Superb Bro just make one fulll video on Mixing In the Box from start to finish..i am sure it will blow RUclips nd will be a special informative treat for us
@@yeckxo There is little point into imitating if not understanding what's the reasoning behind it imho. The phase flip is probably doing nothing and is a probably a "mistake". Or sometimes when totally flipping the polarity it helps making the vocal stand out a bit. But saying "make sure to switch on the phase button" is a bit of a blind statement. It'd be like showing how to paint and saying "make sure there is a cat in the same room" just because a famous painter had a cat in that room at the time of the painting. No offense intended
Many mixing engineers put so many details into their work that sometimes it can be difficult to distinguish between settings applied by mistake and those meant to simply “add color” or character to the mix. I understand your point and appreciate you bringing it up.
@@yeckxo Yep, but if you know what the phase button (polarity flip) does and what it is usually for, you could get an idea :). It's audio basics (but sometimes gear break that, some very rare piece of gear change the sound a bit when flipping the polarity, but it's a mistake in the design of the actual product itself). And for Cubase users? No template...?
Cubase template is not available now.
Why asking to flip the phase on the 1073? What out of phase signal is the vocal fighting against?
These are the precise settings he used. Perhaps he adjusted them within the context of the mix with other elements.

That’s a lot of sends never seen that much before
Actually, most just work for adding a touch of width to vocals, and only a little goes a long way.
Hi Yeckxo, thanks for the videos. Are you using a AI voice?
You're welcome. Yea

Love delay hate reverb always sounds cheap to me. It’s the amateur way to fix anything lol
I understand your approach. I lean towards using short reverb or slap delay, just to avoid long tails muddying the mix.
Ah why too much reverb and delay 😃🔥🔥🔥
Why a billion plays
