This is one round of alternate nostril breathing without retention and suspension, same procedure also applied in holding the breath in and out. But you demonstrated in the wrong way which is start inhaling fro your nostril which may be imbalance your and everybodies mood, which is interconnected with right and left nostril to control right and left hemisphere of the brain so, one should practice according to ancient text of Yoga which is more effective and destressful for you. If I'm wrong, please guide me. Regards!
