@@bluemystic7501 just making a recommendation, I was looking at the timemore grinder but the Jx-pro hand grinds 16g grams of coffee in 40seconds and has enough steps to dial in expresso. Anyways DIY research, good luck.
@@FamilyFeast I'm seeing a lot of 1zpresso 'recommendations' on youtube by accounts with no content. Also the Amazon reviews look fake. Gorilla marketing perhaps?
@@bluemystic7501 Why people are recommending 1Zpresso? Maybe because the hand grinder market is so niche and coffee lovers like myself want to share the love? I just wouldn't get the Timemore for expresso. If money is not an issue look at Comandante or Lido.

Did you use the regular stainless steel burrs or the E&B burrs? I'm surprised it took that long to grind for that dose.
Did you set the extraction time to 43 sec ? Do we need to set a time for extraction?
