    I was needing this.
    Big time problems with keeping my attention, focus and concentration.

    The modern medical doctor is not going to help you.
    They treat symptoms.
    How are they going to treat you if you are “asymptomatic” or you have some new foreign disease they call “disease x“?

    Make this tea:
    Dandelion root
    Chamomile root
    Star anise
    Anise seed
    India spice mix
    Supplement with:

    Start detoxing and continue the pranayama and the assess with Prashantji.
    I was poisoned extremely bad, and this is the list that I created for myself.

I have actually made several videos and have been updating the list as a added new things that would help with my brain and central nervous system. If I made another video it would be about 1.5 hours to go through everything on the list.

      I should have watched to the end. Well I have sciatica and also neck pain on the right side here and there but like not every day. Should I still avoid this practice or can I go on since it helps me a lot for my remote viewing practice and also for meditation and well beeing such even as sleep as well?
