Thanks for the suggestion I started doing a protein shake in the morning, tuna and veggies for lunch and chicken veggies and brown rice for dinner and already see a difference
Don’t do salmon everyday it’s a little higher in fat, do a white fish if you can which is as lean or leaner than chicken breast. Tilapia would be the most common, but cod, haddock, grouper etc also.
Its very boring but it's easy and no headaches i stick to ground turkey chicken breast shrimp turkey keilbasa chicken sausage bell pepper onion cauliflower grilled tomato etc very low carbs to none and keto carbs at that buns tortillas with fasting you will lose all that fat fast and become fat adapted

I dont eat chicken. Can i substitute that for salmon
Salmon is a great substitute. I actually do both. Love salmon and my results are crazy.

You can lose on icecream and pizza...as long as you eat less than needed.
