I am hearing this sentiment a lot. I will say that there had been a lot of little bugs and issues with it. I think it needed more time in the oven before launch.
@mikiesGamingOasis I also got the weight bug during my extra life stream. And I couldn't figure out how to fix it. Paid for a month of server usage whuch i never do and ended up quitting early because I was so frustrated. I was genuinely upset at the whole thing.
This new skin/mod system is terrible it's over complicated for no reason and it doesn't work properly, whoever came up with this should be sacked, the old system was bad but it was way better than this
I have to disagree on this. The old system was clunky. This one is a lot smoother, the main issue for me on this is just the distance you can apply the skin from. You can build from farther than you can apply, which is unfortunate.
The cosmetics that can be added client side instead of as a mod is cool, but it is hard to find cosmetics. When searching for these on steam it would be helpful if it was clear if these are server or client side.
If there is not an update in the store for your skin, it may be part of the glitch that WC posted about in there discord. They said they were looking into it.
First I would make sure that you don’t have any skins already on it. Then make sure you have the correct filter. If that does not work, I would try respawning
Is there a way to use more than one skin at a time? I can only bring one up at a time unless it's a dlc skin. The other mod ones i have to cycle through or get rid of in order for me to be able to use another one. Eta: im on ps5.
I am not sure, I know when the UI update first came out you could have two building skin active in you inventory as long as it was one DLC and one mod. However lately I have not been able to do that.
How do you move chibis and dyes into a storage container there’s no transfer all button and I’m currently slot capped on dye and would like not have to drop all

I don't even have the option for cosmetics dynamic downloading
It should be in your settings. Are you on pc or console?

I tend to look at the cursed forged website for mods as the descriptions and information on there tends to be more detailed for some reason.
How to I update my cosmetic it says the cosmetic needs an update and all of my walls reset to looking like adobe again it’s the quantum paid set.

This update was horrible. I have lost chibs & skins, its so awful.

why dont i spawn with the little house cosmetic skin? i cant add any cosmetic skins to builds without it and for some reason i dont have it

You will have to move them to the storage container one at a time.
Even the dyes that's lame 😢
@ I know, I am hoping they fix that sometime soon.
So in order for me to take all the skins and everything out i have to do it one by one that's wack as hell, especially for the dyes

I found by clocking on it and bringing up the menu ,you can hit transfer on them

any1 else having this prob, cryo pods dont work on single player
I am not aware of this issue, I will do some testing tonight when I log on to see what I can find out.

All the builds I used his skins for are all gone when I go into cosmetics it no longer shows up but it's still in my mod list
My Aaron treehouse was pretty and white is nowcadobe
It has klingers, water, amissa, klingler rustic that's all
This is strange even though it's says installed when I tried to enter the door it wouldn't let me it said I have to download the mod
