you can actually start the round with 1 person, by opening the notepad that is under the config one, the remote admin. Then you need to put your steam number and after it @steam then you acces the remote admin in the server and go to server settings and forcing start.

In server_ip line in the config file, you shouldn't paste the Ipv4 address from cmd but your public Ip address. Just type in google "what's my ipv4 adress" and copy that one to sever_ip line

It wants you to sign in to your internet (router) it took me a while to figure out but if you don't know the password to it you can look onto the bottom of your router and it should tell you the default password so that you can get in. If it doesn't have a password on the bottom then you can try to look it up online. Some sites have all the default passwords on them. If you still have no luck with that then just type in the company that made it into the username and password part. That one worked for me.

Your server ip should be your computer's ip, not the port forward ip

Dont click "Create a server". You need to set up the server via localhost.exe. Then you type in your ipv4 in the game with "direct connect".
