      Thanks for the suggestion I started doing a protein shake in the morning, tuna and veggies for lunch and chicken veggies and brown rice for dinner and already see a difference

      Salmon is a great substitute. I actually do both. Love salmon and my results are crazy.

      Don’t do salmon everyday it’s a little higher in fat, do a white fish if you can which is as lean or leaner than chicken breast. Tilapia would be the most common, but cod, haddock, grouper etc also.

    Two questions can I do salmon instead of chicken breast also will this work for women? I noticed that Men and Women lost fat at a Different Rate, ijs

      Salmon is also a protein and I do both chicken breast and salmon. I had a son a few years back and the results were great.

    Its very boring but it's easy and no headaches i stick to ground turkey chicken breast shrimp turkey keilbasa chicken sausage bell pepper onion cauliflower grilled tomato etc very low carbs to none and keto carbs at that buns tortillas with fasting you will lose all that fat fast and become fat adapted

    You can lose on icecream and pizza...as long as you eat less than needed.

      Yes, but you will be skinny fat at the end as without the nutrients and protein you will lose any muscle you have also.
