I can't say how delighted I am to have found your channel this week. This will be a fun new journey. I started doing fasting two weeks ago. I started with prolonged fasting and now doing intermittent, with some good results I can see and who knows the healing going on inside. Once I got started it wasn't so intimidating.

Hi Jennifer. I have been doing the 16:8 for a few months now. You did inspire me to try it. I had a question, is there a reason why you usually have a sweet treat during tea time and not later on like after dinner? I do have a sweet tooth and I usually have my treat after dinner. Thank you for sharing you what you eat in a day, it had been a while. I still make the salads you shared a few years ago. My daughter and I enjoy them very much.

I think it really depends on when your feasting window closes. Her window closes after she eats supper.
