Apparently 70% of patients don't use inhalers properly, it's sad really. So it's really nice to see him take the time to show and explain step by step. Thank you for this demo, makes all the difference in the results.
Thank you so much! you are a magician, I was having a hard time breathing. And after I did your technique, I feel SO MUCH BETTER. My whole life I’ve been using the inhaler wrong. Thank you so much, you are a hero.

Amazing video! I found you because I was just watching a DUI bodycam video (99.9% of what I watch!) and an officer administered it for this whiny bratty drunk. I had wondered the actual process for administering or using it.. would have never known! This is something everyone should see

Hey, I'm guessing you're referring to a spacer. They are useful but ultimately best to use what you find easiest. You might wish to watch this video on how to use a spacer which may help: ruclips.net/user/shorts_GBy6NbcCQY?feature=share

This is how exactly supposed to work a lot of people get it wrong and is better to get a spacer. Ask your doctor about it.

@@JigneshS702 it's called an aero chamber or something like that.
What happens when someone that does not need an inhaler uses one?
it can cause rapid heart beat headaches and it makes your airways more tight
What do you do if you can feel some inhaler medicine your mouth
While I breath the medicine in do I take a breath through my nose or mouth, I thought mouth but it looked like you did it through your nose
Its feels like the medicine falls on my tongue,is it how it works?
Are you supposed to swallow the medication or breath it out? 🥺
That's good question. The aim is to breathe the medicine in, hold it for 10s then breathe out. You don't need to swallow the medicine.
Your manual clock is very fast! Haha!
😂
Is this only for asthma? Or also for cough?
Whatever you have been prescribed an inhaler for, the technique shown in this video is the way to use it.

The video is aimed at helping with technique. Any questions about treatment you would need to speak to your doctor/healthcare professional.
