THE HEARTY CHILI RECIPE:
2 cup mushrooms
1 yellow onion
2 celery stalk
2 medium carrots
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp cumin, ground
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper, ground
1/2 tsp salt
2 cup vegetable broth
1 x 15 oz can black beans
1 x 15 oz can kidney beans
1 x 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
4 tbsp corn kernels
1. Start by cooking the rice according to the package instructions
2. Dice the mushrooms, onion, celery, carrots, mince the garlic and set everything aside
3. In a deep pot or pan, dry sauté the mushrooms on medium heat (they will release water) while stirring occasionally. Do this until they have shrunken half their size
4. Now add oil or water to the mushrooms plus the onion, celery, carrots and sauté until softened. Then add the garlic and sauté for another minute
5. Next add the tomato paste plus all spices and sauté for another minute, stirring frequently
6. Rinse and drain the beans and add to the pot together with the vegetable broth, crushed tomatoes and corn kernels. Let simmer uncovered for 20 minutes
7. Serve together with the rice, cilantro, avocado and vegan yoghurt. Enjoy!

I watched this, and then started to watch another video about having multiple babies, and they were talking about the stress of it all.. and I decided, I dont need that in my life. So I came back to this video, and I'm watching it a 3rd time, because it just makes me feel so much better about life. At peace, with my baby, even among all that I need to do, its important to take a few minutes each day and just sit with your baby, eating some fruit on a blanket outside even. Thank you for inspiring us all, and reminding us of the joys of motherhood. Best of luck on your move, anywhere you go, as long as you all are together, you will be home :)
The first video I watched on your channel was the one of you and Pontus travelling to Spain... Makes one ponder on the speed of time and old memories.
You'll miss the sunshine but you made a good decision and your sacrifice will prove beneficial for your daughter.
Family environment and socialising in safe surroundings (as family - if affirmative towards the child, with sane boundaries, of course - is where children feel the safest) gives a child a good start in life and self-confidence. You can always come back once Alina has grown up a bit.

The spanish scenery in your videos was beautiful but there's no place like home. You made the right decision to return to Sweden. Now that you have a child, it's good to be near family both for getting family support as well as for your daughter to bond with the rest of her family. Also, if you stayed in Spain, your daughter would come to identify as Spanish not Swedish.

Alexandra, American generals are talking about war between Russia and NATO. Don't go back home, it might be unsecure to live there. If anything, you should go south, to Greece or Portugal. European continent is not safe haven any more :( I wish you and your family best of luck
