@@staytrue5307 you’re right. Struggling with PTSD after being raped from age 6-9 is my failure. Your words didn’t hurt. And i don’t take them personally. I do understand sometimes people form opinions on subjects they know nothing about.

Cued this up to the part where you all say how people sweep things under the rug, & think they're helping by trying to pretend certain things didn't happen to you, aka, rewriting your narrative. Played it for my hubby who hard a rough upbringing, because I noticed his birth siblings do this sometimes. My hubby's response: "Yeah, it's true. I don't understand why people do this & think it helps. It doesn't. It makes me angry. It happened. And it's impossible to forget." Then played the part were you all mention being angry. My hubby nodded. So, yeah, just wanted to say: great analysis, & reaction. Extremely accurate... 🧐

you are absolutely right, sometimes you have to revisit the past to be able to move forward. I also see it as a mother I am taking care of my past trauma so my children don't have to.
Please keep bringing the Bible into this. It helps. I resenated with the part you said people tell you it didn't happen like you thought it did.Thank you for doing these videos. I love NF
