of this. Almost all information out there is for CHILDREN with autism, nothing for adults. Is it too little too late doing this at age 24? Just wondering since no one talks about therapies for autistic adults.
Dr berg needs to make a video for a diet for an autistic adult 🧑like me. I will turn 38 years old this October.
From everything I read it would be the same stuff. I’ve also heard carnivore is really good but that can be challenging with food aversions etc.
I totally get what your saying, but NO, it's Never too late. There's testimonies where people seen their adult autistic children healed, more alert and even started talking just from diet changes and vitamins. Isaiah 53:5 been let us know that there's a Cure for Everything, because "with His (Jesus) stripes we are Healed." Past tense. So just do everything that was needed to be done from the beginning for your child Now, because the same problem that was there then when he was a child, is the Same problem that's still there now while he's an adult, and the Same solution is still there to help him. So just do the work that still need to be done. It's not by chance you finally came across this information and channel. So don't give up. Get started.
It’s not too late but the older they get the more rigid stubbornness sets in and likelihood of getting them to change diet is nearly impossible.
Please listen to this man. He is amazing
My 18 year old is autistic. I have worked with his diet as much as possible, but because he has massive texture issues and already eats such a limited amount of foods it would be a huge struggle to take things like corn products completely out of his diet. He doesn't eat a ton of carbs or gluten containing things already.
He doesn't eat alot of sugar. No soda. No dyes.
We've worked with vitamin supplements over the years and have now, thanks to watching Dr Berg, added trace minerals and B1. This has helped.
But, it's getting him do these things on his own that I fear may not happen. I can only hope that as he gets older he will. 😢
I would love to see more videos regarding autism. My daughter was very very sick and developed mspi then fpies, she was allergic to every formula they tried and could only do neocate….I noticed changes earlier on after getting vaccines but I think it just sent her over the threshold so by age two she was dx with autism. She will be 7 in July I need all the help I can get. She’s extremely picky and it’s so hard to feed her. She is ocd, adhd etc but I refuse to give her prescription meds…I wanna do keto and your recommendations so what’s a good way to start her on keto? How much mct oil would you do and how would you go about giving it to her? I am desperate. I trust you Dr. Berg.
Very helpful.
Would be great if you could make a video about auto immune diseases like vitiligo!
Thank you so much! My daughter and I have autism I want to change are foods. Especially with sugar
OMG! Why didn't I know you did this video??? Thank you
Glad you liked this video.

Thank you so very much, Dr. Berg.
You're most welcome!
Thank you for the video Dr. Berg. I'm an adult woman (40) with high functioning autism or Autism Spectrum Disorder.
I found reading the comments and replies (with a like from Dr Berg) informative also.
I have a daughter of 33 with autism. There is so much info for children. What can i do for her or is it too late
@@paulenej5839 It's the same advice....
Thank you for this video.
People with autism also have mitochondrial dysfunction which is either congenital or epigenetic... or both. Keto has proven to significantly improve cognitive and social skills.
