    Surya bhedana pranayama:
    Surya means Sun
    Bhedana means breaking through some thing.
    This pranayama activates and engergize the right nostril. Our right nostril is associated with the sun and our nervous system.
    How to perform Surya bhedana pranayama:
    Sit upright in any meditative posture
    Spine straight
    Palms on the top of ur knees
    Eyes closed
    Start:
    Close the left nostril with the help of right finger .
    Pattern of Surya bhedana:
    Inhale from right nostril
    Slowly fill air
    Exhale through left nostril
    Repeat in the same way
    How many times can we follow:
    U can begin with 5 rounds gradually increase to ten rounds.
    Precautions:
    Do not force or rush the proportion of breathing.
    If possible practice under guidance of expert yoga teacher.
    Reduce the pace if u feel discomfort.
    Consult a dr if u have undergone any type of surgeries.
