the colors and harmonies are just pure love bro.
I really didn't think about using more than one sun light but now, WOW this tips where really usefull, especially that no shadow ❤
I’ve been getting back into blender. I’m so glad I picked it back up. Blender sure has come a long way.
Your channel is so so so helpful! I'm learning blender for a 2D concept art pipeline for work, and I just so appreciate how specifically helpful your channel has been for that
Thank you! :)
Hey Jose, great tutorial! I notice though that my light properties look different than yours. for example, I dont have the stop adjustment buttons. are you using an addon for this?
You're a genius, dude...
Commenting for the algo.
Thank you for the tips! I’ve been struggling on learning proper lighting in Eevee so this really helps 👍
you can parent "edge" light to main one so everytime you change the lighting the edge light will follow :)
good stuff anyway
yup... you can do that too :)
Hey
I really love the model that you used in this video.. can you make a tutorial on how to make this kind of models.. please it's a humble request..
Great tutorial! Does anyone know what addons there might be, I dont see the same properties under the Sun preview tab.
Much appreciated!
Late reply, but I looked for it and it seems like an add-on called Photographer 4 provides options for "Physical Lights" that give these options!
Absolutely amazing! Thank you for this tutorial!
When I create a sun I don't get the same controls you have in your properties panel, no: Light Unit / Irradiance W/m2 / Stop Adjustment... what is that? Where did you get that control? Would be helpful to know what lights your're using from the beginning, because obviously they're not stock lights. :(
could be due to a diff. version of blender
@@ArtofJoseVega what version are you using in this videos?
@@williewest1255 probably the 3.1.2
Late reply, but I looked for it and it seems like an add-on called Photographer 4 provides options for "Physical Lights" that give these options!
Thank you for the amazing video!
Sweet. Keep it up, man!
can you plz make a tutorial how you setup the blender layout like this imean the renderd view and final scene view at bottom right corner.
thats easy... search for "moving and changing editors in blender"
this is so smart! thank you
Pls make a vid on how you texture a stylized/anime scene🙏
Awesome tips thank you!
Dude! THANK YOU! :D
amazing! thanks for the tip!
Nice trick! Thanks
clever
Thanks, its awesome.
thanks for the great tips! can you make the tutorial how to make the shadow cold like in ur video?
Pure gold
great stuff!
Thank you....... this really helped alot
As previously asked, could advise on the plugin your using in blender that's giving with the physical lights properties for your lights ?? Cheers
is called starlight atmosphere
thanks a lot !
Hey I was wondering what add-on you have for your sun light set up - I have physical starlight atmosphere but the only sun settings I have are rotation, diameter, temperature and intensity - it's also called "starlight sun" with controls only in the add-on tab, whereas yours is "sun" and the controls say "physical light" under the lighting tab and has the light unity, irradiance etc.
hmm thats weird... maybe is not the same addon? cant really tell without looking at it
Late reply, but I looked for it and it seems like an add-on called Photographer 4 provides options for "Physical Lights" that give these options!
Nice
Subbed ! =O
what add on are you using for the lights to get the stops adjustments?
stops adjustments?
Thank you
Thanks
🤯
Hi there! This looks awesome! But when I use Eevee my lights don't have that Physical Light tab or irradiance adjustments, how did you got those? It doesn't look like my standard sun in 3.5
oh hi... yeah thats a plugin called starlight atmosphere i think.
Aaah amazing, thank you! Keep up the good work :)
@@ArtofMarinaOrtega you too! :)
Always helpful ❤, how would you know when to use eevee or cycles? Is it by choice or you think one is better in some ways?
Hmmm depending on how slow my scene gets with cycles and the results of it to be honest.. there isnt a specific technical reason.
did you install any add-ons for light setup? i didnt have "Stop adjustment" in my light setup menu
cool vid jose! is it better to render in eevee if you're doing stylized work?
I think you can do either to be honest. is just a matter of understanding the tool to get what you want
@@ArtofJoseVega thanks for replying man! this is out of topic but can u put your artstation tutorials on gumroad? i want to buy your tutorials but i cant buy them from artstation due to my card declining😥
Where can I get this great Kyoto Station asset?
