These are a great value. The 3.6 is time tested. It has a ton of get up and go. The transmission is like butter. The ride is smooth. Love driving this thing. Very comfortable ride and tons of room.
I got my wife a 2023 jeep grand Cherokee L laredo, the lowest trim level but it still comes with quite a bit of bells and whistles! It was like a space ship when I got in it compared to my tradesman ram 😂… she loves it and I find it not to bad.
We just traded a new 2023 Grand Cherokee L Limited trim back in after only 6 months due to its new Uconnect5. It was the biggest PITA ever! I would advise everyone to avoid all Jeep/Ram/Dodge products with the new Uconnect5. JD Power just lowered their ratings for the Ram due to this system. The Uconnect4 was great; I don't know why they replaced it?
uconnect4 was flawed and had bugs. My jeep compass had it and the system would not complete any updates and would make the screen extremely ho. And the navigation didnt work either. And with it basically being a computer, the novices they had on staff at the dealers didnt even know how to troubleshoot them and their solution was to completely replace it instead of simply fixing it or doing a factory reset on them. And then they wanted me to pay for the replacement. Imagine having an iphone, and the new ios update wont install... You go to the Apple Store, and instead of fixing it or manually doing the update, they tell you to pay for a new phone? lol I'm an IT guy, so this didn't sit well with me...
Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket black rear Jeep liftgate moulding for the L? The short ones have it looks way better the Ls without it look like a station wagon without it. Not sure why they did them different.
Bought grand cherokee l altitude. The main issue that this car transmission works bad, really bad, the car is jumping and does not accelerate. More than that it is a strong vibration in both pedals. Rpm are not going above 3k. Was in different jeep dealership 3 times, no luck. Now I'm going through lemon law with Jeep. Have another jeep but wagoneer and it start to be same issues after 1k miles. Both cars are 2023 brand new. Something def wrong started with jeep.
There is a recall right now: (there are 2- 1 for high beams, 1 for a pinch bolt) Identified as recall 24V-132 by the safety regulators, it includes 338,238 Jeep Grand Cherokees from between 2021 and 2023. According to Jeep, the pinch bolt that attaches the upper control arm to the steering knuckle could be suspect. Some were damaged during production and in those cases, the upper control arm could separate from the knuckle. In that sort of situation, steering would be greatly diminished if not nearly impossible.
I think I’m going to get one for my wife but what makes me upset is that her and my kids are going to make it a rolling dumpster on wheels… and the gas light will be on every time I get in it.
When you review a car with 3rd row as it’s primary unique feature you may want to… I mean I’m just shooting from the hip here… actually get back into the 3rd row or even 2nd row and check things out!!? Epic fail my friend. But hey, tomorrow is a whole new day to turn it all around and try again.
@@Yourbabymommasfavoriteyoutuber tbh I like the trunk space of the Traverse but I also like the whole look of the Grand Cherokee better from the outside.
The 24 Traverse and Acadia are very interesting new editions to this segment. For us empty nesters, the current length of the full size SUVs (not to mention the cost) are too great. I drive a 2001 Yukon, which is now the same length as an mid-sized Explorer. And these GCs are discounted to price points that are more reasonable.
Travers will give you more trunk space, with a slightly smaller seating area. Both great choices. I have a 2024 Cherokee L, my parents have a 2023 traverse RS
In my opnion the new Grand Cherokees are ugly. They look like a jeep and a range rover had a love child. Whay did jeep make the hood like the deck of the titanic? They are way over priced for what you get for the $$. I have a 2012 Grand Cherokee Lerado X with a tow package. My 2012 has way more options in this trim package than you can get in the 2023 with the same package. The 2012 -2021 is the best looking body of the Grand Cherokee. With that said, after i watched your review on the 2023 Jeep Gladiator Willys, i bought a Gladiator Willys in Sarge Green with the tow package(to get the 3.73 gears and the BF Goodrich Mud Terrains) and upgraded Alpine stereo. I absolutley love this Gladiator. My only complaint is that they only have a 17 gallon tank. Why didnt they use the 25 gallon tank from the Grand Cherokee? After installing a trifold hard tonneau cover i am getting 23.5 mpg on the highway at 75mph with the 32s (BF Goodrich Mud Terrains)! And the 3.73 gears.
I’m in total agreement about the Cherokee & Grand Cherokee. That being said I owned a loaded Gladiator and it was probably my least favorite vehicle I’ve ever had. I don’t have one good thing to say about it. I’m glad your experience was different.

I’ve always loved the Jeep suvs but I don’t know how I feel about the knob shifter.. I always loved the regular standard shifter..

Hi Ben. Can you please try to make a video which explains how Forward Collision Warning with Active Braking works on Grand Cherokee’s. Thanks
Just got one a few days ago, I absolutely enjoy it!!
Jeep actually have good suvs, especially when they are newer.

I lemon lawed a Challenger for the same thing.
This is the funniest post I've read in awhile. A true rocket scientist would trade their vehicle in because they don't understand the head unit.
@nathanchambers985 How to say reading comprehension isn't your thing without saying reading comprehension isn't your thing. 🤦♂️

I have a 2023 and the family really like it. I have had a few issues with it that haven’t been fixed yet. Let’s see how it continues…
What's actually new with the 2024 vs the 2023???
Nothing. I have a 2024 and it's exactly the same as the 2023
Is Jeep gonna have a 4xe for 2024 grand Cherokee l?
Pretty cool x100

a Stellantis product? That's wild
Does anyone agree that this model should have been the Wagoneer? I think the Wagoneer today looks like a Tahoe, Cadillac and suburban…
It needs t be $10,000 cheaper. At these prices I pass and get a Honda Pilot.
They are giving 15% discount

$56,190 suv no 360 camera... lol
