Everyone is complaining about how many plugins are being used, but this isn't a tracking mix, this is a final mix and if you try this out your self you'll see it's worth all the plugins they all do tiny adjustments but there all for a reason, it's like painting a wall a lot of thin coats add up to a even painted wall.
I concur. However, if everyone is using a few plugins for vocal mixing, how can you impart your own unique touch? I even recommend changing them every 7 or 8 projects to explore various sonic characteristics.

How many DB’s of compression on the cl1b during the recording process ?
Can't speak for Bainz here, but I know Teezio goes for 3 to max 5db of GR when recording Chris. Since he and Bainz are close, I bet it's not very different for him. I know that Jaycen Joshua for example prefers no compression at all when receiving vocals, but he likes the coloration of the CL1B (although if I remember correctly, he prefers no compression because too many people fuck it up while tracking and since it's printed, there's no way to undo it)
Just a couple of dB (1 to 4) to add some coloration and control the dynamics. Keep in mind that these numbers may vary on different songs, so if you add more compression but it sounds good, keep it.

However, if everyone takes a similar approach, there’s no room for creativity and developing a unique signature style. I firmly believe that using different plugins based on your creative vision can lead to a more innovative and personalized approach to mixing.
