Her app is bomb if you don’t have it it’s worth every penny! We’ve been using for several months trying to switch to mostly plant based and it’s helped so much learning how to build plant based meals, create shopping lists and I can search by the ingredient I want to eat and it’ll pull up meals!
If you haven’t gotten the app I highly recommend! I’ve had it for 2 years and it’s the only paid app I have, totally worth it. Features I love are how you can adjust serving amounts and recipe amounts will auto adjust. Also the grocery list feature is great!! Excited about the new channel. Quick but effective workouts are hard to find. I haven’t been back to the gym since Covid so I love home workouts!!! Thanks Alexandra! Plus your daughter is walking!!! So cute! ❤

Same here, my daughter is now 21. I beat myself up over it sometimes, but now that we know better, we do better!
